The store was clean with good aisle space. Handicapped parking accessible . Clothing was hung by size. Individual areas for men, women, and kids clothing Shoes and Housewares to books and Christmas items. Cashier's were friendly. Store was clean. Sidewalks were cleared from snow. The parking lot had icy areas. One Public restroom it was clean.

Decent selection and now that they have 50% off tag colors each week it's easier to find a good deal. The parking lot has 2 giant potholes that keep getting worst and worst each year. It's a shame they haven't been fixed.

I Enjoy this specific location very much. I've found some pretty neat items. Easily the best staffed GW in town. They are quite friendly and treat everyone like someone. The tall guy in the back is hilarious.

My favorite Goodwill store in the Sioux Falls area is the one near 41st & Sycamore! They have reasonably priced t-shirts and kid's clothing. They also have nice employees. The decorations for your house are almost always high quality. I just got four large bags worth of clothes and toys for 5 kids for a little over $150.

Full of gently used and even new unworn clothes. Lots of knickknacks and miscellaneous items. Great prices on everything. Very clean in and out. Last visit we saved over $150 on practically unused items.

They can be a little spendy, need to watch their pricing and challenge what is priced at a ridiculous rate. An odd thing, I've cut myself twice at this store, once on a broken crystal piece. Literally sliced my finger and started bleeding. It took 10 min tor them to find a bandaid for me. The other time was about a month later (my next visit there) I picked up a 1980s Era space heater and the screw on the back was exposed and poked a hole, right in my finger, geesh! More care should be made with checking quality of goods and better pricing for used items would be more "GOODWILL" culture.

Was not greeted by a donation attendant or offered a receipt for taxes. Probably one of the worst Goodwill I have been too. Wife was trying on clothes and sat in gum that was in the fitting room and when she let the cashier know it needed cleaned, the cashier responded with "its not my fault " at which point I wanted to say, it is your fault. Had you cleaned fitting room after each use. It wouldn't have been there (that is procedure. I used to work for GW) over all was not a very pleasing experience.

I go shopping there sometime but I can say the the guy that helped me was friendly to me it not always the people at goodwill sometimes it's the CustomersSometimes they're crabby too it's not just us coworkersAnd the man that was helping that customer outMaybe it was just having a bad day

Although I was only donating today and didn't have any contact with any of their employees, I do give this store a five star review. Why? Because it's in a great location for me, and it appears to be the cleanest of all the Goodwill's in the SF area. And despite the overly generous salaries that are alotted to the companies top tier, by it's top tier, I'd say Goodwill does a fine job of spreading the love in so many ways, that I can even ignore the salary of this "non-profit's" leaders from time to time

Great! Loved the storefront! Nicely decorated and set up for Halloween. Employees were pleasant and helpful. Store was clean and things were easy to find. Nice displays.

Extremely packed with items, but we'll organized. The women's tops are arranged by color! One side of a very long rack held all red tops, the other side blue. Next rack purple, etc.

Found some good items here. The clothing seems to be a little lower quality than other thrift stores, but this store also sells the clothing for way less. Nice to browse through.

Always a great place for a first date. Or last minute shopping. If you are looking for something special for that special someone you can find it here. Need an old cane? How about a self help book on tape? Want to spend hours trying on clothes? This is your place.

Best and cleanest Good will in town. One employee was rude, but I'll take it if the rest of the experience is good. Avoid shopping for prom dresses here. Used is priced way too high!

Today I have two bags of clothes I drove up to the back put on my mask and one of the guys showed me where to put the bags they do this for people to be save covid is still high do your part when you take donations in where you're mask and quit complaining thank you for keeping people safe Amy Juhala

This Goodwill is decent as Goodwills go. Sometimes you'll see items that are broken or dirty, but most merchandise in acceptable condition. I've bought furniture, dishes, and appliances there. The price of books is a little high in my opinion.

I can always find holiday decorations, very good condition clothes and fun kitchenware here. This location never disappoints in quality of service, variety of nice merchandise and cleanliness.

Dirty place and usually rude people who don't get paid enough from the company that received it's merchandise for free and then charges you for it. Good Will is one of the largest scams there is.

A basic thrift store. They get donated items and turn around and sell them. Prices are not as low as I would expect. Limited staff, and jumbled stacks of items. Usually fairly clean.
