Not my go to place but you can find some interesting things. The store isn’t that big. The selection is fairly limited. We did find some cool toys. Parking is plenty but weird. Covid made them close bathrooms so my son had to pee outside. You should go to make your own conclusions.

They have many good deals, but when buying many things and ask if they are willing to go down on price just a little since so much is being purchased. They don't seem to want to budge on price especially if it's been there for a week. Yet you'd think to make a sale at that moment and have a satisfied customer who is there regularly to find that great deal purchasing something that was donated. You'd think satisfying the customer to guarantee to have a repeated shopper. It's sad really...as all my odds and ends get donated once I no longer need want or have a use for something. And no never have used my donates to recieve a deal on my next visit. But at the same time the money that's made goes for a special cause so that is what keeps me as a repeated shopper. And I seem to find a use for just about anything or I think that someone I know can so I get things for everyone I know. Anyway, it would be nice to see some ability to negotiate. These are just some of the items I purchased this last time. And I'd say I'm visiting at least once a week if not more. And never leave without something usually needing a shopping cart to hold everything I buy.

I shop here frequently… friendly staff and usually find some pretty good deals. Sometimes the prices are marked up a little much… but overall they are fair! Always organized for the most part and seems like they are getting new things out as the day goes on… one thing that is a little frustrating is the way that they treat you if you are in there as they are about to close.. they will literally push you out the door. So… if your going late in the day make sure your in line and out the door no later that 630! No joke they will be in your case and telling you to leave regardless of your purchases. Not a bad location though I like it.

I go to thrift stores on a daily....last night I was completely impressed by ISAAC at this location....he went above and beyond my expectations . He had great customer service skills and people skills ! The complete WOW FACTOR! SHOUT OUT TO ISAAC!!!!

I love shopping this location and have had great finds. But customer service/staff over the years has been consistently poor. I on multiple occasions have heard staff talking negatively about other staff and customers, staff tends to yell and in general have poor attitudes. There is one cashier who regular doesn't address or speak to you at all in the process of paying. I still go because I love thrifting.

As an engineer and product developer, I use the Goodwill to find components for prototyping. This time I needed a 24v power supply. Sure enough, I found an electrical appliance with the power supply that is perfect. Less than $4 bucks and immediately able to get back to a project, is money in the bank. You're never sure what kind of treasure you will find, but it will be value priced. 😊

Great service from these guys. Always willing to assist and they were always asking for what we were looking for and showed us options. Pretty much bought all our household furniture from here. I have been here several times in the last couple of months and every time I have such a great time! Being able to find great clothes and fun knick knacks is part of it, however, the customer service keeps me coming back! One specific one is Melissa. Everytime I am there she is smiling and greets me like I am an old friend. Today (April 6th) she helped me choose a dresser for my house and even had a tape measure to make sure it would fit! I always see her helping a customer or talking to people. She is a great asset to your store!

Not the greatest shopping experience to be quite honest. No matter the department I visited the selection of goods for purchase was quite sad and skimpy. The store size is also not the largest and the layout is quite odd. Not a single staff member acknowledged me the entire time (which I wouldn't expect anyway at Goodwill) and it kind of seemed liked there weren't any employees at all aside from the one employee at the cash registers. Definitely inferior to the Goodwill location in Murray on State Street or even in West Jordan.

Anytime I've been here I haven't found much sadly. I know from reviews people seem to find reasonable items here at a good price! This location is smaller than the other one on State street so naturally has less of a selection. Because of where it's located it can get kind of crowded but just be checking the parking lot when you go & you decide! My review is mostly for the clothing I haven't found much good here but don't know about house hold items or some other stuff so they may have a decent selection for that. Didn't find much furniture here though.

I went in there today and unfortunately found many items that were damaged (holes, rips) or missing pieces (shoes missing buckles) so I did not purchase them. I know the items are used, but I’d rather not have to do repairs myself. That being said, I did find a few gems. I would just recommend to the staff that they are a little more careful when inspecting items for the sales floor.

Hadn't been to a good will since I was a kid, plus there hasn't been one in Utah. Not enough time to browse and take inventory like I wanted; but the store associates are rude and lack basic customers service. The store was clean, but really just lack people skills. My kids let the concrete eat their pants so I had to get them where I know they will be inexpensive and good quality. The goodwill is a great start before the bigger brand names.

I love this Goodwill and find great clothes for work and necessities for my house. Where else can you find a brand new carpet for $13. A whole work outfit for under $20? YES you do have to pick thru the aisles of clothes but after all it's a THRIFT store for Heavens sake! ;-0) I find great prices and appreciate the SENIOR discount I receive. I find the employees are VERY friendly and helpful in this Murray location.

I tried to use a coupon on my phone and a different employee was extremely rude and not helpful when it didn't work. I'm a single mom with a low income and wanted clothes for interviews. The money you spend goes to a great cause, Autism. Autism, more and more seems to effect more families than you ever used to hear about. In fact the whole "SPECTRUM", aspect of it is mind blogging. And more often than not, I've noticed its usually always accompanied by ADD/ADHD, in kids like my son it's on the extreme end of the ADHD. however he does come by that honestly. Having ADHD myself, it can be and IS extremely frustrating for not only yourself but you can drive the people around you insane, (without knowing your doing it). Goodwill also has great finds, great prices, and it's better organized than most thrift shops

Great deals and great store also friendly people the only thing I would suggest is to take a little bit of time to put the right sizes on the right clothes, all of the sudden I couldn't find size 36 on pants and so I went through the 34 and 38 and found that the tags were wrong
