Chase Cranmore and Justin. Just outstanding service. I needed a tire and tube replacement on a tractor tire. I brought it by, they looked at, said they could handle it. 2 hours later, all done. I picked it up and it was perfect. They were super helpful

We like the staff at this Big O Tires very much. We like to get tires at Big O tires because there are stores across the country so if we are traveling we know there's a place we can stop. Several times we have stopped at this particular Big O just with questions about the tread on our tire and although you would think they might say yes you need new tires they didn't they are honest and that's really important to be able to trust your tire provider! I like that they take time and explain things too.

While traveling from Colorado to Montana, we had a flat in Cheyenne late in the afternoon. Due to the location of where we broke down, the Big O Tires on Yellowstone was our closest choice for getting it fixed. This was a stroke of luck. Chase Cranmore tended to our issue making sure we got back on the road, requiring the guys to stay a little past closing. Chase took the extra step to make sure all four tires were checked, inflated properly, and that our sensors were reset. I would not hesitate to call on Chase and Big O Tires on Yellowstone in Cheyenne if the need should arise.

Needed my snow blower tires fixed, called and asked if they could do it. Chase Cranmore said to bring them in and he’d look at them. Took them down, I was literally in there less than 5 min. Got new tires and an oil change here. We are from out of town so they were kind enough to drop us off at a restaurant near by while they worked on our auto. They did a great job! Most important though was how nice those folks are there. The price wasn’t bad either.

Chase Cranmore and team were great. Had my snow blower tires both flat. They refilled them and checked for leaks - there were none. Even cleaned them up a bit. No charge. That is why I buy tires at this location.

They didn't have the tires I originally wanted, so AJ upgraded the tires but still honored the price I was originally quoted. To start off, I almost NEVER leave reviews for anything. Good or bad. But we had such a pleasant experience here that I feel compelled to write about it. My family was driving home to Florida from Wyoming. We got a flat tire the night before a long leg of our trip (13 hrs to St Louis). Our rental car company failed to help so we limped on over to Big O Tires. We were immediately greeted by Justin who was so friendly and helpful. He diagnosed our issue immediately and was honest about our options (we thought we maybe needed a new tire but he said it was patchable which was much cheaper). It’s always nice to find businesses that aren’t trying to rip you off, especially in the auto industry. Anyway, we had our tire fixed in no time and a courtesy check of the rest of our tires since we had a long trip ahead. We aren’t used to this sort of customer service in Miami 😂. Many thanks to Justin and the rest of the staff for taking care of us and making us feel safe for our long ride home!

Took my car in to get the tires rotated and balanced last Saturday on 9/4/21 and I only had to wait about 30 to 40 minutes despite it being pretty busy. I felt like the staff and especially Justin Reed the sales service expert were all very professional and they were able to get my car in and out as quickly as possible. I came to Big O Tires with a screw in my tire and hoping for an inexpensive solution for fixing it. I have recently had alot of unfortunate things going on in my life and this was the icing on the cake... When I went in, I was greeted by a wonderful gentleman named Elvy. He was very professional, kind and attentive to my need. While the tire was being assessed I waited and noticed such a good team that worked together respectively and with just such good energy. I also noticed that everyone relyed on Elvy for direction or advice and I even asked if he was the manager and he politely smiled and said no, that he just enjoys his job and is good at it which is most definitely the truth. I was then told my tire had to be replaced due to the screw sitting in the side wall. I was devastated to have another heavy thing on my shoulders and all at the wrong time ..while Elvy was discussing cost, etc and trying to find a discount for me, another wonderful gentleman came out with an older tire but that was brand new. They replaced it at no cost to me due to the age which was a perfect solution for me at this time. I was so grateful for this team's service and kindness which you just don't get much anymore. I will not only be highly recommending them, I will be coming back! I want to thank Big O Tires for helping people and not just with the mindset of money gain. Service means so much and this is the standard that every business should have. And if Elvy isn't already being considered for management, I most definitely think that would be a great move!!

I had a slow leaking tire so I took it into the Big O store on Yellowstone Road to get it repaired. I left the tire there and then went back in later in the day to get it. Each time in the store was about 2 minutes long. Chase provided great service. I left with a smile on my face!!

