My personal experience here has been nothing but positive. I have been getting my oil changed here for about 2 years and recently bought new tires here. Side note, if you get tires here then definitely purchase the roadside assistance warranty. Worth it in my opinion.

Month old tire had a nail. Needed it repaired right away. From the first phone call with Jeff, to the in-person experience with DeWayne and Jim, I have found my tire home. :-) Good, old-fashioned business where people actually WORK, and clearly care about giving super customer service! I called at least ten places. Most do a plug, which is NOT a proper repair. (My brother drilled that into my head.) Just Tires on Richmond Highway did a full patch repair. That's how you're SUPPOSED TO FIX A TIRE. And guess what? It's about only ten dollars more. I had just gotten two new tires at another Just Tires location. (After experiencing both locations, I choose Richmond Highway.) I should have purchased the tire insurance, which I needed just four weeks later. I GOT THE INSURANCE THIS TIME! Had they told me all of the benefits of it at the other location, I would have bought it then. If only people really cared enough to educate their customers, we could avoid a variety of troubles. JUST TIRES at 3300 Richmond Highway cares, does a great job in a timely manner, and there is plenty to do across the street while you wait! Thank you, Jim, DeWayne and Jeff! I'll be back! We got a flat tire immediately after arriving back from the airport as we hit a nail in the road. We flew from Arizona back to Arlington, VA and it was 5:30pm when we arrived…not only did Dwayne and his team at “Just Tires” stay late to help change our tire they made it an immediate priority to help us get back on the road so we could get home. Great service. Great people. Highly recommend

Great service and almost always have same day appointments available. It can take awhile to be checked in and they usually require a three hour window for service, but they don't upsell and are overall very thorough!

Great place! Had my brakes, alignment, end tire rods, and serpentine belt serviced over the past year. The price matched exactly the estimate. The amount of time to work on the vehicle was minimal. Their wifi worked with excellence and was free. The lounge is clean and the staff is very friendly. Honest service for an honest price in my experience.

I know I can rely on them to give the most appropriate and expert assessment. They dont take short cuts or do they oversell what repair work is necessary. That is honesty and integrity. They always go the distance in analyzing a problem and resolve the issue no matter how much digging down it takes. I really value that the entire team is aware of and committed to getting the problem analyzed and the repair work done. They collaborate and share information which provides the best resolution. T The reality is that they are "can do." It is not - oh we have to order that part, make a bunch of calls well we cant tell you with certainty. In Just Tires plain speak, it is - you need this part and we will get it. And they care about serving people who have urgent needs. I have experienced this and observed this. As a walkin, I decided to enjoy their waiting room hospitality, along with established customers who had appointments. There was a lot of familiarity. There was ongoing interaction with the front office team and consultation with the behind the scenes team about all the service repairs.I felt immediately that I had made a customer relationship as well. They were very busy but remarkably as people with urgent needs - the whole family stranded with families came to the door, it was always - dont worry we will work you in, we will get to you. And to see the relief and anxiety disappear, the front office drop what they were doing to walk out to the parking lot, the support, the pat on the back, the reassurance that they will get them back in the driver's seat and on their way. I must mention that the tires are top notch - stellar. Just Tires provides outstanding professional service and reasonable prices. And above all caring people service. I am so fortunate to be in the Just Tire customer family. Thank you so much.

The people were very friendly, which is a plus, but most importantly they kept me aware of the progress and cost the whole repair, which was extensive. Special thanks to Ed who did the work. Got a flat tire on Christmas Eve with guests coming into town and my wife 39 weeks pregnant, so I was glad that Just Tires was open and was able to work my my car right away. The price for the tires was great - about the same as the best price online - and they even grilled me a hot dog while I was waiting. I saw them take a nail out of another customer’s tire and not charge them anything. Only downside is that it took about 2 hours to get all four tires replaced (and a free checkup).

I am so grateful to have found this place, and particularly grateful for Tory and Robert. I got a flat tire late Sunday afternoon and thankfully a mechanic stopped to help me put on the spare. It was a good thing too, because the guy who last rotated my tires had cross threaded two of the lug nuts and they had to be busted off. On Monday I had the two broken wheel studs replaced and had my tire plugged. On Tuesday I drove the nearly 40 miles to my work. After work, I was loading my car and noticed a bulge in the sidewall of the plugged tire. A quick online search revealed that this can be extremely dangerous and result in a blowout. I immediately searched online for a nearby place that sold Goodyear tires and found Just Tires. The only problem was that they closed in less than 20 minutes. I called and asked if they had my tire in stock so it could be replaced. Tory said they were closing soon and I could leave the car, but I explained that I don’t live close by and needed the car to get home. My GPS said I was 2 Miles/10 minutes away, so he told me to come quickly and they would wait for me. When I arrived I showed them the tire and they agreed that it needed to be replaced. Robert put the new tire on and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. I apologized for keeping them there after closing time, but Tory said that he felt good having waited for me after seeing the condition of the tire. I am so thankful that they waited for me. I would recommend them to anyone who needs tires.

Called an made an appointment (same day service) for a synthetic oil change with tire rotation. Service was quick and affordable and the staff was very friendly, no complaints. The tech. suggested a coolant flush but was not pushy about the service, I will be back again.

Has been my go-to tire place FOREVER. I have an active fleet of cars and delivery vans - they have the best deals on the best tires every time. And they are efficient and quick. I make and appt, I drop off the car, 60 mins later it's ready. Don''t waste your time and money other places.

Scheduled an oil change for a Thursday and there was a mix up. They left a voice mail to cancel and when I called back to reschedule a different employee told me to come back in. When I did I was told they had no one to change my oil so I had to come back tomorrow. When I came back that Friday Mustafa knocked off 25 percent for the miscommunication. Great service and I would highly recommend you take your business there.

I pulled in there with two flat tires that needed valve stems. At first they said they could fix them in an hour, but then the told me to wait. The job was done in fifteen minutes, for $18 and change. I was happy to have that job behind me.

The only issue I have is they didn't have there count updated in there computer system. They said they had the tires in Stock. Once the old tires were off it was. We are sorry we don't have those. But we have them in another store. At lest they are nice enough to have them sent from one of there other stores. And they need to teach their employees how to reset the tps. They told me to drive it and it would reset. The correct way to rest is hit the rest button and let air out or add air till the horn honks for each tire. Starting on the front drivers side and moving in clockwise rotation are the car.
