Very helpful with my flat tire and subsequent purchase of four new tires. Alignment sheet handed to me as I paid was not explained clearly. It’s work that needs to be done but it was explained as a before and after photo and that car had been aligned. I now see I’m small print that it’s a recommended service.

When I connected with Dennis a service advisor to consult me on winter tires for a new vehicle, he shared three options and based on my usage and needs helped me narrow down to the best option. When I dropped off my vehicle - everyone was friendly and the interaction and wait was short because they were organized. I didn’t have to repeat things - they already had collected the information when I booked the appointment with Dennis. Same with pickup - out the door in 7 minutes!

I can’t say enough positive things about both Dennis and Gino. I arrived in town with a flat tire. It was a Saturday and I did not have an appointment. There were a number of cars there already - with appointments They said they can’t make any promises but if they can make the time and the tire was repairable, they will do their best. They managed to do their best and I was able to continue with my trip Another positive was their offer to at least change out the flat with the spare so I can drive. I appreciate kindness. The folks at Noyes were super helpful and were able to squeeze us in last minute. We got a major puncture in a set of tires that were going to need to be replaced soon less than 24hrs before a road trip. The staff were super helpful, I was under a time crunch and they were able to get me in on the same day! Their service is timely, it was only a matter of hours after drop-off that they reached out and provided a comprehensive inspection report by convenient text message. We went over the details of the inspection report by phone in a personalized way. After letting me know what would need done, they began working immediately on my car and had it ready to go the next day. Despite my crazy job hours, we arranged a way that I could pick up my car after their working hours so that I did not have to go another day without it. TL;DR Personalized, efficient customer service!

Girlfriend and I were visiting the area from Rhode Island. We noticed an odd grinding noise shortly after arriving. Even though they were completely booked, they quickly assessed that the lug nuts simply needed to be torqued, and did it on the spot without charge. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Great shop! Not the cheapest, but they have some of the specialized equipment that smaller shops sometimes lack. I had the mysterious "check engine" light on my Mazda. They diagnosed the issue correctly, and ordered/installed the correct part to solve the issue first time. A great alternative to slow and even more expensive dealership repair places! Courteous and knowledgeable front desk staff too!

Such a busy tire time and they arranged to fit me in! The arrangement was to leave the car for the day and they would fit it in. When they found out I was prepared to wait and that I lived an hour away, they got to the car with a minimum of waiting. I didn't ask, they offered. We were visiting from out of town (on a holiday weekend Sat) when our car started making a horrendous sound. After looking around for a place that was open on Sat (not something easy to find), we drove into Noyes. They accurately diagnosed the problem as the disc brakes, and squeezed the repair job into their queue for the day. The work was reasonably priced and well done. The staff were all very helpful. It was a big relief to get our issue taken care of with relatively little hassle. Thank you!

We've been taking our vehicles to Noyes for many years, and we've always been satisfied. They are very friendly and helpful. I've always been treated fairly and honestly. I highly recommend them! As a person who runs a tight schedule, I appreciate their prompt shuttle service. Unlike other garages that run scheduled shuttles you have to wait around for, they just take you where you want to go when you're ready! I've rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes for a ride. They're also very close to the bike path, so its an easy ride to wherever you want to go. I highly recommend them!

Noyes was so wonderful! I got an oil change and detail and they were so fair about prices, not to mention my car looked brand new! Also, my airbag light was on from my detail. They were pretty sure it would go off over night but they were very concerned about me driving to work until it went off so they left me a loner to use for work the following day. The light did indeed go off. Such great service and nice people!

Car mechanics are in a tough spot. No matter how good they are, no matter how honest they try to be, parts are going to break and wear out. Decisions need to be made that don't have easy answers. And people will blame mechanics. Running a shop at the height of tire swap-over season is messy. Mistakes will happen. The real test of any repair shop is how they handle mistakes and how they communicate with customers to make the best decisions for their cars. Chane Noyes handled this very well. I needed new tires for the winter. 20 year old car, 245k miles, not a junk heap but obviously a 'senior' car. A few hours later they send me a report on the car's condition- worn control arm bushings, needs new rear brakes, power steering leaking. Won't pass inspection in February without getting at least $1300 work. OK, makes sense. In the meantime, they installed new tires, $530 for a car that I was going to get be getting rid of because of the other problems. I posted a review here that complained about them not discussing my options before putting the new tires on. Chaney Noyes, one of the owners, contacted me and we talked over what had happened. He offered to work with me to see if the car could pass inspection; arranged for a state inspector agent to come and look at the car. The car will pass inspection, yay! He also offered to buy back the new tires and sell me a used set. Initially Noyes made a decision to install new tires on my car when that might not have been the best thing to do. When they realized that I thought it was a mistake, they went out of their way to work with me to resolve the matter.

