I recently had my tires replaced by Jay and a team member at my home and it was a pleasure, actually a true luxury for me as I have back problems. Boston Mobile Tire and Jay were referred to me by a friend who writes reviews about cars, products, techniques…from the moment Jay and I spoke on the phone I understood why I was referred to him. Jay first mentioned the exact tire that I had narrowed my search down to, described his process which put me at ease because my vehicle does require some finesse and booking an appointment at your home or work is done so easily through text/email and confirmations. Boston Mobile Tire was the tire service I didn't even know I needed. As a person with a disability, loud garages, commuting back and forth to the tire shop, and haggling around on prices are all things I am ill equipped to do. When I needed new tires for my car I was dreading the difficult journey ahead, then I discovered Boston Mobile Tire. I picked my tires from a large selection of options on their website with no attempts to upsell me. Then I scheduled an appointment and paid for it all online. They came to my house and did a very professional job changing my tires. There was nothing but positives all the way around. Great selection, great prices, and absolutely no hassle at all.

Even when we encountered a problem with my vehicle having custom rims he was quick to find a solution; even going out of his way to bring the tire to another location to attempt to remedy the problem. First time using any kind of mobile tire service, but what a great experience! Jay was very friendly, kept me updated on arrival time, paid close attention to detail, and was very knowledgable about tires, wheels, (and local auto racing)! Pricing for mounting & balancing was in-line if not cheaper than a local shop (when not buying their tires), so the only additional charge ($60) was offset by the convenience of not having to lug 4 rims & tires somewhere and waiting there and I was happy to support a local business. Highly recommended!

I called Boston Mobile Tire after hours because I had a blowout on the highway. I was thrilled that Jay even answered the phone. Although he was overbooked the next day, he spent a lot of time on the phone with me going over different types of tires, brands, and price points. By the end of our conversation, I was confident in my choice and he agreed to fit me in the next day at my work. I ordered four tires and drove to work the next morning on my donut with fingers crossed. When he arrived he assessed my car and said I didn't even need the back tires done. He was happy to return the two he ordered and put two new tires on the front car. I can't recommend highly enough. I will use again for all my tire needs. TLDR:. Highly knowledgeable, Honest assessments, Exceptional service. Will use again and again.
