Today was my first time in the store and wow! Aisha really came to the rescue for my mother in more ways than one. She was stressed about getting her kitchen ready for the holidays and when I tell you she showed us China that we literally skipped right by pieced it together and made my Mother’s Day! She took her time and showed her and even found another kettle to match not knowing my mother was desiring the kettle the whole time! Very polite and helpful! And ms penny was a sweetheart at the register really made our day to have great customer service and a genuine experience ! Thank you ladies!

Aisha was very helpful! Even though it was almost closing time she helped me with looking at a couch and loveseat. I told her my husband was on his way to approve the set as well. She informed me the front door was already locked but, he could come in the exit door. Luckily, he got there when the last customer was just finishing up at the register. Awesome day at providence Sq location, Ms. Aisha(lady with red braids) has such an eye for decorating , I had picked up a few bowls, was sharing how I wanted to do a formal kitchen, just girl talk, and do you know she began to put items together and now my whole chinaware is complete.

This place seems great for well priced home improvement fixtures, kitchen & holiday stuff. I can't say the same about some of their home decor, furniture, or other 2nd hand items though.

I have visited the Providence Road store on several occasions and everyone is always friendly and helpful. I was in the store again on September 22, 2022, and found several items to buy. Toni, Aisha and Penny went out of their way to help me with my purchase.

I cannot truly say enough about this store for the organization! All the staff and so wonderful always happy and very helpful for anything you need. You have so many great items to revamp your entire home and their prices are next to nothing! I absolutely love this store and of course as I said above, this organization! So I recommend everybody who needs anything for their home, shop here and nowhere else!

I would shop here before heading to any other thrift store for home good items. Their prices are lower than any other thrift stores I've checked out. You never really know what you will find here, but I always find something to improve my home. The staff are always nice and pleasant too. The only thing that could use improvement is a better way to organize the doors and windows. It can be a pain to sift through them sometimes, especially if you are looking for a certain size.

It's a great place to go to browse around for good bargains. There is a wide variety of housewares and light do-it-yourself project supplies. They have a surprising amount of tile of (easily enough to do washroom or bathroom). This store is a bit smaller than the Norfolk store, but a tad better organized. Just remember: it is not a big box retail store: inventory changes, some of it is new, some of its used, and all of it is disheveled. You might get lucky and find exactly what you need at a good price. But if you are in a rush and your need is very specific, you might be better off going to a big box store. My suggestion is that if you are a frequent do-it-yourselfer, go by the store and familiarize yourself with what they have to offer so that when you a few minor items in your next project you'll know where to go to save a few bucks.

This place is a surprise. It is not the best looking store but hey, it's a thrift store, as long as I can get good stuff I'm ok with it. They mainly sell furnitures, home appliances and home goods. We tried to find a refrigerator here and they have like 15 of them, and we got one that is only 249. They got many windows, sofas and dining tables. Some sofas and cabinets are like new or barely used. They do have some pots and bowls but they look old. The people are also nice too. She explained to us about the social media discount thing, and she was friendly.

I can always find great deals for household items to building supplies. On this say I found qty 2 wooden, 10 lite doors in the correct size. Bonus, they even had all the hardware on them. They were in great shape . I paid a fraction of the price that I would have to pay for new The folks are friendly, and go out of their way to help you. Great shop!

I am sorry some folks have had bad experiences. I have always found the manager and employees to be most helpful and ready to assist with anything asked, i.e. prices, measurements, etc. Recently I had several things that needed to be loaded in my car and Austin was right there to help figure out how to get them in so nothing would get marred or broken. Kudos to a very nice young man and to the rest of the staff.

Just like any store like this they have high and low prices but they have great deals on household items and pretty decent selection and they are not afraid to knock down the prices for you on the spot and yes you do have to haul away your self but you will walk away happy and great luck with your tour

So Happy so Happy!! Habitat had the grout color for "$3.00", that I couldn't find at the big stores. They also had affordable paint for "$15.00", impossible at the big stores unless you peruse the return rack. I'm so so happy!! Thank you Habitat!!!!
