as someone who has consigned from them, i think a solid 3 is fair. first time ever walking in this store i’ve seen quite a bit, to consign was a bit much when the elderly women were a bit standoffish. however while looking, this store is so unique and has cool finds. came in months later to pick up my items and two younger women were so kind and patient with me. wish their other staff were like them ! might come back to browse and hopefully have the courage to purchase.

These are the best consignment stores that I know in the east valley. I've just started to consign at the store in Mesa on Val Vista. The staff is helpful and courteous. To consign call and make for either Thursdays or Saturdays.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I am a repeat customer and do find some good deals on purses, and furniture. However, the customer service is VERY hit or miss. I am big on feeling good where I spend my money and I'm always left feeling unappreciated for my business. Just not too friendly, unfortunately.

Pretty nice stuff for a decent price, however they need to make sure to tell you that they won't lift a finger to help you get the items into the vehicle. Bought an entertainment center and when I went to pick it up (alone) they said they could help help move it at all. That good info during the purchase not at pickup.

Great selection and good sales. Sadly, I've not had a positive experience at the trade counter, only cashiers are friendly. I prefer the Tempe location on McClintock & Guadalupe but trade credit doesn't transfer between stores.

I love this store. I always find good quality clothes at excellent prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. Today the young woman who checked out my purchases laughed and joked happily, making my day brighter. This may be a second-hand store, but it feels like a nice boutique.

The cutest little redheaded female(possibly an assistant manager?-if not, i think shes due for a promotion-just saying. Lol) store attendant(with red pumps to DIE for) helped me the entire time. My sister and I have consigned here since the grand opening. Roxanne, Debbie and staff make it easy and fun to consign. The store is well organized and showcases our treasures for optimum sales. Although I live near the scottsdale store, I travel to Mesa because of the excellent customer service, store set up, the great staff and even the other entertaining shoppers!

If you are shopping for women's clothes, they have beautiful recent designer trends in all sizes for women, including jewelry and accessories. The prices are reasonable, everything is in good condition, and there's always a lot to choose from. The clothes are organized by color in each size, making it easier to find things to wear with your existing wardrobe. If you are looking for a place to consign your items, keep all of this in mind. They are picky about what they take. And they keep track of your items so you get paid, either in credit or by check. I refresh my wardrobe a couple times a year by taking in things I no longer love, and bringing home new things to love.

I only go here with my wife but I don't mind. Usually consignment stores feel dingy but this place does a good job of not letting the store seem like a fancy yard sale. They are very picky that everything brought in must be on a hanger. This means no trash bags of clothes piled everywhere. They also have a separate "homegoods" area with furniture and knick knacks as well. It would be a good idea to call before you bring any large items like a table or couch to make sure they have space for the item. My favorite part of going here is going across the street to guitar center after. It's a good reward for helping my wife without complaining lol.

Very much like shopping at Turnstyle. I do wish they would carry a little more of the comfortable clothing some of us over age 60 like. I see so many people my age trying to shop here, but with no Gloria Vanderbilt or Lee items or Coldwater Creek, Dockers, Blair, etc. allowed, its hard for some of us to find good comfortable classy clothes. Especially in your larger sizes. Not much there! Also have a hard time finding nice shoes. They have alot of fancy strappy ones, but nice classic comfort shoes are hard to find. I guess maybe they prefer to cater to a younger audience, but the Val Vista store gets alot of us snowbirds!!!! Will definitely be back next fall. Who knows....maybe they’ll take a closer look at the end of season markdowns (stuff nobody wanted), and realize opening the store to some new brands is a win for all!!!
