I just bought a set of tires had my alignment checked oil changed and transmission fluid service. I’ve been bringing cars to this Goodyear since March 2014 and always leave satisfied. They even offer discount coupons to save me money. Trust is essential when it comes to car maintenance and over time my trust in Paul and his staff has never let me down. I’ve never taken time to express my opinion by writing a review but with all the complications of diagnosing and solving mechanical issues I know it’s important to speak up. I trust Buckhead Goodyear to keep my cars reliable.

I was really impressed with the team working at Buckhead Tire & Auto Repair. I came in with my check engine light on and Ryan and team were really helpful went above and beyond in helping me forge the best path ahead (too much to detail here). I'm so used to being overcharged or confused by car repair places (including my dealership), that it was really nice to have people go out of their way to work with me and help out. Highly recommend!

I’m so glad I’ve found them. Great service and honesty. They checked out my tire that leaked some air thoroughly and didn’t ask for a penny. I tipped the guy working on it and encourage y’all to do the same. With the big chain buying all tire shops out it’s refreshing to go somewhere privately owned and treated.

For sure overcharged me! That’s what i get for being a little girl I guess. And my battery died days later even though they ran a diagnostics test (no I didn’t leave anything on to drain the battery. I will give them credit for the things they fixed my car drives much better now.

I had the misfortune to break down on Roswell Road and managed to limp into the service station. The team immediately diagnosed the issue (literally within minutes) and determined that my car needed a new alternator. Alternator was replaced the next day and no issues since. That was 2 months ago. Had another issue with a vintage car of mine. The service station let me know that another garage had performed a repair incorrectly and didnt even charge me for looking at it. Great service!

I was traveling from Indiana to Florida with two children and our family dog. Unfortunately I came across to car trouble that left me pretty much stranded at the mercy of a mechanic. Timing was definitely in my favor that day because I ended up in the parking lot of Buckhead tire and auto repair. I was hot I was frustrated and I was in tears easily I could have been taken advantage of but thanks to this facility I was not. Although every employee was extremely helpful extremely nice and compassionate Mr. Alvin really made sure that I felt at ease. He sat me down on the concrete slab out front with my children and went over what needed to be done. He knew I was stranded with kids in of all places ATL and he quickly was able to get me back on the road. This facility could have made an abundant amount of money off of me that day and their integrity and compassion to a crying mom in the parking lot, well.... it’s some thing I will never forget. The next day they even called to make sure I made it home safely. THIS IS The kind of people that you want on your side when things seem to be falling apart they helped me more than they will ever ever understand! Thank you❤️

Everyone is nice and friendly. They are taking extra precautions for the safety of their customers. They wiped down the front desk before I entered the building and after each customer. I went in for an alignment and it took less time than they told me. Also the pricing is very affordable. I compared it to other places before I went in and it was the best pricing in the market. Our daughters car was low on coolant and had a couple other issues including a transmission fluid leak. Paul, the owner of Buckhead Tire, went out of his way on a Saturday to get the parts needed so my daughter could head back to school the next day. We have been going to Buckhead Tire for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else for our cars needs.

This is the best tire shop you'll find in the state of Georgia. These guys were way more affordable to help me fix my flat than any other tire shop on Roswell road and they are really nice to deal with. They took care of my car promptly and when I had to come back because of some loose break pad issue, they tightened it up without charge. Honestly love coming to them and will drive out of my way to see them.

Goodyear Buckhead is a great dealership Alternative for our Audi Q7. We always get our oil changes there and just recently gave us a great deal on an odd size tires (21”) on our SUV. We had new brakes put on at same time too, and price was nearly half price of the dealer quote. Management staff is extremely friendly and always explains in detail exactly what we need done to the car. Great Trustworthy spot in Buckhead!

I had a great experience. I went to them bc of their online rating of 4.4. I needed new front brakes and an oil change. Richard was very friendly and informative. There were no surprises or hidden fees, I paid exactly what I was quoted. The owner, Paul, is committed to customer service, and as someone whose worked in customer service for over 30 yrs, it’s very much appreciated. Even though I had a minor issue with the new brakes, they repaired it immediately and with a professional attitude, and Paul stands by his mechanics work. He assured me that if I needed anything, it would be taken care of. What more could one ask for. Thanx Gentlemen.

Great service...as a college student it's hard to know who you can trust with your car because you never want to be ripped off. It's also another thing when you don't know much about cars. I had been driving my car one day and noticed a noise coming from it, so I brought it in. They were patient with me and explained the problem in full detail. I came back the next day with my problem resolved and a little more knowledge about my car. I appreciate the help!

Great place! Very trustworthy people. Guys at the front desk are amazing and Don the service manager made sure i was taken care of. Got some work done and these guys took the time to take me to my car and show me the problems and showed me my old parts after completion. Definitely recommend this shop if you’re looking for a home shop to take all your cars to.

