This is a truly full service tire shop with experienced and knowledgeable staff. A rarity among modern tire shops, but to be expected from a second generation business. Many employees have been around for years.

I went here to have tires changed a couple of weeks ago on my brother's trailer. I had been calling and calling places just to put my tires on which was a very much needed thing. But I finally remembered the name of the place and they didn't turn me away like everyone else. They did it on the spot. And the people that work here are super nice and super cool!!! My teenager had a tire blow out while visiting Asheville. Gath was incredibly helpful & got us two used tires in really good condition, at a great price! We had to get the car towed to Walker Tire & the tow truck was running late. The team at Walker Tire still put the tires on & even stayed late to get them put on & get my kid back on the road! I was very impressed & grateful that Walker Tire saved the day! Highly recommended!

Great place. We were passing through when we lost a trailer tire. This place gave both a great price and worked to get us back on the road as soon as possible. This was over a year ago and the tire now has many miles so I know it is of good quality.

The team at Walker Tire were prompt and courteous. I had a ten am appointment and it took less than an hour to get an alignment and a new cabin air filter. Usually when I wait with my car at other places, I can wait hours and hours for something that does not actually take very long, even with an appointment. The man I dealt with was very kind. The cost was very low. I'd expected to pay twice as much! The waiting room was pleasant and they had wifi. The location is a bit weird, right up against some rail road tracks, but easy to find with GPS. Customer parking is across the street, at marked spots. I had a little confusion about where to park my car, but found the posted signs after a bit. When they were done, they parked my car nose out, so I didn't need to back into a busy street.

Charles (the technician) was prompt and right down to taking care of business without a lot of unnecessary questions. It was one of the best experience’s I’ve had with roadside assistance and Charles was friendly and courteous!!! Great place to do business with especially being stuck on the highway! And the owner was right down to business getting his guy on the job, I appreciated the great customer service. More businesses are needed like this one!

This is a great place for all your tire needs as well as alignments and brake jobs. The stiff is really friendly and very helpful. Honest pricing paired with knowledgeable staff. If you have a vehicle bigger then most like a lifted truck or a sprinter type van, look no further, they are the place to come visit. Quick honest and helpful service. I'd give em 10 stars if that was an option.

Awesome people, great service and quick work! They had me in and out in no more than 20 minutes. They had to pull a giant screw out of my tire, then they patched me up and I was so grateful for them being so nice. While traveling near Ashville a week ago, I blew out a trailer tire and ruined the wheel. I found Walker Tire and was able to pull up in front of their garages with my RV just before closing time. They had the tire and rim I needed in stock and had me on my way in 20 minutes. Also, their prices were very reasonable.

I had a right rear flat in my pickup truck and I only noticed when I was at work. I was able to have my truck towed to Bill Walker Tire without having to be there. Calling them to arrange for service was easy and not having to sit around and wait for the work to get done was very convenient. When I got there pay for it, I met one of the dogs that work there and he was a very polite customer service rep. I would definitely come back here the next time I need new tires.

O usually go to Walker for my wheel alignments. I trust them to get it right and not cause a problem to try to get me to put my car or truck in the shop with them because I'm a woman! Their waiting room is real nice and homey with their dogs running around. I guess if you don't like dogs, it's not for you. I love dogs! I really enjoy going there every time. The price of their alignment beats everyone too.

Yall tightened my front wheels way yonder too tight. I only made it through 4 lugs on the first wheel before I broke my only 1/2in drive breaker bar. Its only been 5 hours since the wheels were off. I used a penetrant first, setting for an hour, too. Now im stuck with hand tight on a ratchet to get them back on, and my trip to the shop to polish my wheels for the first time was wasted. I can’t even begin to say how awesome this place is. I dropped off my custom 4x4 van for a wheel alignment and they said it would be a couple days. Then they were able to sneak me in the same day. Also, everything was done perfectly.

Picked up a wobble on a tire while passing through Asheville on a trip. They took the time to fit me in quickly. Turns out I had picked up a bolt that stuck in the tire but didn't penetrate. No charge for their time spent on my problem. Fine folks and nice petting dogs while you wait.

Dear Betty Sue. The only way you would have been charged $150 is if you parked illegally in their lot and went into the Mexican Store. It is sad that you need to bash a company for not reading the signs posted saving PARKING FOR WALKER TIRE ONLY. They are posted in English and Spanish. I was so upset with this remark that I called the shop and they have NO record of you as a customer. They have always been fair and honest with me.
