I called this morning needing a tire rotation and a front end alignment, hoping for an appt sometime this week, the man I spoke to was able to do it right after lunch. That in itself was awesome but this place was able to work around a few small issues without any trouble. I had replaced my rims about a year ago and my new ones required a special tool to remove them but mine was lost about 6 weeks ago. I’ve had other garages that was unable to proceed because of this reason but these guys happened to have a tool to fit my rims so my tire rotation wasn’t an issue. They are super friendly and accommodating and their prices are average to other places but the customer service is above and beyond. You get what you pay for and in this case, a little extra and that is priceless!

My 18 year old daughter was traveling through WV from SC to OH today and she started having tire trouble. She stopped at Marmet Tire and she said that they were super nice. They balanced her tires for her to get rid of the vibration and showed her some other things that she would have to have fixed soon. They did not try to get more money out of her than was necessary. I am so thankful they were good to her!

Great people, and great prices. I travel from Huntington to Marmet to have my car worked on and it's well worth it. The people are friendly, honest, and go out of there way to suit your needs. The prices are better than all of the competition.

They are not the fastest race car on the track. But they are one of the most helpful and friendly places to buy tires that you will ever find. They will even try to work out a deal if they can.. they stayed back after they're closing time to finish mounting and balancing four tires for my truck. And they had a very difficult time to balance the tires because of their being oversized. They didn't charge me any extra and they didn't even complain about working over. Customer service and friendliness like that along with courtesy is extremely hard to find these days. I would recommend them if you are in the market for some new tires.

They quoted me a price on a full set of new tires that was considerably less than their competition. I also had them change the oil, perform a state inspection, and fix the AC in my 2006 Forenza. It's blowing icicles now, lol. Kirk, Marty, Paul and Cecil are all great people, and the shop does fantastic work. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else from now on. UPDATE 12/1: Today they replaced both rear rotors and both rear brake pads, and adjusted the calipers for $235 INSTALLED. (I was quoted almost $600 at a place I've been going to for 25 years, and that place won't even get any oil change business from me anymore. I went there because it was convenient for me that day). Not only that, they fixed a stalling issue FOR FREE. Good work, honest people!

After much calling around to other tire shops because my tire had a screw in it, Marmet Tire was the only place that offered a different option than buying a whole new tire. I was on my way to NC for a funeral and had to get out of town quickly, Kirk the owner helped immensely by getting my car in and out in less than an hour. Sorry for those I skipped in line, but also thank you for your patience and understanding as I was alone with 2 small children. Kirk was honest and fair with his business, I would recommend Marmet Tire to anyone in the area.

Pulled in on our way to north carolina with a tire going flat. Shop was already long closed but owner was still there and could see i was in a bind. Awesome guy, opened up shop and took care of my tire. Took 2 tries cause one plug wasn't enough. Got me on the road and wasn't even going to charge me. If i lived closer he would have my business on the stuff i couldnt do. If you need some work done, stop and check them out. Thanks again, ill let you know how the softballtournament pans out
