Great finds at great prices! However, the check out process is unorganized and chaotic. If you are paying card youisy wait in the self checkout like and if you are paying cash you will get it the regular line. However they do not tell you this or have any signs indicating this. The self checkout cannot scan half the stickers on the products.

Monday, 50 % off day, is always busy, but they seem to move the customers along at the registers. Today, the men's pants were pack so tightly on the racks, that I could not sort through them.

Super Busy on Mondays. Basically packed to the extent people are squeezing past every 10 seconds. So maybe not the best day to go. Station to check electronics before you buy which is great if you can find the proper power adapter to fit electronic. Will usually be hanging on rack priced separately but still the prices were great though! And I was able to test before hand so I purchased. Self check out was a snap. No waiting in line (card only). Employees are always super helpful & quick when help is needed at checkout. Oh & book section for gradeschool & Up was high quality for used books.

I passed this place on my way to Christown Spectrum Mall. It looked like a thrift store and upon googling it I discovered it was my kind of place indeed!!!! I stopped in and to my delight it was an even better version of Goodwill though they too are awesome!!!! This store was well in order and had so much things to choose from! I had only a short time before I had to leave so I did not look around as I'd like. However, excellent customer service for friendliness, courteousness, and a sprinkle of joy from all employees were present during my time there. When I say things were in order, unlike other thrift store, people at Savers seem to be more considerate or their employees are just really quick at keeping merchandise off the floor. I did find some writing stationary which saved me a trip from Walmart since that was the reason for my visit to the mall. I also found what I find to be the most beautiful watch to my eyes. It fits like a bracelet and I care not that it needs new batteries for its beauty excites me everyday and the time doesn't matter. I have not worn any other since the day I got it. There were plenty of other jewelery I would have loved to pick up at Saver's as well but between budgeting and not truly needing it, I passed them by and left them for others and/or a future trip.☺💎💍💕💗

Always a great variety, with new items being constantly added. Always clean and well organized, & every time you bring in a donation, you are given a 20% discount coupon, which is good for three months. I donate all the time, & give my kids some of the coupons to use also. It works out great!

Love this store! They even have self checkout lines now. They have a long line for the cash/debit card self checkout spots but I noticed ppl are oblivious to the world around them and don’t see the other 6 credit/debit card self checkout machines, so they complain about a long line. The line is never long when I go because I go to the self checkouts by the door and I’m in and out. I can always find a great deal here!

I love the experience, but I really wish they hadn't gotten rid of changing rooms. Even if they had a communal one, maybe, just something to try on clothes, because I was trying on fancy dresses over pajama pants. It was quite comical, actually.

I go to this Savers often as it is just across the street from my house. I find all kinds of treasures here for cheap prices. The electronics section is small but sometimes yields a good find. I was looking for surround sound speakers today, but had no luck. I would rate the store higher if they carried clothes in my size. They don't have anything to fit me. This store is a good place to kill an hour just looking around.

I went to Savers to exchange a few pieces of clothing. Wow, lucky me! I went on a Monday only to find a line forming at the door. I asked if something special was going on and was told by a very kind lady in front of me that ALL TAGS were half off on Monday! Hooray! They were so clean and methodical. The associates were polite and super friendly. There was one gentleman who was noticeably the boss who seemed to be working harder at keeping the lines running smoothly. He ran the place like a well oiled machine. Just amazing to experience that kind of a work ethic these days. My utmost respect and appreciation to the man. Love shopping here. They sell everything imaginable for your Halloween costume needs of you want to create a one of a kind unique costume that won’t be like anyone else is wearing on Halloween. I frequently shop second hand because you never know you will find and the prices can’t be beat. I always look forward to my next shopping extravaganza at Savers. I was sad to see they have closed some of their stores over the years as I find better finds here than I do at Goodwill.

Very friendly staff, clean store. I was only looking for a wallet and/or purse today and they have a lot, but not necessarily new or what I wanted. Clean items. They do have quite a few very cute shoes. Name brand and very clean.

A lot of the items are very over priced. Found a wall decor with the price tag on it for what it would cost new and the store had it priced for $3 more than that being used. Also items bought at Dollar Tree were priced at $5. Careful when Buying electronics bought a DVD player that didn't work and was not allowed to exchange even though the lady at the register informed me I could which i made sure to clarify before purchasing. Employees there could be a lot more customer friendly. Not nice seem to be bothered if asked to do their job appears they are not happy with working there. The store on Bell and 35th Ave is much more pleasant extremely nice employees, better pricing, better merchandise selection, and way cleaner.