About a month ago I ordered a set of tires online. There was an issue with the order at the other store so they sent me here. Justin took care of the issue. Cory and Sean were also helpful with getting some lock-nuts off my wheels and getting everything else taken care of, in a super professional manner. I woke to a flat tire on my Uhaul truck at 4 in the morning. I was able to air it up and look for tire place to get it fixed. The first place I went to was unable to help me. They suggested I go to the Uhaul store. The store suggested I contact Uhaul roadside assistance. They were an hour out so I called Big O. They were able to get me in right away. Repaired my flat at no charge. They even took the time to back my truck and tow dolly up. This was a battle on itself! Such kind and considerate. I appreciate you saving the day for me!

I can't recommend these guys enough! I've had such poor experiences with mechanics not only all over Cheyenne but all over the US. Price gauging, ripping people off and just straight out lying and being fraudulent is all too common, sadly. But I feel like the gentleman at Big O on Yellowstone have treated me and my vehicle with nothing but kindness, respect and fairness. They really do seem to just want to give great service and have that long term relationship with customers. I love that they explain everything to me, are trustworthy and are fairly priced. That is definitely a rarity. Justin and Jon are both really great at their jobs, exceptional customer service. The only negative I could mention was when one person recommended a certain type of oil and the next time it turned out I needed something else but honestly I give them the benefit of the doubt on that one and believe it was more of an opinion based error than anything. No ill intent. It's so nice to have a place I trust that gives excellent customer service and I hope they know how much that is needed and appreciated. So highly recommend 🙂 If I could rate them more than five stars I would!

I recently called the Big O on Yellowstone Ave to price shop tires that I was interested in purchasing for my mother. I had the good fortune of reaching a young woman named Angel that was extremely helpful. I received top-notch customer service. Angel was extremely professional & knowledgeable about the product and great about answering all of my questions. She quoted me an excellent price and expertly found the perfect tires for my mother's SUV to match our budget and road use. Furthermore, Angel patiently scheduled an appointment that fit my busy schedule, to get my mother's tires mounted to her rims. When I visited the Yellowstone Ave. location, I observed it to be clean and the staff to be very courteous. Angel, once again, took exceptional care of me, getting the techs in the service bay to mount the tires very quickly, as I had to drive my mother for a doctor's visit (in her vehicle), shortly after the Big O appointment. I'm thankful to Angel and the rest of the Big O staff for being so accomodating. The tires look great, give the vehicle a smoother ride, a better grip of the road, and, most importantly, my mom loves them! It was certainly a model, 5-star experience, from beginning to end! This location was suggested to me by a co-worker because of their friendly service and quick turn around. I was not disappointed! Cory was able to get me in right away and got my tire patched and oil changed in about 40 minutes. What I loved most was that he didn't try to push any unnecessary sales on me like many tire shops would (windshield wipers, air filters, etc). The facility was clean and I observed all employees to be friendly and attentive. I know I'll be needing new tires sooner rather than later and I will be bringing my business back to Big O.

I was in need of someone that could look at my car oil pan! The company I had been taking it to for oil changes,. Just happened that wear and tear broke my oil pan... Mr. Jason said to bring it in and they would let me have a second opinion... I asked if he had a tow truck company to tow it in because it wasn't holding oil...so cut to the next day he called me back and told me that yes indeed it was broken and I would need a new oil pan....he told me also that it wasn't just wear and tear, that it had been over torked because their wasn't any theards and busted price in side... So they fixed it and back to me the same day... Gave me the old one to take back to the place that messed it up and they are taking part blame which I amgood with. Thank You Guy's all need a bonus!!

Big O on Yellowstone, where I've been doing business for more than 35 years, knows how to treat its female customers. I stopped in Fri. afternoon to get the tires on my car rotated and was greeted by Jacob Journey who kindly told me it would be a 45 minute wait so he gave me his card and said if I wanted to call later or the next day I could arrange a time without a long wait. Later Fri. I called and spoke to Justin Floyd who said then was a good time. He greeted me when I got there and I didn't have to wait. I also asked Justin if he could do me a big favor and check the oil in the car since I usually have great difficulty getting the hood up to do it myself. He was so nice and said he'd be happy to. I said if it was low on oil I could take care of that myself as I had oil at home if he'd just let me know if it was down and if so by how much. When the car was ready a short time later I asked about the oil and Justin said it was a little low, about half a quart so I said okay I'd take care of that at home. And then he just smiled and said he'd topped the oil off for me. Both employees I spoke with Fri. were pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. And in general I have found that to be true overall in years past but I must say that Justin and Jacob represent an exceptional crew. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Hats off to Justin and Jacob for their help but especially for their friendly, helpful attitude. It's nice to go someplace to do business and know I will never have to deal with a surly employee. Big O on Yellowstone -- that's the place to go!!! In all the years I've been going to Big O I've never been talked down to because I'm a woman and my questions have always been answered thoroughly and respectfully. Justin and Jacob are continuing that great record of service.

