steve gordonI recently had an alignment at Big-O tires on Main St in Boise and the customer service was excellent! Keaton was very friendly and helpful with getting my car in, and it was nice that it didn't take long to get it done. I've always had a good experience with this store and really appreciate the great customer service at this store!
John CooperAppreciated Josh's can do attitude. We had a close encounter with a pole today, and Josh squeezed us in on the alignment rack. Straitened us out, with no new parts needed. In and out for a fair price and good work. Thanks again.

Christina just ChristinaI bought new tires here last year for my car after a few bad experiences with other shops in Boise trying to upsell me things I knew I didn't need. In fact I went to a shop on Vista to put tires on my Explorer and they were so terrible I ended up replacing them within 500 miles. That shop had no accountability at all and I vowed to never go back.
I decided to give Big O a try because they were recommended from an old friend. Today I had my snow tires mounted here on the charger and I honestly expected them to cost more. I dropped off my car, but could have easily waited, as they notified me my car was done within the hour. I'll be back next month to put new tires on 2 vehicles, And I'll be bringing 2 trucks in over the summer. I cannot tell you how happy I am for the professional service I received, you will definitely be my tire shop for life. From a woman's perspective it's a breath of fresh air to not be talked down to, or upsold things I don't want or need. The honesty, integrity and affordability are all part of your overall package, and I am grateful!!! Thanks Big O! You're the best!!!
