I made a winter tire swap appointment very late in the season, showed up on time and the lot was jammed with cars. Rather than turn me away till another day, I was asked to simply come back after lunch. So after a 1:30 car drop, took a relaxing walk by the river trail across the street and when I got back to the shop, snows were on and all four regular tires were in bags in the hatch. But that's not all! When I got home and unloaded the takeoffs I absent mindedly set the first one down against my neighbor's stack of tires (also in bags). I live in an apartment building with assigned parking. I continued unloading the tires, one by one, while running the bike cable through each one. When I got done I was one short and rather than pause and retrace, I returned to the shop asking for my fourth tire. Nobody got upset with an obviously confused customer, the owner and his staff made a search of the shop and surrounding lot. They politely assured me the tire had been put in the car and that if I went home I would find it, even though I had interrupted their work and essentially accused them of carelessness. I was the careless one because upon returning to the parking garage, with the driving lights on there was the tire leaning against the stack of tires, all in white bags, just where I put it. I apparently needed that lesson again that my age isn't always my friend, but the people at E&E are. I tried to call right away, but they had so much work, the phone had to wait. I am sorry that my attention span took away from their production. I will always recommend E&E not only for their professionalism but also their patience.

Flat tire in a small town and limped our way to E & E and boy did we pick the right tire shop. Brett went way above and beyond to get us the tire we needed and get us back on the road. No gimmicks, no BS just a straight up guy who got us taken care of. Can’t say enough good things about our experience. He knows what he is doing and helps you at a very reasonable price.

I showed up at E&E this morning thinking I had to leave my car (this is what I was told when I made the appt.) One of the employees (Dennis maybe ?) waved as I drove in and asked me to pull my car under the roof in the front and said that he could get my tires on right away. This was an unexpected delight! I was on the road with my 2 new tires in less than 1/2 hr. This is a no frills place but they get the job done.

I had a sidewall break on my all season tires but fortunately had my snow tires at home waiting to be mounted. E&E got me in on the same day so I wouldn't be driving on my little spare.

I had a screw in my tire causing a leak. They got me in within two hours of calling, fixed it in 5 minutes and the price was very reasonable. Can’t ask for more than that!

I ALWAYS bring my car to E&E the workers are always quick and efficient. And very helpful with knowledge about what exactly I need. Most places try to nickel and dime you not them. Very fair priced and timely. They always do an amazing job and have exactly what I need.

These guys are great. Affordable, local and well trained. I've been going here for several years to get tires changes and they got a me a good deal on a pair of winter tires that have not only lasted me a while but also were at an affordable price. These guys are great. Highly recommend them.

I came in to E&E on my lunch break with a bent rim and was assisted In no time for an extremely reasonable price. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The other places that I tried before here quoted me almost 3 times the amount + an hour long wait. Overall, a good first time experience here at E&E. I will be using their services again!

As the business owner of E & E Tire Co. I am posting this comment based on the recent negative post today (Very Unhappy !!!). We at E & E Tire are all about social media and respect and learn from peoples opinions. We understand that word of mouth is the best form of advertising. We are an established family owned business with a reputation of being honest and doing business at a fair price. We built or business on repeat customers. Thought it would be fair for us to have a chance to explain the situation with this unhappy person. In brief this person became upset when we would not sell or install the used tires they called for the day prior due to the size given was incorrect for their vehicle. I tried to accommodate him by offering a reduced price for 2 new tires as we did not have their correct size in our used inventory. As the business owner I feel better to have explained the true story.

Have always received good service at fair prices. Once thought I needed a new water pump, but after having them check it out, they corrected the problem by simply replacing a leaking hose, saving me a few hundred.

Don't even live in VT anymore but Brett from E&E still texts me every fall reminding me to bring my car in to get my snow tires put on because he knows I always wait til it's too late. I lived in Essex but would still make the drive to Burlington for the service and good pricing!

I have been coming to this place for many years. I can't be happier with them. They help me in everything they can with my car. I kinda feel like a person who goes unexpected to her friend's shop/garage bc her car is acting up and bc she knows her friend never is gonna be too busy for her... Had a flat and was driving on my spare tire, pulled in to ask if they could patch it, the gent was able to take it right away, not even 20 minutes later and the patched tire was mounted on my car and the spare back in my trunk.

Analeise, you and your husband are both morons.The tire goes on the machine without the rest of the car. The machine is indoors, same one they took the tire off the rim with.
