Went to discount tire because my tire pressure was low. They put air in it for Free, then he noticed a nail asked me to pull over so they can fix it also, for free. He said if I need tires they will match any tire company price. Just bring in the ad! I'll be bringing my cars hear from now on! No brainer!

I had a great experience going to this Discount Tire. The price for a new set was very reasonable. Derrick assisted me and was kind and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience went well. He was also honest about how long it would take to get done, which helped me decide if I wanted to stay or not (spoiler: it was just as quick as he said it would be!). I know it can be hard finding a good shop with honest workers and honest prices. Glad to say I found the one!

This place was amazing! 🏆 🏅 I blew a tire and showed up 20 minutes before closing and they stayed open a little later to replace all four of my tires. They actually walk to your car and assess the issue and tire sizes. They go over the various options for your car. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They work fast and even let you inspect the work after. The insure your tires here too! I'll be a repeat customer 😎

I was running errands yesterday when the sidewall in one of my tires suddenly developed a large bulge. I called to make an appointment but the salesperson on the phone said I could come in immediately. I expected to wait forever but you had me back on the road in under an hour and you didn’t try to up sell me services I didn’t need! AMAZING QUICK SERVICE. Please get the extra warranty guys, it's worth every penny. I had two tires with nails, & I received two new tires for $69 🔥🔥 I thought getting there early I would be first in line, arrived at 8 am and they had quite a few ppl there and I was still done with everything in 20 minutes. Great great service guys. Ask for Blake, he's amazing. I gave 5 stars because of Blake. He's awesome.

I am brand faithful and I love this place! If done right you can have your tires service without the stress of knowing you're getting ripped off! They don't hide behind crazy stuff like charging you for a box of shop towels that they never used! Ok with that being said, I was very excited to have landed an appointment to have my rims changed out! Because this location is always booked out to atlease 3 to 4 wks out! And as in the past, I notice alot of new faces at this location! But I'm like as long as I'm treated right I'm good! The 1st thing I notice was the price increase for a simple mount and remount! But after going around the marbury brush, a price was reached that fit into my buget! Now what threw me for a loop was when they put those cheap plastic value stem cups on my tires! I rolled in with metal ones! Then upon inspecting the rims, I noticed that one of my original rims which was in the back on my car was the best out of the 8! I ask the tech how could you not see that it was the best rim out of the 8! He responded with something like "I I E E tookie tookie!" And then told me I had to go back inside if I wanted them to correct the problem! Needless to say, I got the problem corrected and I have a nicer set of rims on my car! Always check your tries before you drive off! #discounttire

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that when I bought a whole new set of tires, the sales rep had it on the lifetime protection warranty, which is an extra charge without asking me. I noticed it and asked him if it was mandatory, he said it wasn’t, and that he would be glad to reverse the charge. I went ahead and went with it, but I don’t think they should add optional charges without asking first.

I purchased my second set of tires from this location. They did a great job recommending tires, scheduling the installation, and being ready when it was time to install. I'm most happy with this location though because they recently patched (screw in tire) one of the tires I purchased from them in such a timely manner recognizing I needed my car for carpool and daycare pickup the next day. Huge shoutout to Jose A., Devon D, Jose M, Caleb C, David L, and Milly G for staying late and taking good care of me so I didn't miss a beat with my kids. Also thanks for always refilling my air, they do it better than I can.

Extremely reasonably priced tires. Bought a set of 4 Michelin Pilot Sport tires for my Acura and it was less than $900. Made an appointment online to drop off the car for tire installation and they had them on in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this Discount Tire location. It was an easy online ordering and appointment scheduling process and included follow-up emails and call from the store that the trees and install could be done a day early. When I arrived they checked the wear on my existing tires and provided me with expected completion time of only 70mins which is impressive with the number of customers. The staff was very friendly and asked if I wanted to be notified via phone/text provided updates if I decided to walk next door to Lowe's. I received text updates when my car was brought into the bay and when it was ready for pickup. I stayed to watch the tires being installed and was impressed with how seamless the team works together. Will continue to come back here for tires for family's vehicles.

