Honestly, I had a great experience at this location. The staff here are super friendly and very helpful. They gave me honest opinions on my different tire options, and when one of my tires started to leak soon after a change, they had me bring in my vehicle and fixed it on the house. Talk about saving us a ton of time and money. We had a tire blow out on the highway on Saturday afternoon around 4:00 PM. Triple A picked us up and brought us to Costco, but they didn't have our tire size, and it was going to take them 2-3 days to get it in. A Costco employee called this business and they said Tire Warehouse said that if we were there by 6:00 PM, they would get the tire from a partner store and be ready for us to be on our way around 6:30 PM. (They were supposed to close at 6:00 PM). I put on the bubble tire and we drove over and they did just that. We were pulling out of the lot and on our way back to Massachusetts at 6:30 PM. Superb service. Without their help we would have had to pay for a hotel, wait until Monday (most places were closed on Sunday or didn't have the size tire we had...). THANK YOU!!!! - Dan & Cathy

Had state inspection done here, bought winter tires through them and had them put on, and got a headlight replaced. Staff are always friendly, and they always finish the work sooner than I think they will. Very open staff and made me, a car newbie, feel comfortable. Make sure you call to make an appointment.

I had a wonderful experience at tire warehouse. I brought my car in after making an appointment online to which I thought was scheduled on Monday for a simple tire changeover. Come to find out I failed to read the email carefully and my real appointment was not until much later in the month. I was fully ready to accept my goof and leave but I was very happily surprised that they said they could squeeze me in that same day. Mind you, they were slammed with phone calls and already pretty booked for the day. I really appreciate this business going above and beyond to help out their customers even though they could have easily just said come back on your scheduled appointment. I highly recommend them to anyone and I’m truly grateful for their kindness and understanding.

This is the only shop I trust to be honest about what I need done (years ago they saved me $400 when Freedom Nissan said my brakes were dangerously in need of replacement and couldn’t wait, turns out they’re big liars!). They always find time to get me in around my crazy schedule, explain what I need done, apply coupons and are genuine down to earth people. I stopped in on my lunch break to order winter tires and make an appt (they were booking out at least a month) and they ended up having what I wanted in stock, had 40 minutes before their next appointment and got the new tires on immediately! Integrity is rare today, so when you find it, stick with it! I won’t recommend any other auto shop!

Absolutely amazing service. Came here on a Tuesday no appointment, with an urgency for studded snow tires. They price match anyone making them the best in cost, not to mention the service is out of this world. They installed my new Goodyear winter command tires, studded them, and did an inspection on my breaks after a long drive from Florida. They even threw my old tires in the trunk of my SUV bagged up. Worth every penny.

Friendly and speedy service. I dropped a tire off to be repaired with the expectation to pick it up in a gew fays because they were booked. But they were able to take it in right away, fixed the tire, and put it back on my car in less than 30 mins. Great place.

I had rear brake pads, one rear caliper and new tires installed last Saturday. They told me to come in a few days later to recheck torque on lug nuts. Today while driving, the brake light came on. I happened to be in the neighborhood so I stopped by to have them check the torque. When I mentioned the brake light, they immediately took the car and checked for leaks in the brake system. They found something had not seated correctly and was leaking. They repaired it without a hesitation. I have never had such great service. They kept me informed of what was going on and fixed the problem. The manager, Garrett, was great. I commend him for the great business ethics. Go see them. You will NOT be disappointed! Thank you!

This is the only place that I take my vehicles because I know they care about my cars as well as my family's safety. I have always received impeccable customer service and the guys are eager to quote me the best prices they can offer. The drive card is great for getting a discount on oil changes and helps stretch your budget on the larger jobs with 0% interest for 6 months. They have completed a wide range of services for me over the past few years and I've not once had an issue with anything they worked on. Great shop!

