Your business is fantastic. I went to the dealer for service and they told me about 6 months ago that I needed new brakes and I've been to you all twice. And you've told me you I still have good wear on them yet. I appreciate your honesty; you're not like most places that are just trying to get the customer to do maintenance before it's needed. Your employees are very helpful and explain everything very thoroughly and are never ever pushy. You've got all of my business as long as I still have a vehicle.

Been going to this shop for years. Took a tire in for a plug and they repaired using a patch & tube. Would have appreciated communication from the shop, that a tube was needed. I could have bought a new tire for double the price of the tire repair. Which would have been a better option, being the tire is old. Plus a tube repair is not ideal for a tractor tire repair. ****Changing my rating from 3 to 5; Harford Tire reached out to me and rectified my issues. Thank you.****

Great Business! I had a flat and brought in my car. Not even 15min later I had the conclusion of what needed to be done and it wasn't too expensive. They even gave me a ride home and gave me a call when my car was ready. (They had to get my tires delivered.) They had it finished about 5/6hrs later. Definitely reccomend!

Had the Brakes upgraded on my wife’s Jeep, they did a great Job, very professional, polite, courteous, thorough, and attention to detail second none. Nathan treated my Jeep as if it was his, maybe better. Being a former fighter pilot and now a physician, I’m admittedly a little OCD when it comes to everything, including my cars. Having a couple of show winning Jeeps, a few magazine covers, and one truck that “won” Sema in Vegas; I am very particular, and I would trust them to work on my trucks. That is a very short list. Harford Tire replaced the BFGoodrich tires on my Jeep Wrangler. We decided on Falkens, a significant improvement for hard surface driving. The Jeep is as quiet as a car now. Harford tire was great at servicing my 2004 Acura rsx. I recently lowered my car 2 and half inches all around, after putting on coilovers it is a must that you get an alignment. Before I considered Harford Tire I went to where was closest to me. I started with Firestone and they wouldn’t even touch my car because it was “heavily modified” and couldn’t get the car on the alignment rack because of the excessive camber in the rear. I then ventured else where and was told they couldn’t do it either. A buddy of mine recommended Harford Tire. A quick phone call and I scheduled an appointment to have it done. They did the proper work to fix my terrible alignment issues I was having, while keeping me updated. At the end they were able to fix my car and gave me some important information. I really appreciate the work guys.

We have an old Dodge 1500 4x4 and it was time for some new tires and our annual front-end check at Harford Tire. How many old Dodge 1500’s get 50k miles out of a set of tires? Ours does because we trust Harford tire with our alignment. Did you know that the front and rear of even pickup trucks can be aligned? I didn’t. It needed a lower ball joint this time but hey, it’s got 140k on it so…of course, when we got it back, it drives wonderfully. We first met Harford tire the way most people do, by word of mouth. We live up in PA, and our local car repair shop recommended them for some front-end work about 6 years ago. Since then, we’ve trusted Harford Tire with our tire and alignment work on all our cars and trucks, as well as heavy maintenance up to and including an engine replacement on our E350 recently. Their work is always first rate, and the staff is delightful. If you haven’t discovered them yet, it’s time you did.

They were great. I went there to get a new exhaust and leveling kit for my F150. Chris suggested a custom exhaust instead of what I thought I wanted. Saved me lots of money and suggested a better option on leveling. The owner, Charlie, helped me decide on the right rims and tires. He spent a lot of time researching and we made a great choice. I wasn’t sure what tire size that I wanted. Charlie had his son Ross mount the two tires on the new rims and put them on the truck so that I could see the look before making a final decision. Then…..when it was time for pick up, I called Charlie and told him that I was catching an Uber there. He said, no. I was driving through here on my way back from my Mom's house to North Carolina. I had filled up with gas across the street at Wawa and when I tried to turn the car back on the battery was dead as a doornail. Got 2 front tires here for my first timr ever. I was blown away with how great their customer service was and also suprised at thr cheap labor costs. Some employees here are also so helpful and friendly. This isnt the shop that will screw you over. There are some small fees amd taxes but they aren't big and are a legal requirement. I will make sure to always come here everytime i need mew tires. Great shop. Great people

Great customer service…answered several questions the dealer wasn’t able and did his own google search to understand the reasoning for the issue I was having…more than reasonable prices. Maybe only a quarter of what I have paid in the past at the dealership for the same service…I periodically see police cars parked on the lot and figured if it’s good enough for the Sheriffs Department…I’ll give Harford Tire a try…I also purchased a new set of tires from them in December with the same results… Great Customer service and prices…All these years, I don’t know why I just kept driving past them??!!