I've always had a good experience here but the latest was exceptional. I used the website on Friday to buy 4 tires and schedule an appointment for Saturday at 2:30. They called me at 5:00pm on Friday to confirm, but said bring it in anytime Saturday and you will be in and out in less than an hour. I walked in at 9:10 and checked in. At 9:15, they took the car in. At 9:29, the tech asked me to come outside. I thought "Here we go. The upsell... Something is wrong" Nope. The car was done. Changed 4 tires and swapped the spare in 15 minutes. David handled the counter transaction while Brandon and team did the dirty work. I urge you to do the online transaction to research your tires and purchase. It's way to go.

1st time purchase with discount tire; I had a 3:45 appt, i live outside of atl & of course i turned right @ the major intersectionbbn instead of left & got lost, was 20mins late; they were extremely busy! I came in expecting 2 purchase a set of tires. I had a nice, patient salesperson who explained & showed me the condition of all my tires. The 2 on the right were in very good shape, the 2 on left had low treads. I was given 4 grades of tires. I chose the lower with a warranty, as my car is 4yrs old with only 27,000m & Probably continue with low mileage; true old lady car. I was in & out in less than 1 1/2hrs. Everything was fast& efficient, everyone was courteous though high volume. Will update as needed. So far 5 stars for my story!!

I just wanted to take the time to shout out Devon (i hope i spelled it right) who was working behind the counter when i came in to get my flat tire fixed earlier this evening. He went above and beyond to help me when i was in a tough spot, showed me a ton of patience (i know next to nothing about tires) and extended kindness to me when i really needed it. Working in a customer facing environment is hard, especially around the holidays, and Devon didnt have to help me in the way that he did, but im especially grateful for the service he provided to me. Hes clearly very knowledgeable, hard working, and is intuitive to the needs of his customers. I really hope my message can make it back to him somehow and management takes the time to acknowledge how great hes doing, they are lucky to have an employee like him. Thanks so much Devon.

Incredible service is all I can say. My visits to location are highly review-elastic. Hence, once I saw I my tire was flat, I perused locations closest to me with the best reviews. Discount Tire stood at the helm of that list (with 4.5) so it was a no-brainer to head down there. True to the reviews, the service I received was excellent. The orderliness and candor of DT’s system and staff is remarkable. I had a flat tire, but not too flat, and knew that at the very most, it’ll require a patching. The last time I patched one of my tires, I paid about $50, so I assumed my budget for this repair would be around that range. The person who helped me (Ty, I think) estimated a wait time of about one hour and a half which was perfect timing between the time I handed over the keys and when the text came in that the car was set. To my surprise, the staff who walked me through the repairs that were done on the car said I didn’t need to pay. The tire was successfully patched, pressures checked and wheels rebalanced with no need to pay whatsoever. The only thing which I jokingly thought seemed dubious was his last comment that “we hope to see you soon if you need a tire change.” Maybe they already know I’m gonna need one soon, or set me up for it? 😂 Whatever happens, I’m gonna be coming back and recommending this place to people. Truly grateful for their commitment to customer care and passion about the work they do here.

Friendly staff good service. Recommend you make an appointment with this store they are very busy. They close at 6 Walked In at 5:15 for a set a 4 tires and they worked till 8 to get everyone done who came in before 6. You might see an exotic car or 2 at this place while you wait.

The guys over at Discount Tire are fantastic! Have been a customer for several years and the great customer service keeps bringing me back. Most recently needed to come in due to a flat my 4Runner and my tires were about due to be changed out anyway. Since I had their tire protection plan and the flat wasn't repairable, they gave me a free, new tire credit so pulled the trigger on a set of 33" Nittos. They look really mean and ride so well! Pricing is very fair and they work hard to earn your business! Highly recommend these guys!