This review counts TWICE -- 1) A few weeks ago we discovered that I had a very bad front tire. Justin assisted me with tire selection for my vehicle based on all my needs - country roads, highway driving and vehicle type. My front tires were replaced, everything was balanced and aligned and double checked for my safety and satisfaction. The store was extremely busy but considering I was a "drive up" all of this was done in a very timely manner. During the process, I was apprised of their progress and not left waiting wondering what was happening. 2) Just the other day, I had an issue with my rear tire losing air (country roads!). Justin again was there to determine what was going on and got my car in, their team fixed the problem in no time. We have been using this BIG O location for over 20 years. They are pleasant and professional whether busy or in a lull. They are thorough with explanations and getting the work done. Kudos to Justin Journey and his team. We appreciate all you do to keep us rolling and on the road!

Outstanding customer service. My truck died in the cold weather and needed a new battery. I showed up near closing time, and Justin and Corey did not hesitate to get the right battery delivered to the store immediately and get me back on the road. They even noticed I had a headlight out, and offered to take care of that as well. After the store was closed, they guys in the back were still working hard to get the vehicles out of the shop. Corey and Justin updated me frequently on the status of my vehicle, and I was out in no time at all. I appreciate the effort and care these guys put in, and wish all auto places were this easy to work with.

After a tire blowout I called Big-O and ordered a set of 4 tires, they had it in the next morning. They were very friendly and professional, and the tires were installed and balanced in a very quick manner. They even cleaned up my spare that was on and stored it back where it went. I received a quote for some work on my car a few weeks back, and called to schedule the work - there were 6 things on the list and I asked them to do an oil change as well. Justin Reed told me they could start right away if I brought the car in then and that they had a shuttle to take me back to work if I needed it. When i got there 20 minutes later Justin had already ordered and received the parts they needed and they were ready to start. They got me a ride back to work right away. I had expected to schedule everything out for another day and was glad they got it in so quickly. Then to my surprise Justin called me at 1pm to tell me it was all done. They sent a ride to pick me up at work and I was all done and on my way back to work by 2pm. I was amazed. I called Big O Tires on a whim to see if I could save a little money on a tire I needed to replace. The dealership had told me a new tire would cost $180. Although they quoted me the same price for the same tire, they had it in stock so I wouldn't have to drive on my spare longer than needed. That alone is reason for a good review. However they completely exceeded my expectations by offering to look at the bad tire to see if the was a possibility to fix it instead of replace it. Cory and Jason found (and showed me) the problem. I had a stew in the tread, not a problem with the sidewall as the dealership claimed. They patched my tire, tested it again to be sure there were no other problems and saved me almost $200! Thank you for taking the time to care and ask what more you could do to give me an exceptional experience!

We recently moved to Cheyenne and, of course, I picked up a nail in a tire. I sought out Big O Tires since I used them before in Texas and remembered good service. When I arrived, Jon Naranjo took the time to listen to my problem and said it would not take long for the repair. It wasn’t 15 minutes later and Justin Reed said my car was ready. These two gentlemen and the Big O Tire team at this location are awesome, extremely courteous and provide the best service I’ve ever had. Since that first visit, I have taken my wife’s and daughter-in-law’s car there as well. I will be their life-long customer!

I asked if they could repair my fog lamp that was broken they ordered a new one from Ford and made an appointment for the very next day to install it. Happened to rapidly lose tire pressure just as I was driving down Yellowstone. I was so lucky to be close to Big O. Cory and his team took care of me quickly and got me back on the road. This is the third flat tire emergency I've had, and Big O has helped me every time. Because of this and their courtesy, I will always buy my tires from Big O whenever I need to get a new set. This is a fairly new vehicle and I have not had to replace the tires yet, so they had no record of previous service, but still took excellent care of me. You have my loyalty!

Today, I had the privilege of meeting some of the staff at Big O Tires on Yellowstone in Cheyenne, WY. I called them up and spoke to CORY. I asked him about getting a new set of struts and he made a couple of recommendations. I was given a great price that was several hundred dollars less than the dealership offered, so I agreed to take my car in. Dropping it off, they even offered a free shuttle anywhere I needed to go in town. I ended up getting a ride from my son who was headed to get me anyway. I was supposed to get my vehicle back around 1:30pm, but they called me to let me know that something had broken during their test drive. However, they hastened to assure me that there would be no extra charge for a part (with labor) that would cost quite a bit more than I was expecting. The staff kept me informed of what was being done. I can't say enough good things about Big O Tires and CORY! I will be back when I need my next set of tires. THANK YOU CORY and the rest of your staff. Well deserved 5 stars!

