After 20+ years of seeing this place in the neighborhood, I finally decided to try them out to patch a nail in my tire. I first tried a large chain tire place and they didn't bother checking my tires, just told me that I couldn't patch it and that I'd need to buy 2 new tires. Welp, I took it to Andy's and they took the tire off in front of me, showed me the problem and quickly patched it up. In & out in less than 20 minutes for a fair price. Definitely recommend!

I don’t review a lot. But these guys deserve 5 stars and more. I’ve come to them 4 times now. Each time, I pull right in - never waited more than 5 mins for them to start working on my car. Usually come in for tires losing pressure. They patch for $20 and get it done so fast. They’ve never tried to upsell, just good honest work.

Needed 2 tire valves replaced and they did a great job! Affordable and quick too! I noticed 2 days later one of the tires was leaking air so they told me to bring in the car and apparently I had gotten a nail stuck and they fixed my tire in 5 minutes free of charge! These guys are amazing, my tire popped on a pothole and I was not able to get a new one from Nissan for about a week, these guys gave me a used tire for a couple of days until the exact same new tire arrived for a cheaper price than what Nissan would have charged me. My car sensor kept going off for a low pressure on tires and I noticed my tire had a nail in it so, I took it here because someone recommended me and wow! I was satisfied with the service I received! This is the best tire shop I have ever been to! The nicest guys work there and the front desk woman was very pleasant. They are fast, they are careful and they are nice! They will explain to you your options and they will always do what’s best for you. Not to mention it is very reasonable price-wise! I had a flat with a spare on the back passenger side. They took it off, took the flat from my trunk, washed it off, showed me where the puncture was and sealed it, put my spare back on the back gate of my suv all for $20. They are all great guys!

Had an extremely great experience. The service is off the charts. Ever heard stories of how service was better in the 1950's? Well that's what I feel like I had experienced at Andy's. Luis took point with me and my 2002 Jeep Wrangler to pick out some new rims and tires. He went through and even tried on the rims and tires ON my Jeep so I could see what they look like. He called distributors to look up tire prices. His crew was quick and efficient getting everything on. I ended up taking my Jeep off roading the next week and everything worked like a dream. We have a Toyota Sienna 4wd which comes with Bridgestone run flat tires. One tire had a slow leak due to a screw embedded in the middle of the thread and the tires had only 7,000 miles on them and the tire in question never went below 25psi. I had been filling it up every day. Toyota Service and Firestone Complete Auto Care and many others told me over the phone that they do not repair run flat tires period. We have to buy new tires. But they are incorrect. Bridgestone's own policy states that as long as you did not ride on then with less than 15psi, the rules for repair are the same as regular tires. Andy's was the only place I contacted who agreed to repair it and they did a beautiful job and I was even able to watch while they did it to be more confident in the quality of the repair. He told me he had been working there 17 years and as long as you know what you are doing, repairing these tires is not a problem at all. The place has a huge parking lot with it's own traffic light. I am very happy with my visit

I've been going to this tire shop regularly for over 10 years, off and on, and they don't disappoint. Luis is the sweetest. He just got me fixed up for $60 when Golf Mill Ford wanted to charge me $300. GMF said the hole couldn't be repaired bc of where the nail was. Andy's tire guys fixed that for $20, plus a janky tire that was causing my car to shake. All for $60 out-the-door, tax included. Clean, fast, professional, painless!! I highly recommend.

Best tire shop in town, every time I get a flat or need a new or good used tire that's the place for me. They get you in and out in about 5 to 7 minutes and they are the only tire shop that actually has a front office with a secretary and accept cash or credit and give a print out, and get along like a family business, highly recommend them.

I was very happy with the service I received at Andy's Tires. It may have only been to get a single tire patched, but I was promptly and courteously taken care of the second I walked in the door. There was a nail in one of my tires causing a slow leak, they removed the nail, patched it up, and filled the tire up to the correct PSI. I was only charged $10. My total length of stay was only about 10 minutes, in and out the door. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Came to Andy's with a flat tire after Firestone told me they couldn't get me in until later in the afternoon (it was morning and I was in a hurry.) The guys here had me pull my car into the garage as soon as I told them what was up, fixed my tire immediately, replaced my busted up spare tire, and had me in and out in probably twenty minutes, maybe less. Very competitive prices and they were very nice, very efficient.

