If anyone has vehicle problems, Gray's is the place to go! Gray's was recommended highly from the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Dealership for another alternative service center for repairs. I felt welcomed, and understood about my concerns. You can feel confident with repairs made at Gray's!! I cannot express how Great they handle any service needs you may encounter. I will be returning to Gray's for any future repairs that may happen. Please know that this place is Great! I can't thank them enough for the quick and affordable service preformed!

Everyone was great! The entire place was clean and calm. I was greeted and taken care of upon arrival. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and was very satisfied. Edit: After I left, my car was making a weird noise that it wasn’t making before service. I took it back and they checked it for me. They were very patient. It isn’t 100% clear why my car is making a new noise after service, but I hope it won’t be expensive to fix.

Highly recommend Gray’s! My tire pressure was extremely low in one tire when getting off work. I got to Gray’s around 5:00 ( right before closing ) and was still greeted with friendly smiling faces. That says a lot for how things are at several businesses now a days. They were able to plug my tire. It didn't take long and they did not even charge me. You can not get better customer service. I will be going back for any tire needs and will definitely recommend them any chance I get!

My husband dropped off my our sons car today to have a tire repaired. They found a nail that was removed and then fixed the tire and called to let us know it was ready for pick up. My husband went to pick it up and was told no charge. These people are amazing, kind and get your car back to you in no time. I highly recommend them for any needs on your car!

What a GREAT experience!! Although they were very busy, I feel like they stopped, dropped and rolled to assist me; on the spot service, and I needed that. They found the problem which I was sure "That's not it." But it was, and they found it quickly and fixed it quickly! A special shout out to Kenneth who was patient, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. Wow!..was traveling home with 9 hrs left of driving to reach home. Had a flat tire...made it to grays tire service center. From the moment I reached the shop I was not only greeted with friendly faces but the kindest most caring peole.. a gentleman by the name of KENNETH filled us in that everything was going to be OK and that he would fix our tire so we could get home safe. This experience was right out of a storybook ...and yes there are amazing people in this world...and if you want to meet them...they are at Gray's tire center.

I have been very pleased with Gray's on 14 (Prattville) . They usually have some kind of deal running. Last time I called around, the oil change and tire rotation for my vehicle was cheapest at Gray's by about $20. I went in for an oil change this week and asked them to check my brakes because I felt some shaking when I stop. They could have absolutely sold me a whole brake job, but instead Gabe called and told me my brakes look great and it was actually a loose mounting bracket on the motor. They even sent me a video of the engine from under the bay showing the whole engine rocking back and forth when they applied brakes. The fix is covered under my warranty and brakes definitely are not covered. I'm really thankful they seem to be a very honest and knowledgeable lot.

Took both our van and car in for alignment and was met by friendly and professional staff. Both vehicles were aligned perfectly and quickly. We waited in the spacious and comfortable visitor lounge where they even furnished charging stations for our phones!

Words and stars cannot express the amount of gratitude my wife and I have for these guys. We were on our way back from vacation and the wheel bearing went out on my camper. I have AAA Premier RV and they couldn't help us, actually no one wanted to help us. Gray's came out quick and helped us get back on the road. While traveling thru Alabama alone with my dog, I got a flat tire on the interstate in Prattville. My spare was a small donut type and it would have taken me forever to get back to Knoxville. Mr. Matt followed me back to the shop on Summit Pkwy. They were extremely busy, but knew I had a long trip ahead. David and Joseph were also very kind and professional. Everyone in the shop made every effort to get my tire repaired and get me back on the road as soon as possible. The store was clean and the staff was so kind to let me bring my dog in from out of the heat! I would recommend Gray’s to everyone. David, the owners Son, told me the history of the business. We were on a multi state road trip with three little kids and all the stuff they need for a fun week at the beach. It was 6am, the Saturday before a holiday, we had to pull off the interstate because our vehicle was in distress. We called and Gray’s sent a technician to our location (less than a mile from the shop), and brought our family to the shop too. After we towed it to the shop they found the problem and secondarily found a very important safety issue and resolved both issues to get us back on the road! We are so very grateful for their kindness and expertise! Top notch customer service and mechanic work. They went over and above, and deserve more than 5 stars.

Grays saved the day by helping me with a tire repair. Headed to sunny FL and tire pressure became drastically low fast. I changed the tire and called Grays to see if they could repair the original. They were closing in minutes but told me to bring the car in. Three, extremely friendly guys met me at the door and instantly discovered it was a faulty valve. They had it repaired in minutes. Took my car by there today because my light came on letting me know one of my tires was low. Was in a time crunch because my daughter was playing in a softball tournament in the area and we had less than 1.5 hours before i had to be back for her next game. They got my car in, checked and tire fixed in time to get to my daughter’s game. And to top it off they were super nice and friendly. Can’t say enough good things about this place. I would give many more stars over 5 stars if I could. We have been using Gray's Tire forever- back when they only had 1 location. We are customers at the Redland Rd location. We love the staff there-they are dependable and always eager to help however they can. I have never had an experience there that I could complain about-it's always top notch service! As a woman, who knows NOTHING about cars, it's difficult to feel comfortable and trust someone to not try to charge you for a repair just because they know you will pay for it. I always know that what is being quoted to me is necessary for my safety and the dependability of my vehicle to get me where I need to go. If you haven't had a chance to check out a Gray's tire location, I hope you will for your next repair or maintenance. You will not be disappointed! Shop local and shop Gray's-the owner is an instrumental member of your community-when you do business there, you are allowing them to give back to the community you call home.