This is the second time I've had a great experience at Big O Tires on Yellowstone in Cheyenne. The first time was back in the spring, I came home for lunch and when I went to get back in my car to go back to work, I heard a loud hissing noise and discovered I had a fairly fast leak on one of my tires. The tire was almost completely flat, so I used a bicycle pump to put enough air into it, and luckily I only live about couple of blocks away from Big O Tires. The manager worked me in (they were busy at the time) and repaired the tire, and then the low tire pressure indicator wouldn't turn off, so they even took the time to alleviate that problem and still got me out the door in about 45 minutes (even though their were probably 12-15 other customers there). When I asked the manager what I owed he apologized for the wait and said "No charge, it's on me." Today I had a wheel barrow tire that wouldn't inflate, so I took it them. Corey (Hagreen) met me at the door as I got out of my car and asked what I needed. He took the tire, and within about 10 minutes brought the repaired tire back out, handed it to me and again, said there was no charge. Looking at all the other reviews, and my two extremely great experiences, I would highly recommend this particular Big O store. Corey (Hagreen) was extremely and polite! Thanks Corey!

Picked up a screw in our tire while traveling. Googled the closest place and big o came up. They were really busy but did get me in. Took a couple hours but I was real happy to get it fixed on a saturday. All the staff was very friendly and seem to really like their jobs!!

Went in on a Monday to get some quotes for six tires for our fifth wheel. This morning I go in just before lunch to finalize the order. Greg, the store manager, was awesome, friendly, and full of "can do" attitude. He had four in stock and another local store had the other two. Not only did they give me the best quote and the higher rating tires but he arranged for a couple of guys to come to the fifth wheel and change out the tires. Now this involved several trips to the state line and back to their store and the guys were completely finished by 5pm. They stepped up and went above and beyond any chain store. Our trailer tires needed to be replaced. I removed one of the tires at home and brought it to Big O. It the first time in 2 years I can actually use my fuel gauge. Justin Reed, I basically felt I was in a total nightmare over a nail whole for over 5 weeks three service centers and a bunch of end results that wasn't appealing no matter how I looked at it. This craziness is far to long and reasons as to why my tire could not get fixed were so ridiculous that I felt incompetent and confused. I only call Big O Tires for a price check a few second call that was it. The next thing I knew Big O Tires (Justin Reed) called me back to tell me about a tire discount and ask me what was going on that I need one tire. I was hesitant to tell him about how I spent over 7 hours yesterday trying to get help for this month and a half problem and pretty much getting the same answer. Buy another tire. He ask me to bring it up for him to check it out. 20 minutes later my vehicle has the tire on it. I literally cried from joy. Thank you so much Justin.

I recently discovered that I had driven over nails with both of my back tires - at 5:00 p.m. on the Friday after Thanksgiving, nonetheless. Hit up the guys at Big O as sort of a "Hail Mary" pass on the off-chance that they might still be able to help me out before closing shop; they came through. My daughter had a nail in her tire and since she purchased her tires from big o she took it to them for the repair. After 3 failed attempts to fix the leak at the location that she purchased the tires from I suggested that we take it to the big o across town to see if they could do a better job. Since my care had a tire that needed to be fixed as well, I went with her to see that her tire was fixed correctly. When we walked in the place was a zoo but the assistant manager (Cory Hagreen) met with us right away and as soon as I explained to him that this was the 4th time to try and fix my daughters tire, he jumped into action and handed the keys to what he called his best tire repairman. I also said that my tire needed fixed as well. He assured me that both will be fixed correctly. We can back after an hour and the place was finally calmed down. Cory met us at the door and explained to us what the issue was with my daughters tire and said that since he was so busy when we got there and felt that we were kind of rushed by him (which we weren't) that both my daughters and my tire were on the house. He and his staff were awesome and from now on I will be using this big o in the future.

