Passing through town and called 20 minutes before they closed because I had a leak. They said get here as quick as you can. Showed up 15 minutes before they closed and they fit me in right away! No comments about being there right before closing. Friendly people who care about treating people right! Highly recommend!

Tires were great, but I brought these people a "report card" from a well respected mechanic shop (3rd Ave Auto), explaining that the control arm needed to be tightened, and they obviously ignored it. My SUV was all over the road before and after I spent $439.00 for two tires and an alignment. I fixed it myself, and I'm disabled. Edit: In hindsight, they did get the tires mounted and balanced right, and once the control arm was tightened, my SUV drives nicely. I just wish I hadn't had the reason to leave a bad review in the first place. Three stars.

Derek even went the extra mile to help me size up new wheels and tires for a different vehicle after having an alignment done. Great place, high quality products and extraordinary customer service.

I came in on the walk-in for some new tires for my truck. Derek Took the time to explain to me the differences and the benefits of siping. I got this done on a set of aggressive studded tires ~$300 cheaper than competitors. All done in less than an hour. Truly amazing customer service. Thank you!

I purchased a new truck and was not a fan of the tires that came with it off the lot. They offered me a very fair trade in price for them and put new Falkens on. The entire transaction took about 45 minutes, which was fantastic. Not including the value of the old tires, I paid the same price to have the tires mounted, balanced and ready to ride that I would have paid for the tires only, no install, at another shop in town. Plus they do lifetime rotate and balance. Great experience from a customer service standpoint and I hope the tires perform equally well.

Had a trailer tire blow 20 miles outside of Billings. Called these guys while we mounted the spare and they were ready for us in the time it took to get there. 4 new much higher quality tires in under 30 minutes and we were back on the road. Good prices, great service!

This place was great! We blew a tire hunting in Miles City. I called and talked to Derek, who got us another tire the same day ( we had a unique tire size). By the time we got to the shop they got us in and out in less than 20 min, and we were back on the hunt! Service was great! Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Huge shout out to Derek S. and the guys at Montana Tire Distributors. I was 2/3 of the way from Houston TX to Calgary AB in my front-wheel drive Hyundai Santa Fe. Driving solo with All-Season tires in the desperate hopes that I could make it to Calgary without hitting any major weather. I wasn't so lucky. I slip slided into into Billings desperate for some help. Not only did Derek fit me in immediately (so as to not prolong an already veerrry long trip), he outfitted me with a decent set of proper winter tires AND he agreed to hang on to my all season tires for the couple of weeks that I was in Canada. I picked them up on my way back through Billings and drove happily back to Houston. Thanks for going that extra mile, Derek. Your kindness made my holidays!

I am, as usual, totally impressed and satisfied with the work Kyle did for me. He put front brake pads, rotors, wheel seals and an idler arm, repacked the wheel bearings and aligned my pickup for about the same price I was quoted for just the brakes at other repair shops. Their prices on tires are always competitive and they do terrific work! Thanks, guys! You have a customer for life!

If you are in the market for new tires, the guys at Montana Tire need to be on your list of places to call. Their prices can't be beat and they don't have hidden fees. The price they quote you is the price you will pay. The service they provide is exceptional! The best!! I have been dealing with Montana Tire for almost 6 years. They treat me like gold. I am disabled and they go out of their way to help with everything needed both with tires and mechanical issues! Kyle is a super and fair mechanic. I won't take my business elsewhere! Also, I had never had Maxxis tires. They didn't have my size in stock when I asked for Toyos on that day. Glad I went with Maxxis. Really reliable tires! In addition, twice last year (unreal) I got 2 nails in my tires. They fixed it right away!!

We were on vacation from our home in Calgary, Alberta. We called them on the way to Billings after I discovered a screw in my minivan's tire at Little Bighorn Battlefield. They quoted a price and said they could get us in right away. The van was in the shop ten minutes after arriving and the repair was done promptly. When I was ready to pay, the manager told me there was no charge, but to come back when I needed new tires. I told him that was unlikely since I lived in Calgary, but he still didn't charge me. The repair got us home, and is still good five weeks later.