Eric helped me today and he advised me not only for my presenting concern, nail in tire which if it is one of theirs with life time warranty they will patch for free, but made suggestions for my back two tried which were cracking. Eric went over all the options for tires with me and made suggestions based on the two tires I I had in terms of type and price point. He was kind enough to adjust and meet me halfway price point wise as well. They quoted me an hour wait time which is reasonable! I cannot say enough good things about the service and location. A-1 customer service that you just don’t see anymore. They treat you with respect, listen to your needs and always happy to help. I had 4 new tires put on my Benz last year, I ran over something on the interstate that caused one tire to go flat last night and I was scared on the side of the interstate. AAA came and put my spare on and I drove to discount tires the next morning, I was still under warranty and they replaced my tire in no time. I only paid $13 and I was on my way. They should me where I stood with my warranty for future reference and I had a GREAT experience both times. Thank you 😊

Honest tire shop. Went in expecting to pay for four new tires, left without spending a penny. I hit a curb and thought the tire was damaged.. turns out I just don’t drive and the tires are in excellent shape. They put air in all four of my tires and that solved my problem. This is a great place to purchase and replace your tires. I’ve purchased and scheduled it online at the time convenient for me. The service was very professional, and I was even upgraded for free to a higher brand tires because my tires weren’t yet delivered. The entire experience in-and-out was 45 minutes. The only downside is that the wait times at all sites, especially for emergency situations, can be excessive. That's just part of being the best business in the field.

Its funny to say, I love my new tires! (But I do!) I called, spoke to Drew, and he advised me on a couple sets of tires that would work for my Lincoln SUV. He saved me money, and offered me great service. They reserved my tires, and I made an appointment. I was so surprised that it took about 30 min, at most , to get my tires purchased, and put on the car. I’ve been a customer for a while and have never been disappointed. Before I frequented their Lawrenceville location, but after having to move to the Decatur area I found this to be the closest. Great customer service! I had an online order placed around the 2nd of December and only had to wait a few days for the tires(4) to reach the store(they needed to order them). Only thing is that I didn’t receive a call or email stating when the shipment had arrived like I was told I would, but it’s not a big enough deal for me to not give them 5 stars; I just have a habit for staying atop of things so I called in once or twice in advance to ensure when I should expect them. The wait time inside isn’t bad at all— even with a line— it only took 10mins for someone to talk to me and confirm my order and everyone is effective and extremely helpful! Even had great conversation with Blake; who was very kind and efficient!! I’m lucky to have gotten off work early, as I understand the changing process will take a while(which is to be expected, since there were people in front of me, so no complaints!). I don’t mind spending an hour or two waiting, especially since there seems to be a lot to do in the area, so you don’t have to wait inside— you can walk up the street to the store or whatever you prefer. I feel bad for this location in regard to however gives the employees a hard time, because everyone really seems to be doing their best in ensuring you’re in and out in a timely manner. If you lack patience maybe set up an appointment or come in extra early/set aside time to get your services, because it honestly isn’t that bad! I will certainly be adding this location to my favorites, and will return for any future tire services I may need!

I should have come here first. But I don't live nearby anymore. I simply picked up a nail in my tire and had a slow leak. Had to add air once a week. Went somewhere else that said I had to replace the tire. It couldn't be fixed. I told them I'd take it elsewhere and did, right to Discount Tire. They quickly repaired the tire, AT NO CHARGE! It wasn't even their tire. No pressure to buy new tires either, they said mine were in fine shape. If you have a tire problem, go here first. They are the best. Anyone who performs a service for free, just on the hope you will make a tire purchase there in the future, has customer service figured out. Great business model, and I will get all my tires here. Great Customer Service! I had a slow leak in a tire. I showed up without an appointment yesterday. Every Discount Tire employee treated me professionally and also was concerned about safety - wearing a mask, keeping distance. The salesperson, John N., explained the options if the tire could not be repaired and made recommendation for replacement tire (not the most expensive one). Also, John provided an estimate of the wait time which set my expectations properly. My tire was repaired 30 minutes ahead of the schedule. I'll be back.

