This is a great place to go for automotive repair and maintenance. Having recently moved to the area, I asked locals for a reliable auto repair shop. Everyone recommended Swan Tire. I have used them 3 times so far. Each time, I got reliable auto repairs and fair and honest service.

My sister, brother and law and young nieces popped a tire at the very end of a 6 hour road trip. We showed up just as the shop was closing, but swann’s *still* had the tire repaired by 8 the next morning, so the road trip could continue. Happy nieces=Happy customer. I highly recommend them.

Wasted my time and money took automotive in for front end vibration diagnosis and repair and all I got was 280.00 bill for repairs that did not fix the vibration problem so here we are I would give 0 stars that is just bad business

I brought my elderly friend on a busy Saturday morning because she was worried about her tires. The men working were so kind and caring while helping make sure her tires were all full and aired up properly. I was super impressed they took the time to listen to her concerns and gave an 85 year old woman peace of mind. Thankful there are still places and people like this in the world.

We were visiting the area on a family vacation. When our wheel bearing broke down and stranded us. My sister who lives in Leicester directed to to Swann Tire at 5pm, by 9:15 the next morning we were rolling again. We can not thank them enough for their quick and fairly priced service!

Dropped in without an appointment with two flat tires, and they took my car in and fixed both tires in 10 minutes super reasonable. I would highly recommend.

This is a really excellent place to purchase tires. At the time I write this they are also charging only $10 for an oil change if you bring your own oil and filter. They perform some trouble shooting and repairs, too. I once lost a small hamster in my vehicle and a very nice repairman helped me figure out how to remove the inner panel from my car to get him out safely. I'm so grateful that Swann Tire is in my neighborhood!

Always good to go here to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I'm a bit of a pain when it comes to the tires having to be rotated a certain way. These guys don't mind what ever I want and need is ok with them.

We went for a flat tire repair. They don't do appointments but the wait time is short. They are very honest hard working folks. The belt on the tire broke from the inside. We needed a new tire which they didn't have in stock. They only charged $5 to look at the tire. We will return should we every need anything.

By far the best experience I've had on Leicester highway when dealing with auto shops. I called before hand and they were very nice/polite and were able to give me all the information I needed. I went up to their shop and they immediately took my truck in and were done in no more than 30 minutes. Now, keep in mind, this was my very first time going here and ever meeting these guys, but they still treated me right. And of all the auto shops and tire shops I've been to in the past, this was probably the most organized and the most clean that I've seen in a shop. Not to mention you ACTUALLY have room to get in and out of the parking lot without worrying about getting run over in the process. I will not only be referring people here in the future, but will also be a returning customer. Thanks for being awesome guys! Keep it up!

Several times I have stopped in for an oil change, tire rotation or check a tire that had a slow leak. I never had an appointment and in almost every case they had me drive right into the bay and I got my car back quickly and cheaply. They are super courteous too.

I have been using Swann Tire for several years now for a couple good reasons. First it is a small personally owned shop that is very professionally run. The shop is fastidiously clean and organized and the personal service by the owner and what few employees he has continues to be top drawer. Each time I go in, I am treated like my business relationship is appreciated. I have had occasions to seek advice from Dale, the owner, not related to tires and have always been given an honest answer to my inquiries. I trust Dale and his crew to handle my problems as though they were theirs personally. My most recent encounter resulted in their personal interest saving me several hundred dollars on a repair job. Scott took upon himself the job of making sure I got the work done without being gouged by another concern. I would highly recommend checking with Swann before settling on a car repair program or your next set of tires.

We had an intermittent noise when turning; this was the 3rd shop that we asked for an opinion on. After test driving it, the mechanic said he thought it wasn't the bearings. He lifted up our van and pointed to the drive shaft which was rubbing on the exhaust pipe. After getting hot gloves on to remount it properly, and saying that we didn't need to buy tires right away, he and the owner wouldn't take any money to fix it or even for the assessment! We had never been in the shop before. There was certainly room for taking our money but that wasn't their goal. We plan to buy our tires there!
