Hamilton tire hands down has the best warranty around, You can't beat 3 years unlimited mile warranty! This shop stands behind their work and always takes care of their customers! Brake checks, suspension checks, and electrical test are affordable! They do a free digital courtesy inspection when you bring your vehicle in for a service, you're able to physically see what they're recommending an what needs to be repaired or replaced! They also have the best BG kit's! This shop keeps my vehicle on the road and running fantastic!

Hamilton tire is always my first option for maintenance and repairs on my vehicles. Every time I bring my vehicles here I am usually in-and-out, because they respect customers time. The associates at the counter always give me cost effective options for repairs, INSTEAD of just offering me the option that's most profitable for them. Excellent choice for a simple & honest car care/repair experience. Also, There is lots of space in the waiting area to keep social distance while you wait. (That's very important to me)

I feel like a burden has been lifted off me after dealing with this shop. I went several places trying to get my vehicles repaired correctly. Some mechanics like to try to get over on a female. HTCC won't try to get over on you. They were beyond reasonable and fair. Most importantly, my vehicles were fixed properly, the first time. Care care reinvented. From the moment I entered the shop, Jim greeted me with a friendly smile. Ashley then found me a technician to do one of their "50 point" inspections. Not only did they get me in and out in less than an hour, but Dan the mechanic met with me afterwards and explained what should and shouldn't be done. This was backed up with a digital report texted to my phone--complete with pictures ! Jay the owner runs a great operation. Utilizing the best of Technology to give extraordinary customer service. The mechanic went with me for a test drive. He was very patient and honest. He heard no noise however he desire was to make sure I was satisfied. Rachel has such extraordinary people skills. It makes you want to come back. SnapFinance is not honest, they deny you and have the audacity to ask for your account number BEFORE denying you. How unsafe is that? Would not recommend snap finance to anyone. They will only finance to certain people. False advertising! But Hamilton Tire you and I are good!👍

I needed an oil change before going out of town. I called on a whim to see if they might be able to squeeze me in and sure enough she said they could the next morning! Cindy the service manager was so nice, efficient and very thorough. I love their app. too. I was able to quickly see the images of the items Cindy was referring to, know that everything was checked out and have a digital record to refer back to in the future. I will definitely be back!

I called in and spoke to Jay and asked him if he was able to put four new tires on my car while I was on my lunch break. He asked me when I could come in, I replied within 20 minutes. He responded with, we will make it happen. Four new tires and an oil change only took an hour for them to complete the job!! But what really stood out to me, was how these guys go the extra mile for their customers. For example, I don’t know anything about cars. So many times in the past, mechanics have told me you need new brakes, you need a new timing belt. But you don’t know if what they’re saying is completely 100 percent honest. I felt very comfortable and I knew I made the right decision in trusting my car with him. His price was extremely fair and honest. He told me everything looked great and I was good to go. Also, Jay sent me a text message which showed a detailed description of my vehicle.

Normally I take my car to the dealership for servicing but my front breaks were making a grinding noise and the next appointment they had was next Saturday. So I decided to check around the neighborhood. Hamilton Tire had great reviews and was only 4 mins away. They were so nice on the phone and managed to fit me in today. Dropped my car off after 8:00 a.m. and by after 1:00 p.m. I had new breaks pads, rotors and my break fluid flushed. They even gave me a free pen 😁 and you know how us teachers LOVE pens LOL. Also as a woman I appreciated that Mr. Michael didn't talk to me like I was clueless about my car, as has been my experience with some shops. Think my dealership won't be seeing me anymore when Rouge has an issue.

I seen them not take advantage of an old lady who asked for 4 new tires. They told her she didn't need new tires and fixed her 1 bad tire for $17. This is the only place I've taken my cars since. They do quality work and it's backed with a warranty. Keep up the good work

I was preparing for my annual visit to Philly when I discovered I have a flat tire. I drove slowly to one place and they quoted me a ridiculous price. Then I stopped at another garage and someone mentioned Hamilton Tire Goodyear. The price and service were impeccable! As a woman, I was treated fairly, didn’t feel disrespected and was charged with outrageous prices and things I didn’t need just for them to make a buck. I will be returning to upgrade my tires to prepare for the winter.