The best customer service I've ever received in the automotive industry. My car needed significant work done and these guys had wrapped it up in a few hours. Fair pricing as well. Where do I start! The tire warehouse in Essex junction is amazing! Let me start with the staff they are so friendly and don't have any problem with the insane amount of questions I ask because really I have no clue. This is my go to shop it's gotten to a point where when I call they know who I am by name and that is great! Jason the manager is very nice and knows his stuff! They alway get me in, in a timely manner everytime which is great because I've been rough on my car and needed a lot of work over the years. When your waiting for you car to be done the staff engages in conversation asking about your day. They check in often to let you know how your car is coming along. I get all my work done on my car here, I truly would never go anywhere else. I feel like this is a shop I can trust to not take advantage of me because they know I know nothing about cars. It's so nice to have a place to call get in fast, get my work done, be told what's going on, talked to like I'm not just money, and to be able to trust! This was for Monro, not Tire Warehouse. I am not sure how staffing has changed. I have always had a good experience at this location. Jason and the current team have gone above and beyond for me, doing honest reasonably priced work. I go to them first if possible for brakes, tires, inspection, oil changes, anything I can have them do. I trust them with our cars and trucks.

I have never left this establishment unhappy. With my busy schedule, Jason has always gotten me in as soon as possible. With the new state inspection laws, I was worried my car wouldn't pass inspection, only to find out its in great shape! They have never pressured me into spending more money or took advantage of me knowing I'm not very knowledgeable about my car. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, and I certainly trust the guys at Munro Muffler Brake & Service.

I came in for an oil change and it took me longer to drive to Essex from my office in the South End of Burlington than for the oil change to be done(was told 30 min wait, probably done in 15)--great service, friendly staff, and they even checked my battery and tire pressure for free. Clean waiting room and wi-fi (was able to get some work done). Definitely will return!

I think that the problems that people were having were with the old management because Pete is great and friendly. They are upfront about everything and work with you to get everything you came in for. Worth trying for yourself... you really can't beat $19 for an oil change!

I went to Tire Warehouse in Essex Jct for a second opinion because my normal mechanic failed my state inspection saying that one tire was worn and cupping and gave me an estimate of over $1,100 of work that has to be done immediately and that my family was unsafe. I had a funny feeling that my tires were okay and inspectable. Thank god I listened to my gut instinct because not only did the guys at Tire Warehouse fit me in their busy schedule on the last day before my inspection ran out but they eased my worry that there was something seriously wrong with my vehicle. You guys are great and I will return. Thanks a bunch!

They helped me out with many problems or questions I may have had. If you want your vehicle fixed or have questions I would definitely call them.

I've been going here a few years now, and have had nothing but positive experiences so far. Each time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Pete (friendly guy with glasses) who each time has diagnosed my problem, given me options / breakdowns of prices for each, and gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Here are a couple of specific examples: Went to an alternate location first, where I got new tires put on, and some crazy quotes/charges that seemed off to me. Also, after getting the new tires there was a weird whining/rubbing noise whenever I slowed from high speed. Went over to Monro, found out what the previous location quoted me for wasn't even what was wrong, they were able to get me in and fix it very quickly, cheaper than the random previous quote as well. I forgot to mention the tire noise at the time, so I came back a few days later for that and they troubleshot it, remounted shook it down tested it, noted they didn't find anything apparently wrong, and didn't even charge me for it. I was pretty amazed. (The issue was resolved from then on as well) Most recently, I needed new front suspension. He gave me two options, noted the benefits/differences of each, and I dropped it off to be fixed. When I got the call that it was completed he also noted that there was a part he forgot to include in the quote that needs to be replaced any time the entire front suspension is replaced like I had done, and that he went ahead and replaced them as needed anyways and didn't charge me for it since he forgot to put it in the quote prior. I've never had to deal with this Austin character the negative reviews seem to mention, and I may have had a very different experience if I had, but considering my experiences with them and particularly Pete so far I will not go anywhere else for my vehicles needs.

There was a noise under my car when I hit bumps, so I stopped by the shop and they took my car right in. They found a engine splash cover hanging, so they took it off and didn’t charge me a thing. It was a dealer part, so they said if you buy one we can install it for you. The guys were very friendly, will be going back for sure

So honest you won't find another like them. Another place said I failed for brakes, brought car here and they advised my brakes were fine and didn't require new ones. They could have easily taken advantage of me. Can't rave enough about them.
