Kim, you are the best! Your shop saved our vacation. Differential is doing great after heat and cool cycles and flushed at 500, then 1000 miles. Working like a champ. If we lived nearby, you would be our regular shop.

The best car repair place I have encountered in Charleston. They are good ole boys that take care of the customer and don't try to charge outrageous prices like some of their competitors in the area. If you ever want to know what a job should cost these are the guys to call first.

I had just left Logan WV from the Hatfield McCoy trails with my pickup hauling a trailer and my tire started to go flat past Charleston. I’m 250 miles away from home so Called here and they took us in immediately after trying to plug the tire and barely making it there. I have 37 inch tires on a 16.5 inch rim, unfortunately they did not have any tire that would work for me, but the important part is they did everything they could to try and find me one in the area, unfortunately no one had one anywhere because that size is very rare. I was in a pinch with really no options on the table. My tire had previously been patched and the patch happened to fail because the hole is right up where the side wall starts, not a good place for a patch so they were trying to do anything they could to get me something. They ended up having to just patch it and plug it with no other options. It held up good and got us home. I can’t thank them enough for their generosity as they did not even charge me for the repair, i wish I could give them more business but I’m from out of town. These are good people here who took care of me in an emergency. You can’t best that.

Tire rotation, super quick service "if you arrive early!!!" Their hours are correct as displayed with limited staff available, additional support staff arrive at 8:30am during weekdays.
