We are all riding on their tires and we have all relied on them to FIX--not patch, our assorted vehicles. To me, it is all about Value. Took My truck in after hitting something in the road. Bent my lift kit up pretty bad. They quickly got the right parts and put it back together. It runs just the same as it did before. Excellent work.

This place is by far the best automotive place I’ve ever been to! The staff goes above and beyond for you and if they have a dealership from Lagrange, GA coming all the way over, you know they’re got a great price and service! They don’t try to tell you that you need all this stuff done to your vehicle that unnecessary either. You won’t be dissatisfied!! Our Jeep and Ford got amazing service and I loveeeeee my new rims! 😍😍

I took my 05 Silverado Z-71 to them for a tire rotation and line up . They informed me that the whole front suspension was so worn out that they couldn’t line it up. Upon inspection myself they were indeed correct . I took the parts they needed , pitman arm , brackets , control arms etc and they fixed me up . Had me in and out in one day . They couldn’t have did a better job . Drives like a new truck! Definitely will have my future business

Stopped by today to see what it would cost to replace one tire sensor. After talking they decided to take a quick look at my tire pressure in all of the tires, not just the problem tire. Turns out the sensor wasn't bad and the tire with low air is a different one. Now we know what the problem could be and I know what to look for. They are such a caring, friendly, and kind group of folks. We will be using their services from now on. Thanks guys for taking care of me today and giving me piece of mind again in my car.

I cannot say enough about this company and in particular, Chris! We had 2 separate tire blowout incidents on our RV while traveling to FL. They helped us with both!! He even traveled out of his way to help us with the 2nd one. It is so nice to see that customer service and kind people exist!!

They do good work at reasonable prices but charged us 75 dollars to tow our truck 2 blocks. Could have had it towed free on my ins. They didn't advise of it though. Most places I've used towed free if I hired them to do the work. We will use them again but will have it towed ourselves.

I've been doing business at this establishment for many years and Brad Parker is a man of his word and runs a tight ship. Jamie Bush is always smiling when you come through the doors and the mechanics are all certified so they know what their doing. Great tire selection and if they don't have what you're looking for they'll find it I've never been in there longer than 30 minutes for an oil change. I recommend Parker Tire to anyone . 4.5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐.5

I have been to this place 3 times and they have only charged me once. Like today, the last time they didn't make me pay they said there wasn't much to what they had to do. Also when I go in I sit on my phone and usually play solitaire but I hear everything that's going on around me; I am amazed by what I hear they are doing for other people. One of the things I heard them do for a customer today was they went the extra mile and washed one of the vehicles that a customer brought them that had been apparently sitting up for a while. The same individual had brought their vehicle in for numerous other things because of how long it had been sitting. There was a discussion about whether the oil was changed in the vehicle or not. One mechanic said it had not been done because there was not that many miles on it even though it was over the date of when the sticker apparently said it needed to be changed. A little while later I overheard a phone call to that customer about the oil change saying that another mechanic had informed them that he had infact changed the oil and that they just wanted to give the customer a heads up that it had indeed been done but that there was going to be no additional charge, it was on the house. You could tell by the conversation that the customer was on the other end saying that they would be back to pay for it but Parker's insisted that it would be on the house. Definitely a place with people you can trust.

I own a business and pulled up with a failing trailer tire. Being in a rush, every minutes counted. Where else does the owner say common let's change that tire right now? Within 10 minutes, Parker tire had me back on the road....that is customer service!

I got lost and ended up sitting on the side of the road with a flat tire. A young man came driving across a field in a white Jeep! He first said calm down you are going to be okay. Then he offered to change my tire until we both realized it was almost totally flat! So I called him back to the store where he plugged and aired at my original tire and then my spare tire as well!!!
