This is the best place I have ever went to for car service. I am female a lot of time people abuse the fact that I am not knowledgeable about cars. This place is fast, nice and helpful and cheaper than most. I would recommend them all day and night. thanks OK tire for being so wonderful. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Wow. Truly a great place to take your vehicle. I needed an inspection on a car I wanted to buy. I watched the inspection, it was thorough. They showed me on the car everything they found. They didn't try to pressure any sales or repairs, just helped me with honest information. Completely with the price for the peace of mind I left with. Highly recommend.

Amazed by their service and honesty. Driving down from Iowa to Florida to see some family and suddenly my dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree. Pulled into Autozone to get a code read, and they recommended getting a thorough reading down the street at OK Tire & Service and I am so grateful we did. Even though they were busy, they worked us in right away. Steve (mechanic) went above and beyond our expectations to diagnose and correct our problem, and quickly got us back on the road, AND it was less expensive than what we were quoted. On the wall in the waiting area it says that they won’t do work without your permission, and they won’t tell you that you need some repair when you don’t, and it is absolutely true. We were so happy to find ethical, honest, hardworking mechanics.

I am truly grateful of their service and ability to fit me in when I need help with my vehicle. I always try to call and ask ahead of time for availability and they rarely tell me no. They've been professional and helpful with the AC Recharge service that I've had to use twice due to errors we had done to the car. COVID-19 Review: Most of the employees do NOT wear masks, either inside or in the bays. Chairs in the waiting room are spread out (only 6 chairs surrounding the TV) but there are 2 benches outside facing opposite each other. Hand sanitizer is usually there, but I failed to see it today except for a spray bottle.

I had to drop my truck off the have the air conditioner fixed the other day took them about two hours to fix it. It was not simply a charging issue as well, it was a electronics issue it control module. I had already bought the parts for them to install and replace for them on my own. But the over all work they did looks great I can't tell they removed or taken apart anything during the work.

They actually called me after seeing my email concerning the days and times I could come to set up appointment,which ended up being on a Saturday. Originally went for alignment but ended up having more work done. Left my car but they called to keep me informed. Attempted to work with me despite my limited budget I had to spend.

I am very pleased to have bought my tires here a few months ago and even more impressed about the repair the performed on it when it got a nail in it a week ago. Brought it to the walmart near my house to patch up after getting a nail in it and they refused to fix it. So went ahead a drove on spare back to Ok tire the next day to see what they said but was all prepared to have to buy another tire. Well after waiting for a little while the man walked back in and said they could fix it no problem. And it barely cost me any money too. Only thing it did take from me was a lot of my time. So expect good work but just be willing to wait to get it. :)

The best customer service in town. Yesterday my son had his truck in for an oil change and tire rotation plus Steve was going to check a belt squeak. My son who lives in Pelham called to check on his truck at 3 PM. Steve said he had found a bad water pump and would fix it before closing so my son could be on his way home and not have to leave the truck overnight. Could not be happier with the service provided by the good folks at OK Tires.