I LOVE this shop. I had the most amazing experience here during a very frustrating time. I had an 8:15AM appointment on a Wednesday, as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Fred who immediately walked outside to look at my car with me. He showed me that my tire required replacement which is what I expected and he explained to me why. He told me that he'd look at costs to replace the tire versus getting 4 new tires. When I got back inside I thought I'd have enough time to eat my breakfast, but about 2 bites in Fred was ready for me. He was EXTREMELY professional, thorough, and helpful in explaining to me my options and communicated out the door prices with me. He told me it would be about an hour. About 30-40 minutes in someone came inside and told me they were finishing me up and would be done in about 7 minutes or so. They had my car ready about 15 minutes before the estimated time they gave me, and they apologized for the wait! VERY polite, professional, helpful, and thorough experience. I will be returning when it comes time to replace all 4 of my tires.

This location is the best! I've used them for the last few years for tires and they seem to get you the most competitive pricing and the service is top notch! The free air check is great, and I always give the guy a few bucks as they are always thorough on the checks and let you know if they notice anything odd on the tire wear. It does get quite busy on weekends so remember to call ahead and make an appointment so you don't end up sitting around all day. One thing that would be nice is if they started doing alignments but other than that this is my favorite tire spot in Atlanta!

Courteous, professional, and economically attractive. I bought a set of tires from my trusted mechanic several months ago and needed to have one replaced due to a puncture. Discount Tire had the exact same tire in stock for much cheaper than my mechanic quoted and were able to fit me in to their busy schedule the very next day. A week later when I wasn't satisfied that the tire had been balanced properly, they rebalanced all of my tires at no charge and seemed genuinely happy to do so. I arrived promptly at my appointed 4pm time only to find a line of people out the door. Who knew that the day before Thanksgiving was the black Friday of tire buying. When I finally made it to the counter 15 minutes later my expectations, of a positive experience, weren't that great. Then I was informed that the tires I had purchased online were not in stock. Great service and very friendly! I had a tire that was constantly leaking air. I brought it in and they told me to expect to wait about 2 hours as a walk-in with other cars ahead of me. Fortunately, since they had so many technicians and bays open, I only had to wait about an hour before my car was ready to go. I always planned on getting my tires from Costco but Discount Tire ended up earning my business instead. This place is seriously awesome. First off let's start with prices. Discount Tire offers competitive pricing as is but they will price match almost anywhere! I highly recommend you do your research and bring your best price here. Service. The people here are incredibly helpful and nice. I never had to wait long to be helped and they took the time to walk you through everything including an inspection of your tires. They have an easy online interface to schedule appointments if you prefer. Costco's tire shop is always busy. Along the same lines with great customer service, they offer free tire rotations, balance, and air checks. With the air checks, you don't even have to get out of your car, just drive up, get checked, and go. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Costco, but Discount Tire does everything right and provides the quick and excellent customer service that you'll appreciate.

Overall a really great experience at Discount Tire in Chamblee. This location is clean and easily visible from the highway. We came due to my wife having her back tire blown out and I had previously had servicing on one of my tires done at an alternate Discount Tire location and had a pleasant experience. In-and-out in less then fifteen minutes, with clear, transparent, and honest pricing. The gentleman who helped us indicated that they would give us a call once the installation was complete, however we never received a call and I had to call a few times to confirm when it was done. All-in-all, other than the no call, this is still a great shop, with honest prices, and quality work.

