These guys are absolute rockstars!!! Travelling from Chicago to Raleigh and needed to rear tires and they were able to make it happen super fast! Literally exiting the interstate to come to the shop, I hit something in the road and it took out my front left tire too. They were able to make it all happen with very little notice. Not a nicer group of guys around!!!!

They do a really good job here. I needed all my brakes and rotors done pretty badly, they took care of it even though my battery died in the middle and the back brakes gave him trouble. He jumped it enough to last me until I could get a new one and gave me the price for it. I did return yesterday to get the battery and they got it done for me fast. Thanks Andrew and David for all your help!

Had them do my rear brakes and rotors... which I knew were shot... and they noticed I had a missing wheel stud and wheel nut...which I forgot about. They did my brakes like I wanted, did the wheel stud and nut for only $13.00 more and were finished earlier than I expected. Mind you, Firestone wanted to charge me $300 to take care of the wheel stud and nut a month or so ago. I will definitely be a repeat customer here after today.

Had a freak tire incident on Saturday morning on a vacation road trip. Monro was the only place we could find that was open. They immediately pulled our vehicle in their shop, quickly and confidently diagnosed the issue and had us back on the road in 30 minutes! Just super nice people. We're so grateful.

My go to place for state inspection. Call and make an appointment and they get you in and out. Tell you things about your vehicle that you may need to look at soon like brakes, fluid levels, etc.

Had to stop for a wheel bearing repair on my way to OBX. Friday evening and one of the few places that could get me in. Scheduled me for first thing Saturday morning and got me in shortly after opening. Did the wheel bearing and when I left the ABS light was on. Picked my wife up at the hotel and stopped back at the shop. The mechanic said he new what was wrong so they pulled it back in. Came back and said it was ABS sensor broken but nobody had one in stock. I told them no problem I would fix it when I returned home. Just got it in to replace the sensor and found out the mechanic broke of the bolt for the sensor and put the hub in upside down so the sensor would not go in. I pulled it all back apart and fixed it. Very disappointed that the guy wasn't honest about what happened. The manager did tell me to send him the bill for the sensor and he would reimburse me. Just would like the mechanic to be more careful. I could fix the problem myself when I returned home but most people couldn't and would have had to pay again to fix the problem.

Had an urgent need for a brake job on a 2015 Colorado. I work crazy hours, but I called and they were able to fit me in. Staff was very friendly and they did a great job! No upselling and they were 100 cheaper then the dealer quote. Dealer left me hanging, told me they'd call when the pads came in. 3 weeks later, no call and it was getting dangerous! Thanks folks!

Got a quote to change my rear brake pads and it was exactly the amount I was quoted. Very efficient, friendly, and super fast. Didn’t try to up sell me on anything additional. I mentioned I needed new rims and they told me to come back and they would take care of that too. Will definitely be going back here for any work I need done. Great guys 10/10

Came in last minute in a rush for a new tire being that I had to travel 6 hours away. Was pleased with the service but frustrated bc I was charged $30 extra for a lifetime warranty on the tire that I didn't ask for and you didn't inform me about.. I didn't even notice it until i got hours away.. Please ask first before adding extra money to customers bill I didn't need this service. I already had a warranty on the tires I am waiting on at another shop. The tire I got here was only suppose to get me home. Other than that I had a good experience and thank you

We wound up stranded outside town during a cross-country road trip. We got towed up first thing on a Sunday morning and despite having a small staff and a day booked full of appointments they still got us in and got us on the road again as quickly as they could. I was amazed by the price and quality of service. I wish they weren't several states away from my home so I could make them my regular mechanics! 10/10 would recommend.

My sister had a flat tire on the Saturday afternoon after Thanksgiving & when my fiancé and I went over to help her change the tire, the lug nuts were on so tight that he couldn't turn them even STANDING on the lug wrench! So I called the guys over at Munro because they were close. I asked if they would be able to change her tire for her & the gentleman that answered the phone said absolutely & that they'd be open until 5 pm. We put enough air in her tire & then followed her to the station. They took her vehicle right away. And they removed her tire, patched it, replaced it & also loosened the rest of her lug nuts on the other tires so that we wouldn't have to struggle next time we needed to change them. They had her finished up in 15 minutes. And it was only $35! Very, VERY pleased with the service here. Highly recommend Munro Auto Service and Tire!

These guys are great!!! So my car broke down in Charleston last Sunday and I had to be in Michigan that night. Despite my not having an appointment, these guys fixed my car and got me on the road in time to make the trip. Plus, they did it at a very fair price!! Totally recommend them.

I am kind of shocked/comfused with these reviews. This Monroe location has been nothing but helpful, honest, and truly competent... Ever since I found this locale, is the only place I take my car for brakes and oil changes. Who can beat free breaks for life? I think it's✳️ incredibly✳️ reasonably priced. But I'm not really a car person. I think these other people have high expectations, and have no idea what repair pricing runs?? But whatever. 👍👍😘😘

This place is AMAZING!!! My family and I were in an accident coming from Ohio headed to Hilton Head. We were scared to drive our vehicle in fear that it would be in need of major repair. Not only did Monro agree to take a look at our vehicle (free of charge), but they also were able to squeeze us in on a very busy Saturday. I am amazed by the customer service, professionalism and fast service. I would recommend them to anyone!! I wish we lived closer to use them more regularly. So this is going to be a weird story, but Monro Muffler Brake really restored my faith in them. Okay, I was moving from Tennessee to Connecticut over Memorial Day weekend and my serpentine belt snapped on the highway. I got towed to Monro and they were closed an hour earlier than they said they were (stuck in this unfamiliar town with a shooting a block away). So I got a hotel and showed up in the morning. I explained the situation to Jackie (the first guy to show up) and he told me if I had the part he would do it free of charge! So of course I generously accepted and he got my car back up and running! Of course we still tipped him and we are headed back on the road. They were amazing! They really saved me this weekend with the unexpected events for sure! Thank you guys so much!

I never leave reviews but I rarely see anyone go over the top as he made my experience very pleasant instead of the fustrating nonpersonable people that of which I am farmiliar with.
