The San Bernardino Costco tire shop did a great job installing a new set of Bridgestone Quietraks on our CR-V. After driving several hundred miles, an inspection a couple weeks later revealed a lug nut missing from one wheel. I presented it back at the shop, where the manager expressed some shock, spent 20 minutes rummaging to find and install an exact replacement, then checked all wheel lug nuts with a torque wrench. He also provided good advice on how much extra inflation the tires should have for our 3500 mile road trip home from Loma Linda to Anchorage, carrying extra load through changing climatic conditions. Never had one problem the entire trip, thanks to good service and great tires. They also use nitrogen for inflation, which runs cooler and reduces oxidation.

Prices are good, but the people are great. I ran into an urgent warranty situation, and they helped me out quickly. The only drawback is the lengthy waiting list for normal service.

Go her twice a year. To change out my snow tires. They changed my tires quickly.(sooner than time I was quoted. Their prices aren't that bad, either. It is best to have an appointment rather than just walk in, as those with appt go first.

I'm grateful that Costco was able to finally get the TPMS sensors to work right on my 2016 Subaru, after the dealer and the local tire guy failed I thought I had a bad sensor. I ordered the new tires online, the store I designated called me when they arrived, and I made an appointment for the following week. Being in Alaska I'm sure the service is much better if you avoid "changeover" season, and I did. I also saved $50 off an already great price with a coupon. These guys are helpful and well-trained, you can see their certifications next to their photos on the wall of the lobby. I've been coming here since the previous century, and with the recent expansion they are better than ever. The best part is I didn't even have to use the new sensors I had ordered so I saved another $100, Costco tires for life!

It's a great place to buy tires, just don't expect quick service getting them installed. At least not in the fall or spring. Took me a month to get in.

These guys were amazing. I showed up with a flat at the end of the day today and had little hope of making it to work the next day. They went above and beyond to fix my flat quickly. They really weren't obligated to fix my flat without an appointment but they did anyways. Faith in humanity restored--I'm seriously so thankful!!!

Ordered online, made installation appointment, tires delivered to the store, installed in one hour. Would have given five stars but for the horrible, rude employee. I'm not one to complain but this employee was so rude that I called the store manager.

Cheap tires with fast installation. They often are booked 1-2 weeks out. Also offer custom orders when desired.

Great advise on tire purchases and here in Alaska this time of the year, this input is vital to car drivers being safe on the road. Customer service is superb despite the rush of this time of the year also.

Lived in Alaska for several years now and unless you buy yourself an extra set of rims to avoid changing snow tires out every winter (which is your cheapest option in the long run), this is hands-down your cheapest alternative. Even with the cost of the Costco membership, you're literally paying half of what everyone else charges in the area.

Went to 3 other places for tires before renewing my Costco membership and checking them out... They quoted me a price that was 2 dollars more than Moore and Son (over on Dimond), and for a better tire... (Toyo at M&S vs Bridgestone at Costco)... They had me there for about an hour on a Saturday afternoon so I hit the sample tables inside... Prompt service and they had what I wanted at a very competitive price...