I had a nail in my right rear tire on my 4 month new Michelin pilot sport tires. The whole staff was very friendly. Cameron was my service advisor and he looked at my tire and said the might be chance that the tire can be repaired. [ the nail was very near the sidewall] I was a walk-in so the wait was about 2 hours 12 cars ahead of mine but I didn't mind. They brought my car in exactly at 2 hours. Note there red chairs are pretty comfortable. Their tire tech took of the tire and tried to repair the tire but the nail was to close the side wall. So I had to replaced the tire I did not have the extra tire insurance but Cameron helped me out and I was able to get a discount on the new tire and a warranties for the rest. Overall great experience and very helpful staff!

Special thanks to Trevor for the excellent service today. Discount Tire solved what Jim Ellis VW dealership couldn't... The attention to detail made all the difference. Taking the time and checking out all the options for the problem. I've taken my car to the dealership twice for this issue and it was solved today within an hour and a 1/2. An employee named Bowe called a few days later confirming my appointment and tires, he was extremely personable. The day of my appointment Bowe gave me another call to remind me and ask if I had any questions. I didn't have any, but really appreciated the call. When I showed up, I met him in person and he and his team took care of the rest. Overall I waiting twenty minutes for everything to get done. I have used this store for 3 different vehicles over the years and countless sets of tires, and lately it is not the same and the service has gone downhill. Recent visit to repair a flat took nearly 4 hours of the car just sitting on the rack until I had to go in and ask them if they were going to fix it. Took 15 minutes after that. Update to this. Took the car to the dealership for service and upon inspection, they find that the lugs(mainly from the recent wheel where tire was patched were mostly stripped and even noted that it looks like wrong socket was used and put the correct socket size on my invoice($120). I called discount and was asked to come in to speak to the manager. After waiting about 20 mins in a line of 2 people, I finally get to talk to the manager. He immediately just tells me that "did I look this up on the internet, its normal etc etc etc." Steer clear of this place unless you have a lot of time to waste and then want to come back and have more repairs done. ****UPDATE- After contacting corporate/regional office and sharing experience/pictures, I was called and refunded.

Had to replace a tire (with warranty) that we had bought at discount tire over another nail. PSA to all the contractors in Atlanta, please pick up all your nails, screws, and debris, you drive on these roads too! Anyway, this Discount Tire was great, they had decent social distancing (although the side to side line isn't 6 feet) and I was seen within 20 minutes of my appointment which is good considering how busy they were. The staff who replaced my tire were very friendly and I was allowed to drive my car into the bay to avoid anyone touching the car but me. Very satisfied. Only thing I'd ask is for mgmt to require all office staff to wear masks (only some were at this location).

I have not had a bad experience with any Discount Tire store yet. This one lived up to that. I bought brand new Continental tires for brand new rims that I bought online. The employee was very helpful in getting me everything else I needed (like wheel locks) without being overly pushy. His name was Chris. I have been going to Discount Tire for years now. This location had the fastest service. I wonder if it's because it was the first time I made an appointment. Any who I would recommend making an appointment. I bought 4 new tires and it took 45 mins and I was out the door. Dale helped me and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. I would come here again if I was in the Atlanta area and needed tires or help with my current ones. I also found out that they have a warranty on their tires. So they will fix any tire you buy from them if anything happens. If they can't fix it then they replace it for free. If you need a new tire for some reason when you aren't by a Discount Tire,they will reimburse you for the tire you purchased if you bring in the old tire and the receipt of how much you paid for it.

I was blessed enough to meet Cam Heinz, the store's assistant manager who was able to find me a used tire with in my price range, which was very meager to say the least. So I was very impressed and thankful for the service that Cam was able to assist me with today, and I will definitely be back later to get the other two tires. I went in and told them my concern that my tire was leaking air. They told me the hole was not fixable and offered only an option to replace the tire. We kept the old tire just to see if we could get it fixed. We were able to get the tire plugged by another reputable shop, and the tire has not caused any problems. They have good service, and that’s why I’m giving them 3 stars, but they will tell you your tire is not repairable to force you to buy a new tire.

