I just got back from this business. After quite the ordeal blowing out my tire on 97 I was towed over night to this shop. Brett was amazing helping me out and all the staff were very kind, and the price was great. I am over 6 hours from home and I'm happy to know they didn't take advantage of me and just helped a person out. Turns out people in Charleston, WV are awesome and kind to the core. 10/10 would recommend.

We traveled from Florida to WV for a funeral. What we didn't realize was that the coolant was leaking. Come to find out, the lines where the coolant and the oil were leaking. We were terrified that we wouldn't get home. Mr. Tire was up front from beginning to end. We were able to get home. We are grateful for their work on our car. If I could give them extra stars, I would, because they were very good with what they did for us.

There are other places closer to us we could go but we prefer Mr. Tire in Charleston. The gentleman at the front has and will always be my favorite! Came for a state inspection. Friendly and efficient staff. I left my vehicle and was informed with the starting of my inspection and the results efficiently. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Their prices are also great. I was checking our their other services while I was there. Parking lot is a little tight, but they cannot help that.

Even though it was close to closing time, Brett made sure I was taken care of. The mechanic stayed late and worked on my car because he knew I was in a jam. I am so thankful. Highly recommended!

We had a flat tire at Marmet near Charleston, WV on our way home to Indiana from Myrtle Beach. We were unsure of what to do since it was so late, so we found a hotel and then dropped the car off at Mr. Tire. Fortunately I was able to access the website and make an appointment for first thing the next morning. We left the car and ubered back to our hotel. Just after opening, around 7:40 am, we received a call from Brett regarding our vehicle and how to access it to replace the tire. He was wonderful!!! After inspection, we were told it would be less than an hour to replace both back tires. We were on our way home by 11 am!!! Awesome service!!!!

They are okay. I came here to get an inspection and oil change and ended up needing wiper blades replaced too. It was $180, so their prices are on the high end. I got an estimate there for tires a few months ago: around $1700. I went to Sam's club and got the exact same tires for a little over $800 with the same (or better) lifetime rotation and road hazard warranty. I picked a morning appointment so they would not be backed up, but it took nearly an hour and a half, which seemed a bit long, considering they didn't seem busy. Not a really big deal, but if you're going to be expensive, at least you should be fast. Finally, they allegedly did a courtesy check as part of the $110 oil change, and I made sure I let them know my tire pressures were unequal and asked them to please inflate to the same PSI. They supposedly check this anyway, and of course they noted on the sheet that they were all 35 PSI, but they were the same as when I dropped it off. Again, this isn't a really big deal, and I can take care of tire pressure myself, but at that price with a nearly 90-minute wait, I expected better service. Overall, they are not bad, but you can get the same work done for significantly less elsewhere. I probably won't be back just because there are better options in town.

I was 6 hours from home when I got a flat tire. I believe I talked to Marty who was the store manager and he was pleasant. I have an odd size tire for my car. He set me up with Firestone down the street since he did not have the tire in stock. He and his team got me in and out with putting on a donut tire and directing me to the right place. I really appreciated all his help. Being a woman who was a long ways from home, not being cheated or having games played when dealing with a car. I can appreciate that. I highly recommend this place for this service. Price was reasonable for them being located downtown.

We're from WAY out of town, driving through on a return trip home and the car was making a troubling noise. My brother, a mechanic, thought it might be a belt problem with one of the tires and suggested we take it to a reputable tire place. We went to Mr. Tire, they had a look at it within minutes and confirmed that the problem was, indeed, broken belts on the rear tires. They gave us a great price on two tires, got them mounted and had us back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time. Service writer was friendly and helpful. All in all as terrific an experience as one can have when it comes to car troubles on the road.

Convenient location. Drop off your car and wait at Starbucks with free Wifi. Prices are a bit high but they only charged me per the original estimate even though they had a few extra hours to drill out a stuck bolt.

It was a much better service experience than with Monro. Mr. Tire did honor my coupon by checking & rotating my tires as well as changed my oil. Great price for discount coupon . I did arrive on time for my 8am appointment, however , my 2017 Nissan Versa didn't get seen until almost 40 minutes after I arrived. Luckily , I was off work and was able to wait in the lobby area. Left the store at 920am. The coupon said no waiting. I guess it depends on the day of your appointment or lack of enough mechanics to accommodate each customer. Overall , I will be back when oil change is due again.

I am happy to have started bringing my car here! The first time, I dropped my car off for an oil change. I work nearby, and it was convenient. I previously got my oil changed elsewhere, and my low oil level light continued to come on. Turns out, the previous shop was putting 2 quarts short what my car requires. Mr. Tire informed me when picking it up, my car requires 7 quarts. I decided to go back today to replace my front tires and have my car aligned. The employees were excellent communicating with me the status of my car. They called when it was ready. When I came to pick it up, I was told my car didn't need alignment so they removed it from the bill. I went in fully prepared to pay for it, but they were honest! I am so grateful for the honesty and service I received. I've always hated servicing my car, because I am usually told I need services which aren't necessary to drive up my total. Overall the service was great, and I feel like the prices are reasonable. I trust taking my car here over anywhere else in the valley. Mr. Tire will continue to receive my business!

I’ve always gone to this location for repairs, regular maintenance, and tires. I have consistently had a positive experience. Each person that has helped me has taken the time to explain to me exactly what is being done and why it is necessary (which is SO appreciated, because I am not exactly car savvy). I have only had good experiences at Mr. Tire on Kanawha Blvd. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had my tires replaced here for a reasonable price. A few weeks later, one of the new tires was leaking due to a broken valve stem. They fixed the tire very quickly and did not charge me. Very good business and I will be back if I have issues with my cars.

Waited a few hours to have a wheel bearing changed, it wasn't their fault, had a bunch minor issues with the specific model of car I had but I got the new wheel bearing fixed in no time after they got the part. They had to order it a through a few different places but finally got it from Mitsubishi & the part itself was 300 but they kept the price the same for me waiting so long. That was a really good & honest move. I highly recommend them.

In no time the problem had been diagnosed which luckily for me was only low air in my tires and was taken care of. Came in after a bolt had pierced my tire, and Mr. Tire manager Brett took care of me right away, and even offered to do my inspection (which I hadn’t even noticed was expiring!) & oil change at the same time. Win win instead of a bad afternoon. Also, I couldn’t find my registration and Brett accepted the authorized receipt of the copy I ordered off of the dmv website. The place is friendly, professional, courteous and efficient.

I've only been to this shop once, but they were fantastic. My tire has been patched THREE times over the last month by a different shop, so I wanted to try something else. I actually just stopped here for air in my tire but they offered to fix it for free since the other place had charged me to essentially not fix it.

Have only been here twice, but both times were positive experiences. The second time I was there, the bill was 200 or so more than expected, as a particular bolt or something was rusted and not able to be removed as easily as they expected. When I expressed my surprise as the bill, without a second thought he reduced the bill when I showed him the estimate from the first time I was there and telling him I was not expecting something quite that high. Something like that will keep me coming back.
