CAN I DO 10****? They guys were a life saver. We can't thank you enough! They came right to us and we are now heading home to Wisconsin. THANK YOU! Honestly...we tried calling everyone else. Sunday, New Years weekend...no one else helped or open..They guys were honest and decent.

This guy was absolutely awesome, his prices are the best in town. He is kind, considerate, and has the best customer service I have ever experienced. He comes to you in a timely fashion, is on time, and works quickly. All in all he is out of this world and I have never had such a great experience with any type of mechanic or tire specialist in my life. 10 out of 10 would recommend if I could give more than a five-star review I would.

ON the spot customer service! We had a flat tire this morning and he was able to fix it by the end of the day. The flat was fixed at no charge since we had previously purchased the tires from On the Spot. I will definitely be calling Rick when it is time for new tires on all my other vehicles.

Rick is an amazing guy to deal with! We had a blowout on I-80 and after calling numerous tire shops and mobile tire guys who said nothing could be done until the next day at the soonest. We gave "On The Spot" a call and Rick was at our vehicle within a half hour. We were back on the road with two tires changed within an hour of calling him. I can't say enough good about this guy! He was literally a Godsend!

Amazing service from On the Spot Mobile Tires! Was pretty bummed when I woke up to a flat and no time to get it anywhere for at least 3 days. These Guys are quality all the way. I had a punctured tire 20 miles out of Cheyenne and they were there within 30-40 min. Changed my tire with on of their spares, I went home and they fixed my tire and brought it to my house and replaced it in the garage the next day. NOW that is service!! Good guys with a great work ethic. I highly recommend them.

Super pleased with this service company. Everytime I needed anything I always have felt like I was a priority and I mattered to them as well as my truck. Extra precautions when jacking my truck up so they never messed anything up. Got the problem fixed and has remained fixed. Highly recommend 👌 fast response times and excellent staff! 5 stars for me!

I was stranded in Cheyanne on my way to San Francisco over the 4th of July weekend and after calling literally over a dozen "mobile" services On the Spot Tires and Service was the ONLY one that actually answered and came right out and got me rolling again! I say call Rick first and save yourself some aggravation. Fast service and fair price! Thank you!

Honestly can’t thank Rick Enough I called every single place around Cheyenne and almost everyone was fully booked, closed, or pricey and even Rick had a full schedule for the day however he was the only person who actually sympathized heard out my situation and worked around his schedule to come help us and got us back on the road on track to be able to deliver my load… God forbid I’m ever in a situation like this again however id be naïve to think it won’t happen again so it just feels good knowing we at least have someone we can count on around Cheyenne WY… again THANK YOU RICK!!!