Driving home from work one day I started hearing a “clicking” sound so when I got home I checked my tires. Sure enough I had a large bolt in one of them. I've had these tires for a few years now and despite my love of road trips, they still look pretty new. However, I hit some debris in the road this week and slashed up the sidewall of one of the tires pretty good. Discount Tire replaced that tire for free. All I had to do was pay the state mandated replacement tax of $15 and I was good to go. They told me it would take an hour but I wasn't there that long. They've have always been nice and very helpful. If only all places had such good customer service.

We've been using the same location for 10 years, 4 different cars. The service is always high calibre and very accomodating. I always feel like they give me great options with attention to my needs. This most recent visit, a tire had a nail and I brought it in for warranty work. It also did mot make it to its mileage warranty. But, because the tire was so worn down, initially they wouldnt cover. After a few minutes if talking it through, the manager offered me the warranry replacement anyway, noting my loyalty to the store. Good people.

They are very professional and experts . After my office hour I noticed my car tier pressure is very low . nearest one in google shows this shop . I reached there by 6:30 pm . One technician came and check the tier ,top up the tier pressure and told me to come next day morning because of their closing time they can't fix the leak. Next day I went there and they found the leak (very small one very hard to find) . They fixed that for free . They are very good and I liked the service time and efficiency.

These guys are the very best. It was Friday afternoon a few minutes before 6. Im driving my sons car to go fill it up with gas and a tire blows out. To my good luck I was less than 200 yards from Discount Tire store. I limped in and got there at 1 minute before 6. I see on the door they close at 6. I open the door expecting the worst and the service person treats me like it was 9am on a Friday morning. He could have charged me whatever but he didn't. He gave me a better deal than I would have gotten at Costco I dont know who owns this place but the people who work here are GREAT. Service with a smile. To avoid my car being hit by another driver, I ran onto a curb which caused damage to my rim, and left what appeared to be a small gash in my tire. I called Discount Tire to inquire on the price of a Pirelli Run Flat replacement. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely nice. He was professional and he answered all of my questions completely and to the best of his ability, in light of it being a telephone inquiry as I was not there in person. This location is near my job and I have had to stop in on occasion to have air added when cooler temps caused my tire pressure to drop and the TPS indicator would come on. On every visit, I have been acknowledged and greeted warmly, and assisted quickly. As well as being knowledgeable of their jobs, they are customer service and people experts. They appear to enjoy what they do as well as the people they work with. They're jovial and work well together. I would recommend this Discount Tire Store to anyone needing tires or tire related services.

Waze told me there was an accident which would add delays to my route...so I called the place from my car ... 5 calls... no pickups. Eventually I get someone on the phone and I say that my app says accidents related delays of 15 minutes were expected. I asked if I should still make it there or reschedule (and possibly go back to work or even home) I am told they allow 15 minutes of delay. So i decide to drive to the place and keep my appointment. I get there with a couple mins to spare (on my phone) and queue up behind two other people in the appointment line. There is nobody to attend to the lines. Finally (after quite some time) someone comes up and attends to the line. By the time they get to me I am told 'Thats not an appointment mannn' when I tell them my appointment time. Explain the call and their mentioned grace time and that I was there in time.... nada. I am told I can stick around and be treated as a walk in. I ask how long would that be. He says 2.5 3 hours. I gave up and rescheduled. Ughhhh. Such a waste of my time, gas and energy. Could have got work done or gone home instead of going in a totally different direction.

I have only ever gone to DT which is coming up on around 5 years now. They have great prices and the service is outstanding. I just recently bought 4 new rims and 2 new tires for my BMW 335 that I was a little unsure of but the salesman Marcus made me confident they would look good. Sure enough, they are the exact look I wanted. When I hesitated because the price was a little high, he changed a few things and got it down to exactly what I was looking to spend. (Always haggle- the worst they can say is 'no' right?) Since I had just gotten my BMW I didn't know how to read and dismiss the warnings (low tire pressure warning common when getting new tires installed) but one of the techs that installed the wheels took the time to explain how to do that and made sure I was satisfied that the wheels and tires were good to go. They also put my factory rims into the boxes of the new ones and packed them in my car for me. The service is unmatched here and I highly recommend them for any of your tire needs. If I could change anything it would be that they had a location closer to Downtown/Midtown!

