Got my new set of tires installed. I ordered them online and feel I got a decent price. My appointment was almost 2 weeks out from when I ordered but that was fine (while I was there waiting I learned they were up to about 20 days till the next opening for an install). The day of my appointment I arrived 20 minutes or so early. It took almost that long for the guy behind the counter to get to me even though there were only 2 people in front of me. He was answering the phones, calling in orders, checking stock, dealing with installers and customers... Again, that totally was fine, he was very busy and short staffed. He was doing a great job and that's all you can ask for. I felt bad for him, he looked super stressed. I would have been overwhelmed if I was him. When he got to me he quickly checked me in and asked for my key. I asked him if it was OK for me to wait in my car, he said that's fine. I'd say I waited about 10 minutes or so and someone came and got my car. It was really nice outside so I just sat on the sidewalk and watched videos on my phone. It was about 1 hour after my appointment when they were done. They did a good job on the install, didn't damage any of my rims which was my main concern. Straight to the car wash after to clean up my rims and new tires and it was looking 100%. All in all I was very happy with the experience and glad I decided to go there. Also all the staff were great. It would be really nice if they had somewhere comfortable to sit and wait, but it worked out ok. Longest review ever lol, sorry. Hopefully someone reads it all and it's helpful.

Anthony was awesome! He was friendly and saved me hundreds of dollars by pointing out that my tire's valve actually needed replacement rather than the entire tire itself. He fixed the tire valve and now my tire keeps the correct air pressure rather than slowly deflating over the course of a day. This made my day given the onslaught of potentially costly car issues I've been having recently. Thanks, Anthony! :)

This tire center is great. They never overcharge and generally finish faster than I expect. The man I spoke to the opening Saturday morning of 4/9 even took the time to teach me something about my tires.

Set an appointment to put in new tires during the week and they were very quick. In and out 25 minutes, great service and great warranty on the tires. They'll help you fix a leak and rotate your tires for free (just have to buy the tires from them). Weekends are walk in only, so they can get very busy.

Visited last week when I noticed my tire looked flat. They offered diagnostics and repair even though it was close to closing time. Repair was free with the warranty I had for the tires. They even stayed late and helped answer additional questions I had. Phenomenal service!

I want to thank the service that the manager of the Tire Center gave me his name is Oscar and he is a Salvadoran countryman; thanks to Costco for having staff who speak two languages in my case Spanish. Oscar tended me with kindness and I felt that I was looking for the best cost / benefit option; His attitude was always friendly and helpful from the first time I arrived until I finished the tire change that my Honda Pilot required ... his interest in giving the best service and attention was always constant ...