This Goodyear locations is by far one of the best service center location! Thanks to Mike the service manager for being a wonderful upfront no bs service advisor! I take my vehicles to them on a regular for all or most of my Mercedes Benz service needs! Mike will go the extra mile to ensure that you don’t waste time or money on issues that do not need attention! Only what is needed or wrong with your vehicle is what he will advise you on! I took my GL550 Mercedes truck to them for a battery light that appeared on my dash. Once he finished diagnostic and couldn’t find anything wrong he called me and stated just that. He couldn’t find a problem and advise me to take it to Mercedes! I did just that! No charge mind you for his time! Mercedes didn’t find anything either so it was a glitch! That’s what you call a stand up guy bc he could have just started replacing parts and charge me for them knowing that I didn’t need them! Mike being the honest and genuine man that he is will alway have me as a customer! Thank you

Bought rims and tires from a very WELL known rim and tire shop. A few days later the tire sensors malfunctioned. I took it to Hamilton tire and car care and the dude that helped me I believe he was a manager but he looked like a Maryland State Trooper or a Marine. He not only explained to me what the problem was he actually got on the phone with the rim and tire shop owner and told them where they went wrong and they agreed and fixed the tire sensors immediately.

I stopped by to see the guys at Hamilton Tire & car care again. I walked in and observed a customer being a little rude to the front desk worker. I was really impressed on how the front desk worker (Mike) seemed to handle a long time customer who thought they could speak there mind. It was my turn to speak with Mike and he remember me from my vehicle and the review. I told him i was back for the front brake and he toke it from there. The job was completed fast and I can’t be more happy with the job. The shop is currently giving a discount to military and law enforcement, so don’t hesitate to let them know. If I’m not mistaken that also might apply to all first responders, but you might have to check. It feels good to have confidence in the place where you take your vehicle for repairs. I now feel Hamilton Car Care will handle my vehicle need and you should too.

Thanks Good Year Team!! I got in a car accident, and had Jiffy Lube (which I’ll never do again) fix my car. They didn’t properly fix it, which prompted me to come to Good Year to have my car serviced again. Upon arriving at Good Year, I met Michael Winer, one of the service managers, and he immediately jumped into action. He put my car on the lift and told me what the problem was within a matter of minutes, and that he could get it fixed in an hour tops. And he even corrected one of the issues that Jiffy Lube did not fix, at no cost to me. This was some of the best customer service that I have received in a long time. I don’t care that I live downtown, I will be bringing my car back to him to service it whenever I need. And I’ll be sure to refer any family member or friend as well! For ANYTHING car related, Mike is your guy!!

Mike has taken great care of my service needs for many years. Last year I had the AC system rebuilt in my 2007 Yukon. Danny was the technician who did the work. He was great. Dismantled the dash and rear unit to replace the two evaporaters and the heater cores front and back. Along with many additional parts. When I got the truck back everything was as if it had never been dismantled. The AC works great, now it will freeze you out. I knew I was in good hands because my 2001 4Runner needed its AC rebuilt several years ago and Hamilton Goodyear crew did a great job for me. Todays trip to the shop was to have the heater hoses replaced. One of the couplers one one of the hoses separated and I needed a quick turn around since I was getting ready to haul my camper on vacation. Mike got my truck into the shop and had the mechanics jump right on the task. Several hours later back on the road. Over the years. The crew at Hamilton Goodyear have never let me down. I have had my daughter’s cars and several other of my vehicles there for Tires and mechanical repairs the crew there have been very professional and top notch 👍 Vehicles need service and they break. I’ll start off by saying finding a good mechanic is not an easy task. I’m very lucky that I live right down the street from Hamilton Tire & Car Care. My suzuki was pretty jacked up. I dropped it off on a saturday morning and Mike took a thorough look at it, gave me a quote for how much it would cost to fix everything...very honest about what I needed to prioritize since I’m not rolling in green just yet and by that afternoon he had everything fixed up and ready to go. What really stood out to me is he called me in the middle of the week and asked me how everything was running. I always try to take my car to Hamilton Goodyear and have been for years now. Recently I needed a new tire because of a nail puncture. As always Michael got me taken care of and fit me in their schedule quickly. I also only paid a fraction of the tire price because Micheal recommended road hazard coverage on my last tires, he told me I should get coverage because of how much I travel. I will always trust this shop and continue to use them in the future.

Walked into Hamilton Tires (Harford Rd) on February 5th 2023 to price tires for my 2011 Ford Hybrid. I was working with a certain amount and didn’t think I had enough for 4 new tires. Mr. Mike (Store Manager) gave me the sales price on Kelly Tires (All Season) & told me he could have my tires on in 1 hour. I was $72 short of the total price but Mr. Mike gave me a pass. One hour later, I had 4 brand new tires w/ 5 year warranty. Consider me a satisfied customer!