I purchased winter tires and had them installed at Noyes and they also did an undercoating. They call to alert you of any other problems with your car and provide options for resolving those problems. They also serviced my battery and did an alignment and everything is great so far! I used the shuttle to get back to pick my car up and they ran a little late, but when I called to explain my situation with work responsibilities they were INCREDIBLY accommodating and made sure I was able to get my car as quickly as possible. I made it on time!

Noyes is awesome! I am a new Vermonter with a Subaru Forester, and needed winter tires. They helped me find the right kind and installed everything for a great price, with friendly service and could fit me in the same morning I called. Also, the tire storage is a huge plus -- I don't know where I would store my second set of tires as I do not have a basement or garage.

I've had previous good experiences at Noyes. However, shortly after the last time I took my car there, when I was replacing a headlight, I discovered that the oil cap was never put back on and oil had sloshed everywhere. Otherwise, they are very kind and have quick turnaround on service - even with last-minute repairs!

Had the interior detailing service done with exterior wax and wash. My ten year old car never looked better. Price was very reasonable considering the obvious amount to time and care that went into it. Even the tires look better than the day I bought them! Definitely using these guys again.

They were super nice and accessible. With a tv screen for obvious prices, a link to your car's condition, and a comfy waiting area getting an oil change was a great experience. They checked my car and gave me quotes for other things that might need to be fixed with no pressure to get it done right away. When I was confused they patiently explained any questions I had and prices were totally reasonable.

I brought my 4Runner in for an oil change and tire rotation before a long road trip. Because of their courtesy inspection I found out I needed brakes & rotors. They sent a photo of the rust damage proving it was needed and not just a ploy to get more money out of me. They were able to do all the work before I left the next day! The shuttle drivers I had were awesome! Polite and friendly. I usually bring my truck to the dealership but I’ll be bringing it here from now on. Thanks guys for getting me on the road safely!

These guys are great! Made no effort to up-sell me on anything. Very honest, straightforward transaction. Did a beautiful job on my car. No one else in the area could do work on a Tesla because they require a special lift. They have the adapter for the lift and knew exactly what they were doing.

Very disappointed. I brought my car in for a removal of a device that took 2 hours to install but took 3 hours to remove and charged me $285 and there was adhesive still where the device was! I called around and Yipes Auto would of done it for $90. I feel terrible because I feel like I was taken advantage of. I have a call into management and I'll update this review once I hear back. Update: 07/20/2020 Talked to Chaney Noyes and had a very constructive conversation. He informed me that his mechanics are ASE certified and the prices reflect that. They are offering me a discount on the service they provided which I greatly appreciate.

As a 1st time customer, I was very pleased with the whole experience. From requesting an email quote-for new tires and front struts,... to a prompt and informative response; quick appt time with clear and expected results and clarifications. Once the work was completed, the mechanic, Gary, and Bruce at the front desk let me know that I should return, after so many miles, to have Lug nuts checked for tightness and safety and remind me to return every 6 months for free tire rotations. So professional and friendly. I would recommend!

I have taken my car to Noyes several times, mainly for winter tire changeovers, inspections and the like. Most recently I took it there (next day service was available) for them to look at my over-worn and loud tires. I feel that the quote and diagnosis (new rear tires, weak shocks, alignment needed- thank goodness since one tire was on it's last lef) I was given was fair and a good value. The service is always very friendly, organized, and prompt- the staff at Noyes seems to try to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. Above all else, I think that is why I'm a return customer! The location is very convenient to where I work and they have a shuttle service that makes dropping off your car for the day very easy. They always try to work with your schedule, even staying open after hours at times. Again, really genuine nice people to work with!