We had a blow out on our RV travel trailer. Since the tires were from China we did not want to take a chance on another blow out. I contacted Gray's Tire and Auto to see if they had RV tires available. David Gray was very helpful and worked with me in getting the tires we needed. I brought the camper in on a monday and it was raining. I felt really bad about having one of their employees (kenneth) to change the tires i the rain. Kenneth was the employee assigned to change the tires on our RV. He was EXTREMELY polite, Professional, and informative! I was very very impressed with his personality and helpfulness. I am now a lifetime customer. I had heard good things about Gray’s tire so I thought I would try it out. I took my car by to have the tire looked at for a slow leak. The tire was fixed in 30 minutes and I was charged NOTHING! I had two nails in my tire and they fixed them for FREE!! I couldn’t believe it. They just told me to have a nice day. Having a classic car, I don't just trust anyone to work on it. After seeing reviews of Gray's here, I had some confidence in them. Gray's in Prattville was awesome. It's finally good to have an honest mechanic! They had my '90 Camaro IROC in the shop diagnosing a starting problem. They ran tests, kept me updated with great communication, told me what they recommended and replaced parts on the car upon my approval. They finally got my car running again. But since these Camaros are notorious for being finicky, they couldn't guarantee that what they did fixed the problem. So, they charged me $0 for the parts replaced and $0 in labor costs. What should've been a bill over $1k, was free. Thanks Gray's and thanks Connor and the other mechanics there. They definitely have my business from here on out.

Gray’s saved our vacation - our family was heading down to the beach when we discovered a screw in our front tire just north of Montgomery. A quick Google search led us to Gray’s Tire. They got us in and back on the road in under 45 minutes and the service was top notch. Highly recommend them! Update to this review - upon arriving at the beach, we discovered our little girl had lost her favorite stuffed animal. We called Gray’s thinking she might have left it there. The sales manager went out of his way to search the waiting room and found our little one’s missing lovey. They held onto it for us until we came back through on our way home - needless to say these folks were our little girl’s super heroes for reuniting her with her stuffed animal! After waiting on the side of the interstate for over 2 hours on a tow truck when we got to Gray’s they were so helpful and respectful. I’ve always known this company was helpful and efficient, but I visited the Prattville location for the first time today to get a leak checked out on a tire. Well I came by and dropped off my car while I went with my family to run errands, and I came back when it was ready and turned out I had a nail in the tire. These guys are awesome. During our travels down I-65 we needed to air up a low tire. After several failed attempts at local gas station and several dollars of quarters lost due to the gas stations “pay for air” being busted and leaving us with less air then our arrival, we pulled in to Gray’s Tire and walked in and shared our troubles. The gentleman behind the counter personally showed us were to pull our car in to one of the bays and asked “D” to perform a tire check all the way around and would not take any money for the services. “D” did great job airing us up and now I-65 is smooth sailing. Long story short is I lost my job during Covid and got a flat tired. Great just what I needed is to have to replace it or pay to get it patched. I took it here because I had never gone and was curious to see the prices. The took a look at it and said they could patch it and they did very quickly. While waiting for it to be patched it was very comfortable in the waiting area. Not what I expected at a auto place from past experiences. They said it was done and I was ready to see the damage to my wallet and I was told it was on the house. Then a few weeks later I get a hand written letter in the mail from them hoping the tire is all good. When I have to replace my tires I will use them. They have great customer service, a excellent waiting area, and treat you like a human being.

Gray's Tire in Prattville is wonderful. I have used them before and always felt that they were upfront and honest about the work they did. I had my jeep towed to them thinking I had a major mechanical breakdown and was expecting a huge repair after riding on a trail. They checked everything out it turned out to be a simple sensor knocked out of place and alignment issue. Gray's had just done an alignment for me, and I had turned around and knocked it out doing something on a trail. They could have up-sold or replaced this or that, and they already knew that I expected a big repair bill but no, they readjusted the sensor, realigned the jeep, and did not charge me anything to fix my mistake. Awesome group of people!

Found my new Tire/ Automotive spot! Super nice over the phone when I called about having a tire that keeps going low checked out, they told me to come on and they would work me in today. I went into grays tire and auto in Prattville today for my front end issues. Within 5 minutes of my truck on the rack, the problem was found with ease. I was quoted for the job including an alignment with a reasonable price considering you have a 24,000 mile 2 year warrant on EVERYTHING they do. So if you break down on the side of the road due to the repairs they made, they will send a tow truck to you and fix it under warranty. I’ve always been a stickler about taking my vehicle to any shop but grays has definitely earned my business and my trust. They also repaired my tire free of charge and the technician spent at least 20 minutes on ONE wheel making sure everything was perfect even after re balancing it. I’m very pleased with y’all’s work and hospitality.

You won't regret doing business with Gray's Tire and Service Centers. Hello all, old school Chip Jones here again. I just got to tell everyone how great the automobile service is at Gray's Tire and Service Center Prattville, AL. location. I have a 2016 Toyota Tacoma with OME ( original manufacturers equipment ) steel wheels and wanted to upgrade to OME alloy wheels. I found a 2 year old set in very good condition with center caps and lug nuts but no TPS ( tire pressure sensor ) monitors. The problem is my steel wheel sensors are not usable with alloy wheels due to interior wheel surface angle. And they can be expensive to replace. Well, Gray's employee Nick Bruno did some check area and found me a complete set at a very reasonable price and they installed them in my wheels same day. I really like my new wheels and the folks at Gray's Tire and Service Center. It's New Years Eve with a New Year about to be here. If you haven't already, be sure to give them a try for all your automotive needs !!!
