Great customer service. Prices are very competitive. Also have large selection of large truck tires in stock. I take both my Jeep and Ram there for all my tire work. Took my new tractor to have winter tires this fall as well. They ordered my tires and put them on my tractor. I recommend these guys all the time to my friends.

Needed two new tires for our fifth wheel after a leaf spring broke. Alyeska was the only shop that could get the replacements for us within a timely fashion. They said the tires would be here on Saturday, then Monday, & then we got irritated with them as we were stuck waiting for these tires that were not showing up. They finally did send someone for them & put them on the wheels for us at a reasonable cost. We just did not appreciate the run around.

I have to take back my 5 star review, I wrote it prematurely. The screw was in my rear left tire but they fixed my rear right that had nothing wrong with it. I questioned them and they realized the error but was going to still charge me for a no repair. They did hustle and get my tire fixed and then Kal didn't charge me at all but you decide if you want to go there. "Original post" Ihad a screw in my tire and it was leaking slowly but surely. I checked around other places to repair it but couldn't get it done on my schedule I was leary about coming to alyeska tire because they seem so busy but I stopped and they were able to get me in and out in about 40 minutes which was faster than their 1-1.5 hour guess. Thanks Kal he took great care of me. Free popcorn too.

Got a sidewall bubble in one of my tires; they’re the only people who carry them. They had me in and out 30 mins, including them having to get my tire from their warehouse. Great service

It's a bit spendy, but for your vehicle you don't want to go cheap. The tires I've gotten from them were high quality, and every time I got a flat(from a nail, not the tire quality) they were quick and fixed em up good. This is hands down my preferred tire shop.

Amazing service, Mark at the Front Counter has always gone above and beyond for our entire extended family... We have bought countless tires from them, had all of our routine maintenance done on our vehicles here. Only complain I have is that they do not allow appointments for tire changes , we still frequent this establishment due to the excellent service tho.

Really glad I ended up being my vehicle here for an alignment. Vehicle was brought into the shop promptly after I arrived and technician did a great job. Service advisor was friendly and helpful. He explained the before & after measurements well and gave me confidence in their work. They're familiar with Tesla and have the pucks on hand for lifting safely. When I have other tire & wheel work to be done, this will be where I go.

Thank goodness! I’ve always been kinda skeptical about tire places. The usual “They are going to do something shady” thought in my head really sets the mood (not). When we got there, the older gentleman approached us with a kind manner. He obviously knew that we weren’t experts on getting tires, but he didn’t take advance of that. He instead explained what they had to offer, what he recommended and then give us the choice. We then told him what we wanted, gave him the keys, then left. Not even an hour after, WE GET A CALL that they are DONE! Man that was fast. We got back and paid, then was on the road with our new wheels! This place is awesome and the vibes were great! Now, I do recommend that you get there before they open because they don’t have unlimited tires and there will be a line if you don’t. That’s what we did, and were the second ones there with no issues! Thanks Alyeska Tires!

Rich is helpful and exudes honesty. I cant speak for the rest of the staff. Rich is the manager of this operation and is a pretty knowledgable guy who has been in the tire industry for ages. He has spent over and hour out of the work day to educate me on tires and processes as a potential customer. They put systems in place to assure you get quality tires, that are within manufacture specification AND they warranty their tires for a guaranteed mileage life. It's always good to find a service provider who stands behind their product. I've been into alyeska for several tire repairs over the years and they are always prompt to fit me in on notice. When I want to best tires for my ride, I buy them here. (Put a cover on your seat, mechanics are dirty)

I brought my truck here with a vibration at 50mph. I had already brought it to two shops who were unable to figure out/fix the problem. I walked into a warm welcome from Rich who made me feel confident that they would be able to figure it out and they did! I was very happy with the service and positive attitude here! They also had a great setup for Covid-19 social distancing. Every employee was wearing a mask and I felt comfortable waiting in the waiting room while my truck was fixed!

The women who works there when changing my tires over to my winters tires, noticed I had a temporary plug in. She replaced it for a permanent plug at no extra cost! The rest of the staff are nice and there shop is clean. There prices are reasonable. Will go back again!

Great products and people. The employees are honest, helpful and very knowledgeable. Their prices aren’t always the lowest, but they add value in areas such as knowledge, free alignment check and standing behind their products (with more statewide locations than Costco for sure). The prices are still competitive with other retail shops in town or purchasing/ shipping tires from the lower 48.

I went to Alyeska tire yesterday, in a bit of a hurry to get new tires and concerned because I was having trouble finding what I needed in town. They provided an accurate quote and had the car ready 2.5 hours later. I received high quality tires for less than the three other vendors I received quotes from in town. The warranty package on the tires is exceptional and the customer service was awesome. I'm really happy with my experience at Alyeska Tire.

I didn't see my 5 star review on here for this great company, so I'm going to re-post it here again AND across all platforms so that EVERYONE sees it. These guys, and this company, are simply amazing! They take great care of our cars and always get us in and out quickly since they know we live relatively far away and that we need our tires placed early/removed late during the changeover seasons due to our residence on a mountainside (yes, really). We've bought several sets of Hakkapeliitta studded snow tires from them and they always place/remove them with great care to our vehicles. Rich, Ty, and Kao are the guys we know best and who we ask for by name, but I'm certain your needs will be well served by whomever is there. For your tire/wheel purchasing (and vehicle repair needs) always call these guys first - they are a local business who earns our highest recommendation!

Had a blowout and they fixed it for free. Next day came back for new rim and tire - couldn't have been more pleased by the friendly customer service, fast install, and great product! No appointments here, but I was in and out. Highly recommend it!

Great tires, great job, the only flaw is the wait time but that happens when you are an "in hight demand" tire shop going into winter and everyone wants their winter tires or a stuffing job done. But we are very happy with our tires and with the job well done.

I’ve used them before and they were very helpful. Today I had a flat on my way home from work and wasn’t going to make it to them until around 6pm when they closed. I called ahead and no questions asked, they kept the doors open and repaired my tire. Great service and saved me a lot of hassle!

I came in early and they didn't appear busy. It was just to have an old tire pulled off a rim and swapped onto my spare (which recently blew out). I was in and out in like 25 mins. Cost 26.00$ and they got rid of my old blown out tire. Thanks Guys

Both Rich and Thai know their stuff and have great depth of knowledge. You will get a fair shake and the most honest service in town. Thou can count on a competent inspection for anything too. It's nice to know you don't have to shop for tires or alignments or change overs anywhere else.

The only tire/lube shop to use in anchorage.shops like this are pretty much non existent these days, straight shooters that have never tried to upsell me on a single thing. Rich is the man and has listened to all my requests, taken notes on em and had them in the system for my next stop in. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough

After another tire shop in town (Alaska tire service) TWICE put bad sets of tires that either had holes or didn't fit; then wouldn't put on another set I had purchased on my own because they weren't stock size. Alyeska had me in that afternoon and soon had my tires changed over without issue. Such better service.

Discovered a screw in my tire, you could hear the air leaking out. That was at 5:30, called Aleyeska Tire. Asked what time they closed - 6 o'clock. Described my problem, Rich said show up before 6 and we'll get you taken care of. Made it and sure enough! Within 30 minutes of arriving, screw removed, tire patched and happy customer back on the road. Awesome customer service!

The staff is good but they are always busy during tire changing season. You have to be there before they open sometimes because they max out the number of cars they do in a few minutes after opening.