I've been a customer of discount tire for as long as I've been in Atlanta (2001). The prices are great and the online scheduling saves having a long wait for service. Their price matching is another bonus in their favor vs. paying a lower price + shipping for an online tire purchase. The times I've had a brand preference they worked with me to purchase what I wanted still at a great price. I don't see myself going somewhere else for the foreseeable future. The service technicians are knowledgeable and take pride in their work. I have a specialty set of wheels along with a TPM system and I've never had a concern about damage while they replaced or serviced a tire. I certainly will recommend Discount Tire at the Chamblee location to others.

I cannot even begin to tell you how happy I am with this business and the impeccable customer service that I received here. Marcus especially (even though every. single. person went above and beyond) helped me beyond what I would imagine is the scope of his day-job. I had the most difficult time getting a check from my insurance provider to work with Discount Tire's system (don't even get me started on Geico's ridiculous payment system...) and Marcus did everything in his power to make sure that I got everything I needed at a great price and that I knew exactly what to expect. And, of course, if I had any problems to bring my car back so he could help. If the folks at this shop could train others on how to deal with customers, there would be a lot more happy people in the world. I would recommend this shop to ANYONE looking for wheels, tires, or just a friendly customer experience. Bravo.

Best tire place in Metro Atlanta. They have great customer service and knowledgeable technicians. You can make an appointment or walk-in although I highly recommend that you make an appointment. It’s been awhile since I’ve visited this particular store. 5 stars for having inventory, availability, the warranty and giving great fast but full service. Astonishingly I was able to get an appointment the day of (a miracle b/c they had a cancellation) which was fantastic since my driver side front tire had an air bubble! The mission was to change my tire, get a free an air pressure check and air. I was 10 mins late to my 16:00 appointment and still they manage to squeeze me in. From waiting in line for only 5 mins to changing out my tire and putting air in 15-18 mins I was pleasantly surprised at how they were fast and thorough. While I waited I barely had time to finish my small salad and check email. I left the store at 4:35 I was able to dodge most of the traffic back home! The most important thing out of this visit was my warranty on my tires was my knight in shining armour. I had bought the warranty/ insurance a year or two ago. Ordinarily without the warranty It would have cost $90 for a new tire (an unexpected expenditure) instead I ended up paying $11! Do yourself a favor spend a little extra for the warranty on the life of your tire(s). I had expected to pay 50% off the price but to my joy I paid 13%! Discount tire is the only place I would go for anything tire related. I wish they offered other services other than tires because they observe and catch things wrong with my car. I especially love that every time I come I learn something new about how to better take care of my car and tires. The factory tires with my car were terrible quality. The Barum tires I have now have lasted me for the past four years and I love that there's free tire rotations and replacements if the tire is defective. They also offer an insurance package for your tires and I highly recommend you do it because then when you have a flat tire it's about half the price!

I went to this Discount Tire location due to a slow tire leak. The tire had been patched earlier at my auto dealership, using a sticky glue-covered plug inserted into the hole/leak from the outside of the tire, without taking the tire off the rim. The patch lasted about a year before the slow leak began. Discount said that such a tire might not be repairable, but they agreed to try. Anyhow, they took the tire off the rim, applied the combination patch/plug from the inside, found ANOTHER nail in the tire and repaired that the proper way as well. When it came time to pay, I was told that the repair was for free! Wow! The service was friendly, fast, and efficient as well, and the building was clean and pleasant. The repaired tire is holding air just fine. I'll definitely go back when I have to actually PAY for some tire related stuff!