As I was pulling out of town after work a co-worker pointed out that one of my tires had a big bulge on the side wall. I commute from Chugwater to Cheyenne daily and knew that the tire wouldn't make a safe trip home. I pulled into Big O tires on Yellowstone and asked how much for them to put my spare on. Cory Hayreen the customer service tech. Said the shop would be happy to provide this service for no cost. Instantly I knew that Cory actually was about customer service and support. God bless you Cory. I was directed to pull into the shop and they dropped the spare from my 2006 f150 and noticed that the spare was a different size and would not work for my 45 mile commute. I was in panic mode thinking about having to buy a new tire and not having the funds at the time. Ian one of the service technicians jumped into action and directed the whole crew to go into the used tire inventory and find a tire to fit my truck. They found it, they mounted it and then they installed it. God bless you all. I will be back in a few weeks when I can afford it to purchase a new set of tires. While moving across the U.S., my engine started making a squeaking noise around the water pump. So, I assumed a water pump. I called every auto shop in Cheynne and this Big-O-Tires was the only place - and last place I called - that could get me in same day and on the road. They gave me a reasonable quote and time frame. On inspection, they determined that my belt tensioner was the issue. They were right. Jon (manager) didn't even charge me an inspection fee - a massively needed break on my families move. I was back on the road in under an hour and a half. I am still gratful for the staff and their professional attitude. For me, the staff at Big-O-Tires were considerate, personable, and honest. It would have been easy for them to just charge me for a water pump that I didn't need. My only complaint is that I don't live in the area!

I use Big O more than anything for the customer service. Every time I’m there Angel has nothing but a smile and and something nice to say about the day. Tires and wheels are the same from shop to shop so the only difference would be the people who make it happen, Angel Cruz and her crew are the best in Cheyenne don’t bother going any where else. I was going to float the North Platte river and needed tubes, no one in town had them or if they did would not sell them to me. BIG O actually took 2 old tires apart and pulled the tubes for me to use. Thanks Angel your the best.

Had a flat tire while pulling our travel trailer. Brought the tire in to get fixed but tire was no good. They had a busy schedule and were under staffed yet Jeffrey and Justin were able to quickly accommodate me and set me up with a replacement tire right for pulling our trailer in about an hour. They even have a pull through spot so you won't have to remove the trailer to get into the parking lott, a big plus for. RV'ers. If I'm ever in the area again and need their services I will certainly come back.

I would have given this a 5-star rating; however, the only thing that I wish could be improved upon is for them to use "dirt guards" on steering wheels and car seats. I had my front brakes replaced, which I know is a pretty dirty job so when I got into my car my steering wheel was absolutely filthy with brake dust and grime and my seat was dirty as well. Other than that, the service was amazing and I will definitely come back.

I needed to have an oil plug loosened because it was so tight I couldn’t loosen it even with a pair of vice grips (the previous owner used his Marvel strength to tighten it to prevent leaks - who does that instead of buying a new plug and gasket for a couple of extra bucks, anyway?) and I consequently rounded the head. Cory was very helpful and got my 2005 Volvo XC90 V8 in on a Saturday afternoon. After calling all the parts stores in town he found an uncommon Volvo oil plug to fit and my problem was solved within 30 minutes. Filled it with new oil and I was on my way back home to Denver. Me and my best friend went to wyoming from colorado in a dingy rav4 with our weight in garbage food and some clean clothes. After a enjoyable couple of days of mudding we decided to turn around and head back home.. what happened next can only be described as a miracle from above, but first we were tested 6 hours of 10 degree weather with showers of heavy to light rain running on one tire that soon would run it’s last roll and with a loud bang popped louder than if the engine itself had fallen out. A grueling hour of freezing cold tire changing would ensue only for us to find out our spare had gone flat, but it was our only option without AAA we had to lug around a tire on it’s last stomping legs that shook the car as the flat tire slapped against the ground. One of the kindest men I’ve ever met Cory at Big O helped us get settled into a good spot at 5:30 in the morning to wait for the store opening, he heard our story and put us as the beginning of the list. We had fallen asleep due to having been up for a solid 27 hours right when the store opens and offers us some fresh coffee to get us into shape. It turns out we weren't the first to be taken care of first tho since we took some time to wake up, a car with our exact tire size, which Cory said was very hard to get had just come off a car right before and he’d be willing to put the worn tires on our car for free. They’ll last us to Colorado, we tried to thank him the best we could in our disheveled way and we finally left on our way, with new hopes to finally get home, and maybe just maybe a sign there’s someone bigger than all of us helping us along.

Took my 2004 Chevy Impala for a tune up about a year ago at the Yellowstone location. After driving my car from Wyoming to Ohio, my check engine light came on along with sever shuttering. I took it to the Percision Auto here in Dayton and they informed me that whoever installed my spark plug wires used the wrong ones and they had burnt out. They had to charge me ANOTHER $250 to replace and accomplish another tune-up. Thanks a lot Big O. After reading the below reviews, it seems that this location is incompitent.
