This is my second time coming in. The first time my experience was excellent; we had gotten a flat and I needed all 4 tires replaced on short notice. They got us in immediately and had the job done within an hour. A week later I discover a sidewall issue with one of the tires. They were able to get me in right away and replaced the tire without question. The staff is professional and courteous. Their app is great; we took off for lunch and got regular progress updates. I never felt pressured to purchase anything I didn't want. Pricing was fair and transparent. I'd absolutely recommend Discount Tire. Thanks for the help!

Shopped online, bought online, set an appointment online and was able to drop off for service and leave. These guys go above and beyond, staying late if they have to to help as many people as they can. Their website seems to be the only full service site that doesnt require you to call for one reason or another. That makes this place, to me, top notch!

They had the tires we were looking for, but they were a bit more than we wanted to pay. Ended up getting a same day appointment. Arrived early for our appointment but still ended up waiting for 1/2 hour to get in. Then we ended up waiting 5 to 10 minutes while they waited for assistance to back our car out.

I always have a good experience at discount tire, this location is no different. I love the free balance and rotations. Unfortunately the first balance didn’t quite take, and I didn’t find out until later in the day. I hurriedly called and after hearing my situation (lots of vibration) they kindly stayed open a little late just to make it right. Took less than 20 minutes and I was back on the road.

Wait time was 4 hours Staff was very good It was cold inside the waiting area. Waiting area should offer coffee or chocolate drink. Because it takes so long. Because the tires were shipped in I didn't receive any Warrenty papers I Have to have them sent by your sister company thru the mail. Was told the Warrentys were different at you other store. Made a bit confusing sense you own both stores.

The stem on my rv wheel went bad Saturday evening they squeezed me in and repaired it. They are closed Sunday, I really appreciate that I was able to get back on the road without waiting through the weekend. The staff at this store was very friendly and professional. I'm not sure if it's corporate policy to do repairs free, my daughter had tires repaired on a new car with factory tires and they didn't charge at a Florida location and my RV tires didn't come from them and they repaired it free, my son had trouble with 1 of 4 tires we did buy from them and no questions asked they replaced it. I will never go anywhere else for tires. 5 starts all around at all their location so far.

Great place to get tires, or get your tires repaired. They don't mess around. I didn't even make it in the door before someone came out to help me the last time I was there. I have never had to wait long to get anything done. And they just do an all around great job!

I was on a cross country trip when something punctured my tire. I arrived within minutes of the store closing on a Saturday afternoon. They removed the tire from the rim, inspected it, and were able to repair with a plug. The crew then mounted, balanced, and installed the repaired tire. They also replaced the spare back under the truck. They did all this at no charge, and after hours on a Saturday. I can't say enough about their customer service! Thanks for getting me back on the road!!!

Super nice and helpful. Joshua took the time to test our valve stem for a leak before our appointment just in case it could be an easy fix. When it wasn’t the valve stem, he got our car in 30 mins early and had the tire patched. We always knew what was happening with our car and they got our tire fixed quickly despite being quite busy. We always use Discount Tire, and this is why. When something goes wrong unexpectedly, they get it fixed and get us back on the road! Thanks guys!!!

This place of business is amazing. John, Jeff and Tanner made sure that we were well cared for. We had been on the road 8 hours with our 1 ton diesel and 5th wheel with literally zero issues. 30 miles out from Billings, our tire monitoring system started going nuts showing that one of our tires was losing pressure and every minute or so it was losing more. We pulled into Discount Tire and they were quick to take a look. These were nearly new tires and we couldn’t imagine what the issue was. Fortunately, it wasn’t the tire but the tire stem and they squeezes us in to make the repair. And then…wouldn’t let us pay. We did not buy our tires from Discount Tire and we’re from out of town. We thanked them profusely and they told us just to refer and use them in the future. We will do just that.

Came in with my tire going flat about 3:50. Told me they were backed up and it would likely be around six before I got done. Ok, no problem. I sit down to wait. 4:05 this man comes in and very loudly states his truck is supposed to be done by 4:30. One of the gentleman politely explain they got backed up but, he is next and will still be done by 4:30. We’ll this isn’t good enough for this guy even though that was the time he had already stated. I want to thank that guy for his tantrum. I got to go home 15 minutes earlier than my estimated time because you left.

Everyone dreads seeing that little tire pressure monitor light come back on after just filling it the day before. This recently happened to me. After inspection I find a nail. Time to get it repaired, ugh. That’s where the hassle ended. I set an appointment at this location and kept it even after countless recommendations of other places to go. Upon arriving (on my lunch break even) they got my vehicle in within minutes. They kept me informed of the process and confirmed it was a nail. In no time flat (no pun intended) they had the vehicle out and tire repaired. Figured I would be charged may $30-$50. Pleasantly surprised they repaired the tire at no charge and simply requested I keep them in mind when I’m in need of new tires. I was able to get there for the appointment and be back at work before my lunch break was even over. Highly recommend this location and this is one of the many reasons why I’ll always take my vehicle to discount tire for anything to do with tires and will continue to do so. Thank you to this location for making this a quick and painless process!

