not as good as it used to be. they charge too much for used stuff they acquired for free - especially shoes! if it says "dansko" or some other brand, they often up the price way more than beat up shoes are worth.

Excellent thrift store benefitting the community. Friendly staff. I often find items that I would not have been able to find or afford elsewhere (hello Kate Spade sneakers). I only have 2 complaints: First, they need to trash obviously broken items. Even people on a tight budget don't want broken stuff. Second, please toss clothing that is ripped, torn or stained beyond saving. I don't have a ton of money for clothes, but I really don't want to look like it.

What is going on at Goodwill and their crazy pricing!? They get the items for free, they mark them up ridiculously and sometimes higher than the actual sales price because the sales stickers are still on them! You would think that they're selling for profit.. come on folks come correct!

It's nice, has a good selection of clothes, and other things. The dressing room is clean, and they have records (only mentioning that because I like records). I gave it four stars bc a some of the stuff is old and run down, but still usable/wearable. The shoes here are nice and most likely if you come here looking for a specific item, you'll find it. It has a huge variety of things to buy. They have books, clothes, furniture, baby clothes, accessories, coats, records, and toys, and just random stuff. All the stuff here is SUPER cheap. I got a pair of platform boots here for SEVEN DOLLARS! I highly recommend buying things here! Good quality, lots of variety, and tons of just random stuff, you definitely won't leave here empty handed!

Nice deals. The staff is friendly and helpful. The donation process is easy. Just drive up and the staff will unload your car. The merchandise is nearly organized. Checkout is fast. Someone will load your purchases in your vehicle. This location is easy to find on Route 2.

Love this one. I go there twice a month easy. They have good selection of baby clothes and kids clothes, which is what I beeline for. Their men’s section is small. There is decent selection of framed art as well. I mostly get deals on dresses and Baby clothes at this location. The store is clean, and the staff is friendly.

The young man working 2 weeks ago directing me around because it was my first time was sooo friendly and helpful!!! WATCH YOUR HANDS while digging through the bins!!! Thrift stores are my addiction I could literally go to them 7 days a week and never run out of great treasures to find, my husband follows behind me to make sure I dont buy nothing that's not needed which in his eyes is everything that I buy today I got this beautiful teal blown glass bowl or ashtray I'm not sure which but I know it's beautiful and such a great price only 79 cents

Obviously it's a thrift store. But there are differences in thrift stores. They don't have a huge amount of clothing for men, but men mostly wear stuff until it falls off. What they did have was clean and on good condition. They are definitely more reasonably priced than the Salvation Army near Christina Crossing. I think everyone should go to thrift stores from time to time.

I've only been here to drop off. They don't take furmiture. A person is there to direct you on which bins/boxes your items go in. If you need a receipt one is provided.

I visit Goodwill a few times a year. It's clean and well kept. They sell clothes for men, women and children. They also have used household items, books, toys etc. It's best to go there early in the morning, to get to the better items, the good stuff goes fast.

There are better locally owned thrift stores, but if I'm going to chain shop thrift stores; you can always find a goodwill. Only real gripe? It's for profit, no matter how much they lie. It exploits those who have less, and it's employees for a price. Hence 3 out of 5. Otherwise, there is always a good selection for an ok price.

Goodwill is my favorite place to go with no particular goal in mind, but leave with some cute knickknacks or an interesting vintage item to add to my collection. I did have to leave off one star because I often find the pricing wildly inconsistent. They will have items that are clearly a set priced individually so that if you bought the whole set you could have bought a brand new whatever it is for the same or less. Or they have items that are sometimes identical or at least similar at several price points. Example, last week I bought a blue glass carafe priced $1. This week I went to the same store and they had the same blue carafe, plus a green one and a red one. 2 of them were priced $3 and one was $2. Why would identical items be on 3 price points? And I see this all the time.

This is a really good Goodwill! There's lots of parking, everything is well organized, and the bathrooms are always clean! I've found some good stuff here, personally. This seems to be one of the Goodwills that Target drops off a lot of their overstock or clearance to. You drop off donations around the side of the building and there's plenty of room to park and turn around. Very nice!

This Goodwill is pretty average for a thrift store. You go in with hopes of finding some great treasures, and usually end up leaving empty-handed. If you are a thrift-a-holic like I am, it's exhilarating to finally find something that you would actually buy, but that is rare. If its clothes you are after, they seem to have a great selection that is very well organized. It's hit or miss like most thrift stores.

Great finds and sales. Only complaint I have is military should get discounts ALWAYS! NOT JUST 20% ON WEDNESDAY. Def not competitive on that. Also, too much broken stuff and stained and snagged stuff. Shouldn't be allowed.

It's a large, well stocked Good Will. Pretty clean. I'm taking off stars due to subpar customer service. They had a large sign on an easel in the store offering 10% off if you showed a facebook ad or dled an app, or something, which we did. When we asked for the discount, the young woman at checkout said she,d never heard of the discount (This is displayed on an easel in her store.) No, "let me look into this" or any indication she didn't expect us to just forfeit the discount. We had to suggest she speak to management about it. While waiting for him, I had dragged the easel to the front as proof, as we were being treated as if we were making it up. The manager dude did not acknowledge us in any way. Just silently, stern-faced, examined the sign. Then consulted some other stern-faced genius. Finally, apparently convinced we hadn't counterfieted the sign and brought it in with us, did some further investigating and finally spoke to us, reluctantly agreeing to honor their offer. Oh, a d there's the whole "non-profit" scam. Goodwill capitalizes on the misconception that non-profits don't pay their CEOs massive salaries while paying mentally handicapped workers as low as 25 cents per hour.

If you want to donate something, they won't give you sny recorded receipt. The gave me just a loose receipt. Staff are polite no issues with them .free parking, easily noticeable from a moving vehicle

Went into the Kirkwood Hwy store Wilmington De there were barely 10 people there. Only half of those people had a cart and there were no more in the cart area. I'm handicapped and need the cart for balance but if there isn't going to be any carts I won't be able to shop there anymore. If the carts were being used in the donation area that should not be allowed as the carts should be for customers.

I like this store. I've purchased from it numerous times. Good selection of men and Women's clothes. Has furniture and household goods. Difficult to see from street but if you look for the sign, you will find it. Near shopping center with Verizon.
