As someone who has spent the bulk of my career in tires and wheels, this place is the only tire shop in the Albuquerque area that I will bring my vehicles. Most professional, affordable, and knowledgeable service in town. You also won’t waste your entire day there.

HANGRY TRUCKING

These guys took us in late afternoon on our way to Phoenix. After pealing a recap that came with the truck we purchased 6 moths earlier we decided to purchase 8 from them through our national account. They got us in and out and we’re very nice to our driver. Thank you guys for helping us out! We are still on schedule and ready for summer! Will definitely be buying tires when we go through from now on thanks!!

My wife and I were on a west coast trip. We went west from Michigan to California via the northern states and headed back home through the southern states. We were going by Albuquerque and the trailer tongue weld broke and they took the time to weld a bracket on and bolted the tongue back on and we had no issues on our trip back home. Thanks guys and to the tow truck driver that took us out of he's way to help us out

To much waiting. They have good products and good service. But it took me more than one hour to pick up 4 tires that I have ordered 2 hours in advance. Definitely they need to speed up the process.

Very impressed with the quality service. We were attending the Balloon Fiesta and while chasing our balloon we discovered a tire going down. We had landed just down the street. We drove in and were greeted promptly and within a few minutes they repaired 2 tires and checked all of them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or visit them again! GREAT SERVICE!

This was the best service I have ever received with having my car service. New tires and an alignment. Was in and out Very good service everyone was Very helpful. The work they did was done very professional. Not like a pep boys or big o They blow those two away. Shop was very nice and clean Nice waiting room For my tire needs I will not go any where else.

4 stars is for the tech, not the shop. Straightened out my tires and advised on a loose bushing which I immediately replaced. However the counter guy would not provide a printout of the alignment specs- Its a shame because I believe the guy who did the work did what he was supposed to do but the refusal to provide evidence of work performed is very shady. 👎🏻

Ultimately, a very good place. Lost 1 star because it was difficult to organize their procurement of my needed tires. They had difficulties of following through and returning calls. I ended up ordering the tires myself, then taking them in to have them mounted. It took them an extended time to get the job done, but they did it. A good place even though there were issues. Good prices too.

I took my old Aerostar in to get tires, new brakes, and an alignment. I really appreciated that they were honest with me and said I actually didn’t need new tires and pointed out exactly why. The price they gave me was also very fair and though I had to keep my van there overnight because they were waiting on a piece to be delivered they worked very quickly. I highly recommend this place because they are friendly, honest, and give quality service!

Fast, Friendly service here! Installed 4 brand new tires in about and hour and a half and there were four people ahead of us. Nice clean waiting area, had a television and vending. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices. They also offer financing, it was simple and quick to get approved.

I've driven by 1000x's... so glad I stopped in here. I needed 2 tires plus a spare mounted. Alberto's is top notch professional and reasonably priced. And I shopped around. Purchased new tires at another well known store only to start having problems immediately. Took it back twice and they just kept telling me I needed new wheels. My brother recommended I visit Alberto's. Fantastic! Turns out nothing wrong with wheels, it was the tires. Manufacturer defect. I had to buy a new set but was happy to do so. Honest and treated me well. Absolutely recommend this place!

Beat everybody's price in town. Very helpful with wheel options through the whole process. Even after an issue was found with rubbing after install they made it right no charge. Also one of the best alignments I've had on a vehicle runs straight as an arrow now. You gained a customer for life. Do yourself a favor and see for your self Alberto's tire pros are top of the line in my book.

Competitive prices and excellent customer service by sales associate however it’s now 3 hours and I am still waiting on my vehicle to get new tires. I asked for new tires and an alignment yet they have not even started an alignment. Super irritating so many customers have came and left as I still sit here waiting for my Jeep.

After being told by a different tire shop that the nail in my car tire may be too close to the tire wall to fix and I may need to buy a new tire, I left and came here. Without hesitation they had my tire fixed in about 15 minutes. The price was also very reasonable.

The staff at Alberto's are very nice, worked fast, and did a great job that cost half what I thought it would cost. Highly recommend! We only needed a quick fix, but the showroom was filled with a lot of cool, quality options for serious truck enthusiasts- anyone looking to talk with a pro should give them a try. I had hit a pothole and dented two of the rims on my car and after going to a shop that is supposedly "the best" which quoted me 100 dollars for each rim to fix I gave Albertos a call and they said they could help but would just need to see the rim in person. So I go in after work (about 4:30) I walked in and was greeted right away by a worker who came and looked at my rims he said they could do it for me and quoted me a very good price then he said he will ask what the owner thinks the owner came over and looked at the rims and said he was in a "good mood" so he cut the price down even further they got me in and out in less than an hour and had my rims looking new definitely recommend this shop nice waiting area as well.

Went to alberto's tire pros for 4 new tires which they changed out for me and was happy on the service and price for the tire. Unfortunately there was and incident where one of the employees made a small scratch on my vehicle. However they where very apologetic and made it right on paying for the repairs on fixing my truck. They also changed a tpms sensor that wasnt working free of charge for the incident. I recommend this shop and will be going back for any tire or wheel services I need.

I waited for 3 hours for tires and rims when I walked in there I talked about how long is the wait the gentleman in the front that one hour so I decided to wait there after 2 hours I asked what was going on if there was something wrong with the truck they just said keep waiting they have to put on the tires to the room when I first got there there was only two customers in front of me after 3 hours they took care about 50 customers they kept moving my vehicle from one area to another the wait was too long however I was waiting in a nice fresh area for they had a Coke machine and only Mountain Dew would work a drink that I did not like

First of all, the lady and the girl who are in the office were very friendly and professional about a small mishap I had in which the workers broke some covers for me, my recommendation would be that they give them a little more training on how to work with different types of rims and especially To the guy Helio who I think is the supervisor but has a TERRIBLE customer service to solve a problem! Apart from that I have nothing more to say.