I called around town for the best prices on vehicle tires during this current crisis we find ourselves in. The customer service just through the phone alone was awesome. I gave them the details they needed and I received the same in return. Based on my vehicle's tire size, I found that Discount Tire had the *best price* for what I wanted. I ordered wheels and tires online, and they contacted me the same day to let me know they were out of a style I wanted but had a more expensive alternative they would price match. I agreed, and it showed up 3 days before scheduled! They got me in the same day they contacted me to tell me my items had arrived, which was awesome! It only took about an hour, 3 days ahead of schedule and while they were fairly steady with customers and phones ringing constantly. I even saw them give someone a discount on a replacement tire that had been damaged due to the customer and didn't fall within the warranty. Amazing customer service, and I will definitely recommend and be back when needed.

Bought 4 new tires at Thanksgiving. Loved you could make appt on line and get it taken care of. I did not not get the tire protection certificate at the time and last week ran over a huge spike. When I cane in to get it fixed of course the damage was more than what they could repair. I asked if there was any way to purchase the repair certificate this far after buying the tires. They checked my tread and prorated the tire. Even buying the certificate on all four tires I saved 110 dollars total on getting the new tire and all 4 tires are protected now. Super great customer service and you got a customer for life.

Great customer service! They were extremely busy, but every one was kind, polite, and honest about the wait. Being that winter suddenly approached, a lot of people were coming in to have their tires changed, new ones put on, or just to make sure they are properly inflated. The guys there were quick, and all around amazing. I needed new tires, and as long as I was willing to wait, they were willing to work me in. Upfront, the gentleman was honest and said it could be 3-4 hours or the next appointment was the following week. I had already came prepared to wait. Definitely had the opportunity to see these guys at work.

Such a different tire buying experience at discount tire then at tire rama or other places. customer service is very good, greeting you at the door. 35 minutes and I had 4 new tires on my car. This will be the only place I will buy tires.

This really is the best place in town for tires. I am a delivery driver so I use these guys quite a bit. I recently picked up a nail in the sidewall of a brand new tire from them and because it was not repairable they replaced it with a brand new tire for free. Josh is always there and is very professional, fast, and courteous. He helped my then pregnant wife and mother-in-law once and they said the same thing. On top of all the excellent customer service, prices are the best in town and you can’t beat the warranty. 11/10 👍👍

They are super friendly, fast, efficient, and comparable on price. Got my car in and out with new tires all around in about 45min. It was extremely cold yesterday so I dropped car off and picked it back up and didn't inspect anything until I got home later last eve. I noticed one of my custom rims has a gouge in the center and my aftermarket rear brake caliper covers are missing. Not at all happy about the wheel - The caliper covers weren't a big ticket item so wouldn't have been a big deal had they informed me they knocked them off and I could have re-installed at a later date had they given them back to me. They didn't so a 4 or 5 star rating is now a 2 from me. I'm sure a tech who was doing the tires didn't even tell a manager or representative at front desk. Too bad because I have quite a few vehicles that I buy tires for every few years. :( Edit: A manager did call me back to come in and resolve the issue so that was honerable. Mistakes happen and nice to see that they will work to make it right.

I bought a fixer upper Tundra and the TPMS system was blinking and wouldn’t reset with the button under the dash. I thought maybe it needed new batteries in one or more of the tires. Discount Tire plugged in their diagnostic tool and checked all four tires. The tires were sending signals but the truck wasn’t hearing them. They reset the truck and all was fixed. When I asked how much I owed they said no charge. Best 15 minutes I spent all day.

Quick and efficient service! 1.Went in for a tire quote and in less that 10 minutes I had a quote, and all the information I needed. 2 I took my vehicle in after getting a flat and somehow managed to lose my tire lock key, after explaining the situation they offered to break them off and replace the old locks with better ones. After fighting to get those off, they replaced my tires and locks before the estimated time given at the beginning. 3. I had a broken lug and just wanted to replace that single one instead of a whole set, and the guys did it for free in a matter of minutes and got me back on the road!

Just got a set of the Discount Tire exclusive Goodyear Ultraterrain A/T tires for my Tundra and couldn't be happier with the quality of the tires, the locations service and overall speed of the process. The Asst. Manager Joshua J. That helped me was a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable and friendly as well as all the staff working today. I also spoke with another manager, Jeff C. a few days ago, and he was super nice too. They were all hustling around and I was in and out super quick. Used to go to costco, which takes forever, but highly doubt I'd go that route again. Highly recommend the new all terrain tires and this business.

Got in quickly, selected tire and purchased wheel to replace doughnut. Didn't charge tire disposal and gave lugs required for new wheel for free. It is important to note they don't do alignments. They do work with Brown's automotive though. Brown's got my car in for an alignment within a hour of getting new tires on.