I had a great first time experience with Buckhead Tire this weekend. I contacted them via google message on Sunday asking for instructions on leaving my car overnight with a bum tire so it could be near the top of the “queue” come Monday morning. I wasn’t expecting a response back but they messaged me a reply in a matter of 5-10 minutes and I dropped it off Sunday evening. I got a call first thing Monday and my vehicle was ready to roll in a few hours. They were honest about the nature of the repair (small screw that was plugged/patches) and were extremely nice. After a few unpleasant experiences at my local Goodyear I’ll be taking my car to them from here on out.

My vehicle was low on oil and I stopped in to purchase a couple of quarts of synthetic oil. Paul , the owner, suggested that I let them add oil from their bay since it is much less expensive. They drove my car in, added the oil needed and I was back on the road in no time. They are awesome!

BIG SHOUT OUT TO Alvin and Josh! Helped me with a flat!! Called near the end of the day and they cheerfully said to bring it in - if I got there by 4pm they'd do what they could do get me fixed up. THANK YOU GUYS!!! Reliable service EVERY TIME. Have taken my cars to Goodyear for many years and will for many more. For some reason, I lost my mind on Thursday and took my car to a competitor up the street (because it was close to where I had the flat). What a mistake! Got the run around. Should have taken car to Goodyear to begin with. My car sat for 2 days at the 'other place' waiting for the right tire to come in. Frustrated, I finally picked up the car, drove it on the 'donut' to Goodyear. Goodyear had my car all fixed up in less than an hour. THANK YOU AGAIN GOODYEAR

The guys at this shop are very friendly and quick! I came here after Firestone told me I needed about $1k worth of repairs when I asked them to check my squeaking brakes. The guys at Buckhead Tire fixed my brakes in one hour for $200! There is also a Panera just a five minute walk from the shop, so I was able to get work done while I waited. Great experience!

Got stranded 150 miles from home in ATL on a business trip because of an issue with my tires. They took a look, got me a new tire and had me on the road again in under 2 hours for a much lower cost than expected. I even asked them if I needed a second new tire for the other side of the axle and instead of upselling me, they let me know why that wasn't necessary. I'm so glad I stopped here and not another local place. Richard was amazingly friendly and helpful, and showed genuine concern for my safety and that of another customer who left the shop while it was raining. If I were local, this would be my go-to place every time.

Took my truck in with a flat tire while driving on the spare and dropped it off around lunch time. Came back after work and they said it was a valve issue that they fixed and they had put the tire back on and properly put back the spare tire and even the roadside tool kit and charged me $0 for the whole thing. Truly do not find businesses that are this generous anymore. 10/10 would recommend!

Like an oasis in the desert, Buckhead tire and auto helped us get through a dire situation as we traveled from Texas to Maryland. The staff was courteous, friendly, professional, and quickly attended to our vehicle needs. Running late for work when I got there I realized I had ran over a nail. So I drove my car up to the closest tire shop which was good year they were able to get me a new tire and bring me my car back to work in less than an hour. I had really good customer service from Goodyear and I would definitely go back.

You're looking at the best garage in Buckhead. Just returned from getting my tires replaced here. I was on the way to another garage but the person that booked me in there was so disinterested that as I drove past here I thought I'd spin around and give them a go. No regrets, phenomenal service, the manager took time to get to know me and the car and really explain what they were going to do while making recommendations such as filling the tires with Nitrogen. An obvious upsell for them but I went for it on the basis of the service and the explanation. Spoke to another guy there who was equally helpful. I won't be taking my car anywhere else from now on.

Great service. They just forgot to check undercarriage for knocking noise while doing tire rotation. But i asked about it they gladly obliged to. Take for a test drive with master tech and then gave me future reasonable work order i will need to save up for! shocks. These guys are incredibly trustworthy, honest, hardworking repairmen! I took my 2003 Murano into them and I spent a pretty penny, nothing like I would at the dealership, and my car is running like brand new and will last me 5 more years. They explained every problem to me, showed me the issues, and we discussed the plan to revive my car. They worked on it for 4 days and I could not be more happy. Alvin and the crew are the best !!! My daughter lives about 1/2 mile away and had a dead battery early one morning. They came to her apartment, changed out the battery and had her on her way to work in less than an hour from when she called the store. The only charge was for the battery. No hidden charges.

Our Toyota Sienna minivan is 9 years old but doing fine because of the great care it gets at Buckhead Firestone. Regular oil changes, tires / brakes and other incidental repairs are all done here.

Professional and efficient, but they tried to turn a $300 job into a $900 job. Watch out for all of those add ons - some of them aren't "regular maintenance" - like "fuel injector cleaning". If you google this then it's a controversial topic. Usually a $7 bottle of injector cleaner will have the same results as the $150 service. Do your research before committing to a add-on.