I am extremely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of their team on the customer service front lines. Chaney was great! He went above and beyond my expectations when it came to communication, explaining what causes irregular tire wear, what my options were, and what they were planning to do in order to correct/evaluate this. I work right down the street so they are convenient to me, but I was hesitant based on the reviews. I just needed my winter tires put on but was also do for inspection and oil change. At first I was a bit put off upon entry, but that settled and my desk experience was good. I asked for the price to install them and was given about what I expected. I did not ask for the inspection or oil change because I wanted to see how they handled it. I got a call a couple hours later and said hey we noticed your stickers were out of date, I asked for quote on oil change and it was fair so had them do that. My airbag light was on and she mentioned that, I knew it had to be fixed before inspection so I declined the high cost to diagnose. Overall, fair price quick work and nothing unexpected.

I had my car inspected at the last minute(my inspection had expired), for a price about 30% lower than my normal inspection service station. It was quick(the car passed!!) and they made three excellent observations and suggestion for items I may need to have addressed in the future with quotes, so I have ample time to research these future services. I wanted to kill two birds with one stone while in the area after my classes, so I called Noyes to see if they can make it happen. I called at 2:30 and asked if it were possible if they did a tire swap for me, as well as an alignment. They close at 5:30. The rep I talked to said he would call me back because he wanted to check if they had certain tires in stock that he was telling me about. Within 15 minutes, I get a call back saying they didn't have it BUT they did have one set that he described to me and he will drive to the other location to pick them up for me. I said great and we met at the shop at 3:30 which wasn't a big deal because i was travelling from montpelier. I left at around 4:00 after paying, going through the usual things and from when i arrived to when i left through the door, my car was already half way through my tire change! I told them i'd be back to pick it up later, so they left my keys in my car, locked (i had a spare), my invoice, and my results from the alignment. In all honesty, i was asking a lot in the short time they had until close and they really made it happen. Also, from looking through the window in the waiting room, the mechanics were working hard, and together, to get what they said they would get done by the end of the day. The people i talked to at the desk were helpful, informative and alert. I would definitely do business here again, very professional people! 02/27/2014

I recently bought a used truck from a dealership that was disclosed as "some cosmetic rust". No big deal, it's VT. Fast forward less than two months later and I'm hearing some awful noise while turning and driving at low speed. Noyes got me in on short notice and let me know what was wrong same day. Turned out to be a much bigger deal and the truck was sold with more than just "some cosmetic rust". Provided me with pictures of the issue and explain what was going on. Noyes was very easy to work with and made it very convenient for me when I didn't have a car. They dropped me off at work when I dropped my car off and picket me up when it was done. They quoted me 10.5 hours of work; I heard from a family friend that it should only be 8.5 hours of work; Noyes finished in 7. They damaged the axle when trying to replace the differential so that had to be replaced, but apparently that is part of the risk of getting large work done like I had (it's what they told me). When I went in to get my car, they applied all the specials and discounts that I could get without me even bringing it up. I would bring my car back to Noyes in the future.

Transparent, fast as promised, very friendly shuttle service. Dont know what you would expect more. Bought snow tires, got them balanced and aligned (which they showed me afterwards was absolutely necessary). They found an issue with my axle, got that fixed couple of days later exactly at the price they estimated.

I don't like spending money no one will ever get a 5 star. I appreciate the honesty of the place they did what i asked and no magic parts needed replacing. Staff was friendly. Online reviews were 5050 but any place where people will spends hundreds and hundreds of dollars will get that its a natural rraction to people loosing lots of money not the shops fault cars are expensive no matter what u drive. Mercedes owners are my fav dont buy a car u cant afford over 10 years old it will need work regularly sorry at least these guys arnt lying to u.

Everything is explaind to me in a staight forward manner, and I never feel like unnecessary service is recommended. And they shuttle me back and forth to work whenever I want!

Was on vacation and a Vermont pothole got me. Bent my rim and flattened my tire. I called all over and even dealer couldn't replace my rim. Noyes found the rim and went to that location to get it. Then mounted and balanced a new tire within a few hours. Kept me posted the whole time with phone calls.. great service and employees.. thank you

While driving from Maine to St.Micheal college my 2009 Avalanche broke down with a rear end issues. A week later and some fantastic customer service and another ride back to Vermont my Avalanche was ready as promised. Felt like I went from customer to part of the family as I walked past the garage and the mechanic who worked on my truck greeted me with a huge hello and a detailed explanation as to what went wrong with my truck.