I've been into this store at least 10 times. I like the book and movie variety and quality. What I like most is the jewelry behind the counter. Yesterday evening I was standing at the counter over 15 minutes and the store was not very busy only one register was necessary. Employees passed me up to organize shopping carts even though I called out and waved to a worker. I shrugged it off like maybe she can't be in the area. Then a couple of a different race walks to the counter and instantly this other worker comes from the cashier line and looks next to me and artemis to assist them. I said excuse me I was here first. She glanced at me and continued to wait on the couple. The lady said umm she was here first. Instead of her assisting me she looked behind her as if she waiting on a imaginary person to show up. I wanted to see a watch she was standing in front of so I tell her I would like to see the watch. She says nothing and waits for the other worker to come relieve her for break or whatever. The worker is the same girl who looked me in the face like she didn't speak the language of english. I looked at her and said " what's the issue everything is fine in this store until a customer actually needs your service" I chose the watch and she needed my name to hold it for me so I said it will be for Chas with an s at the end she writes Jass. I have 20 years of customer service under my belt and will graduate with my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Management this year. I feel the poor customer service falls on the manager. I feel like the workers are discriminating based on my proud race of black. I will continue to shop at Savers although a weak person would never return. I spend at least $50-$100 each visit and have been in the store three times in one day. Someone needs to pay closer attention to people lingering around the jewelry section so they are assisted without going through the store to hunt down people. Also, if you approach a counter with multiple people have the courtesy to ask who was here first an go from there. Do not pick who you think might spend money, or who is older or younger or disabled. Just help everyone as if you were dealing with whoever you find special in your life. I've grown up a lot thanks to motherhood. The old me would have made this situation turn physical with someone on the way to the ER and I would of been headed to jail. I will do my best to avoid both of these little girls unless She is rude again by acting like Stevie Wonder when it's time to assist me. Then I'll ask for her manager and hope she gets a warning.

I loved my experience in this store the all the employees where really helpful, and the cashier informed us about a saving program,where you sign up with your email and phone number and certain days of the week you get and extra 20 percent off! Sunday morning i broke the craft to our coffee pot. I called Savers to see if they had any craft pots for coffee makers or coffee makers the girl that answered was very nice and helpful. After being on hold for a few another gal came on the line just to let me know that they didnt forget about me and that the other girl was finishing up with a customer and she was going right then to check for me. A few mins later a gal came on the line and told me they had both, i said yay you guys are awesome she didnt seem as nice as the first 2 gals i spoke with, but i didnt let that get to me and we went and bought a whole coffee pot for $8 and the store looked very clean and organized. We will be going back.

It is head and head with good will and many prefer Savers.I like good will.Each has their favorites for various reasons. Each has strong points and others strong points as well.I personally find them very equal. Both similar good for competition and veriety both make a good. Point to make the case as being better.you go decide and make up your own mind.its a close race to the end..I am undecided but like both.enjoy your experience shopping and compare carefully.i like to compare shop cause it's all good.have fun.

Never been here, can only compare it to Goodwill. Tons of stock, they have a bunch of stuff in XXL & XXXL, housewares, and so many baby clothes. Also everything was 50% off, can't beat that.

Its probably not fair to give 3 stars. The staff is courteous and there selection is huge with nothing over a couple bucks. Although, its in the ghetto. If your cool shopping with dirty bums then there's a lot to shop.

Overall, the retail is nice and clean. However, the dishes, kitchenware, novelty, wall decor and miscellaneous items need to be organized and more presentable. Items are ridonkulessly over priced...for free and donated items... even with the discounts. Normally, you would think, Bibles would be free for the taking as in other thirft stores I've been in but no chance here... especially for..."The SALVATION ARMY".

There are many great thrift stores in AZ but Savers always has the best selection! I can always find such good blouses, sweaters, jackets and even shoes! The home products are good too. Not in the best location but I highly recommend savers if you love thrifting.

It's clean and a pleasant & curtious staff with racks of clothing items from fun in the sun to business casual or something a little hippy or sassy to more sophisticated n classy and all reasonably priced compared to other well known chain thrift stores where I've noticed an increasing rise in the prices of the their items.