Ran over some nasty glass that rendered my old tires useless. Was time to replace anyway.. Luckily, my size were in stock here. Mechanics and front desk were extremely polite. Easy to talk to and super fast! No questions asked, they put my spare and jack back into their homes, and assured me I can come back if there are any issues after some miles on the new tires. Nobody else was there at noon on a Thursday. 30 minute turnaround from in and out the door. 5/5 would definitely recommend.

Got a flat tire on our way to dinner. Called firestone (open until 8) and was told they would need the car over night. Called Andy and he said come right over; it was about 5:10, they close at 6. We got there, the guys were very friendly, gave us a great, honest price and we were in and out and literally less than fifteen minutes. They checked all the other tires for pressure and problems. Went there for a tire repair. Got quoted $30 to $40 at other shops. They did it for $20 and I was able to use a credit card cause I had no cash on me. They didn't try to upsale me and was in and out in 15 mins. Fair price and great work. Will definitely be my local go to for tires and repairs. Didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me and that says a lot when you are a woman looking for car repairs.

I always come here and get excellent service on my car. Usually there is a polish girl in the office where you sit and wait, she’s very nice however today there was a different girl, she has glasses. She was very rude!! I said good morning and she said yea... and rolled her eyes. Considering I got all new tires and supporting my local businesses she would at least smile and say good morning. There’s no actual waiting room only main office so instead of it being so awkward maybe should be a little more welcoming. Other than that the main guy has been there for years and is always a pleasure to do business with him.

My fiancé and I went in on 7/20/18 . We had to get a new tire because my old crappy tire was worn out and had basically popped and went flat while driving. I called Andys because it’s 2 mins from me and got a great price for the tire I needed. I spoke with LUIS who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I drove over a screw and blew my tire out. I sorta drove on it for a block or two and thus the rim was all bent up. I'm new in town so I didn't exactly know where to go, found Andy's Tires on google. It was $25 to get the bent to hell rim repaired, and get a new tire on. It was done in 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly, helpful, fast, and welcoming. What more could you possibly want?? I'll be coming here for tire services for the rest of my car's lifespan. And then my next car. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

OMG. Had a rum leak 2 months ago that my son fixed. Started leaking again, came out to a flat tire. Called these guys, put air in and drove there. It was a bad tire. Must have drove over glass or metal. I was almost in tears, cuz I could not afford a new tire, even though I needed them. Within 15 minutes I had (2) like brand new tires on my front end. Installed, rim leak fixed, old ones disposed of for $90.00. I was then in tears!! So thankful, so honest!! And they are now gonna get me (2) more. I’m amazed. Hats off to Andy’s.

Ruined a rim on my beater Saturn by rolling over a pavement resurfacing bump too fast. I got a good quote from Andy's and headed over. The guys jumped right on it. I asked one of them if I could find a spot nearby for a sandwich while I wait, and he told me that, while there was a Wendy's across the street, they'd be done in 5 minutes. True story! I was in and out very quickly. I like that they brought out a refurbished rim rather than a new one without me asking - what am I going to do with a new rim on a '97 Saturn, after all? I also requested some new lugnuts as mine were seriously rounded off, but forgot to mention them to the boss when settling up. After I paid for the rim & installation, I asked what I owed him for the nuts, and he told me to forget about it. (Probably should have been a good $10 for 4 lugnuts.) Would definitely visit again, although I hope I don't need to anytime soon.

Last winter, I had to replace a rim that was badly damaged by a pot hole and I didn't want to ripped off by the Toyota dealership for an OEM rim. Grossinger Toyota in Skokie tried to sell me a new rim for about $200, insane. A spare rim became available from a friend, but I still needed the wheel to be properly balanced. So from a recommendation from someone working for Velesquez Brothers on Pulaski, I came here to have wheel balanced. The garage is located in the back of the building and a little bit tricky to get in and out of. When I was there I decided to buy another rim to have a full spare in my trunk. The customer service was quick. They found a used rim that was in good condition, no bubbles at all. They quickly balanced the replacement wheel, put the new tire I had brought with me on the rim I had just purchased, and balance that tire. All in all it took me about 15 minutes beginning to end. The price tag was $60. Only ten dollars for balancing the wheel. Great place if you need a no thrills rim.