Very professional guys. We went here after a horrible experience with Pep Boys. The employees are super nice. They will discuss and explain every step with you, they are more than happy to answer your questions and seem knowledgeable. We had a slightly longish wait time, because it was a busy day. However the employee taking care of us (Cameron I think) gave us a perfect estimate of the time. We hung out at the Starbucks across the road although there's water and coffee and chairs if you wanted to wait there. I would definitely recommend this people.

I had the 4900 location replace a TPM Sensor that had been damaged. They quoted me a low flat rate and time to perform the work. They removed/installed the new sensor quickly and with a minimum of fuss and were spot-on in timing. Later that week, I noticed a slow leak in that wheel. I brought it back thinking the sensor was the problem. They were thorough and found a galvanized nail deep in my tread that was causing a leak, patched, remounted, re-built the sensor for good measure, and balanced the wheel free of charge. Only complaint is I had to remind the techs each time about using a different kind of wheel weight that I had requested. They didn't make much money on me, but they were honest and fair and have made a loyal customer. I'll definitely go back.

This is the second Discount Tire I've been to and they are INCREDIBLY HELPFULL! The other location I went to they patched me up on 2 different occasions FREE OF CHARGE. This one checked my tires on the ground, and made sure air pressure was accurate and reset my warning light. They were packed for the afternoon and I guess didnt have the time to put my car up and check but I was in and out within 10 mins. Provided quick installation of two rear tires on my one car a few months ago. Then yesterday I went to purchase two front tires on a different vehicle due to one of them leaking air. Bob McDonald Goodyear told me there was not enough tread on the tires to repair them, so I went to Discount Tire to get a pair of Michelins. I first want to let the store manager know that they really need to hire back Kevin Ket. He knows more about tires than anyone I have ever met, and still tells EVERYONE to go to discount. I can say that my entire group of car guys go exclusively to discount just because of how hard Kevin sells your store, service, and prices. There were probably about 4-5 sets sold at various locations just because of him this weekend alone. That being said, I was all set to buy my new set of BFG sport comps from Tire Rack, like I have the last 4 sets of tires when Kevin told me to check discount. Sure enough, they were a dollar a piece less at Discount and there was no shipping charge. Saving money FTW! I ordered my tires, and scheduled my appointment for this weekend, because Kevin had told me about some Memorial Day savings, turns out I saved another $135, which is awesome! When I got to the store, I let Ryne know that I didn't want to pay for the TPMS rebuild kit. I had never needed one before, didn't see the value in it, and hate spending money on things I don't think I need. The manager who is also named Sam like myself, came over and explained the benefits. I still wasn't sold so he said he believed in the TPMS rebuild kit so heavily, they were going to include it at no charge for me. Talk about service! I was out of there in less than an hour, with the new tires I wanted. They looked new and clean, and everyone was very friendly at the store. I would send anyone I know to Discount for tires as really, there is no better place to go in terms of price, quality of work, and customer service. Also, hire Kevin Ket again. He claims he was a top performer and I believe it. You are missing a valuable asset, and probably a lot of business. He believes in your brand, and knows EVERYTHING; more so than any one person I have met in my entire life. There were closer stores, but myself and many others choose this location just because of Kevin. I hope to see his smiling face next time I come in.

I first started going to Discount Tire Co. after a fellow car club member suggested them for my 255/50zr17's. I've been going to them ever sense. The price has always included everything (balance, rotation, installation) and I usually get their nice "do anything to the tire and we'll replace it" warranty. What really sold me was one trip to Boon, NC. one winter; my girlfriend at the time and I were stuck with a flat, I called the store in Atlanta and talked to the manager about finding a place to get my tire fixed. He called me back and got me in touch with another manager in Greenville (en route to our destination). I pulled up, they fixed the tire and sent me on my way. A+ service every time!

It is a good value, with lots of free extras (simple repair warranty, tire rotation, etc). I strongly recommend dropping your car off and just come back when the service is complete, unless you like waiting several hours.
