This is a large Goodwill with great selection in all areas. The furniture area is always stocked, the women's children's and mens clothes racks are full of good items and I can almost always find things on discount. Things are priced fairly. If there is a flaw in the item staff is good about double checking you still want it at the register. My only issue here is that it is almost always busy and they could use more cashiers. They do their best though and the staff works hard to get everyone through the lines quickly.

Found what we needed but only 1 checker and 6 customers in line. There were 4 other employees standing up front talking so it was a wait to get checked out. Halloween stuff was out already. End of July. That was a great surprise.

Probably one of the "higher priced " goodwill, but always a fairly large selection of stuff. This location always seems to gave a good amount of art, furniture and shoes. Take note if your prices however...other goodwills in the east valley have more competitive pricing

What a nice goodwill! They’re men’s section was kind of disorganized but whatever because it’s a thrift store and not Nordstrom’s. But seriously this is a nice location with friendly staff. Considering that it’s filled with second hand items, it’s surprisingly clean and decently organized overall. I found some great kids books. The pricing is a bit odd considering I found an author signed copy of a popular teen fiction novel for the same price as a torn baby sitters club. But overall it is a great value and an awesome cause to support.

It's a pretty good sized store. With that being said, you can find a little bit of everything. They've got a great selection of items throughout. This particular store has a good selection of electronics (just make sure it works before you buy).

I can't believe the prices here, they have gone up so much. A Child's shirt for $3.99?? I can get new shirts at Wal-Mart for this price. What happened to $0.50 a shirt? Unbelievable!

We were forced to move this week very suddenly. We had to donate a large majority of our furniture. EVERY time we came to drop off donations, TODD came out with a great attitude and helped us unload. While at the same time ALL the kids ran inside. One guy even said "F" that when we asked him to help. Give Todd a raise! Take it from what you pay the lazy kids!

What a pleasant Goodwill! The store is wonderfully clean and surprisingly well organized, considering the somewhat random array of items that tend to pass through thrift stores. The aisles can be a little tight for anyone with a mobility device or service dog, but that aside the store is pretty easy to navigate. Parking is decent- the lot is pretty large, but given that it’s shared with several other businesses in the shopping center, I can imagine it would quickly fill up on a busy day. Of course there’s the usual somewhat charmingly random variety of odd things, funny knickknacks, and every kind of clothing imaginable to be found, with an emphasis on the large amount of clothing offered at this location. But the real thing that’s stood out was how pleasant the employees were! I wish I had managed to get the name of the woman who checked us out (an older woman, about 50 or so?), because she was such a friendly and helpful person, and certainly deserves the praise, especially given that she was doing such a fantastic job of holding down the fort running register, tidying up the front of the store, and managing the changing rooms, especially given that there were very few employees around.

One of my favorite locations. Love the variety of stores in the shopping center too. If you don't find what you're looking for at goodwill, check out savers.. And then, if you're not all shopped out, hit the 99c Only Store.. finish it all off with some Starbucks and youve had yourself an awesome day! Love love love it.

I loved my first experience here. I was seated right away, chips and salsa were brought to my table and my waiter wasn't long behind. My food tasted amazing and my waiter was attentive. I'm sure I'll frequent here often.

Great place to second hand shop normally a great place to atleast look around but no effort is put into keeping things organized or parts of stereo systems kept together or are sold separately and some furniture items are sold in separate pieces

I was able to find name brand cute jeans even after a half off Saturday sale. After using the 20% coupon on their app i was able to get a shirt 50 cents thanks to Cameron. The Very nice helpful young man at the register.

Goodwill always has a certain funky smell to it and I always feel dirty and the need to wash my hands when I leave. But sometimes you can find great buys! I got a purse for $4, a filing cabinet for $5, a NICE red velvet accent chair for $19 - just to name a few. As always it’s hit or miss but the gamble is part of the fun right? The employees are typically nice. The clothes are WAY overpriced, pretty sure you can get nicer (and brand new) clothes at Q (in the mall) for cheaper. And sometimes the shoes are way too expensive as well. Hopefully the overall prices of goodwill will stop going up so much!

Typically this Goodwill rocks as I never seem to have enough time to look through the entire store...from furniture to purses to books, clothes, jewelry, randomness of household items, decor, and much much more....but tonight I felt as though this store was less than subpar. The quality of product sucked...either way wway way outdated, broken beyond use, or dingy and torn up. The items I did have interest in buying were hard to access, i.e. had to dig thru random boxes just left out on the floor as if some employee decided to bring out the product to the floor but once opened, the sheer quantity of individually package product seemed too daunting to sort, organize and display properly so they just dropped 8 boxes on the sales floor for a free for all in the back electronics area which in turn created a huge mess from people throwing things on the floor if it was of no use to them. The electronics very rarely have the complete power source materials needed to power up the product. Lastly, the things i really wanted never had any sort of price tag...when i went to checkout i obviously wanted these so o pointed out the no tag and told the cashier i expected to pay what it's worth at goodwill pricing but i was appalled at the way the female cashier called up a male coworker asking to price my item and in overhearing their convo he bet her he could price up the product more than it worth because he knew i actually needed it more than wanted it. I paid 9.99 for something i should have paid something in the 3 or 4 dollar range. When i said k to the outrageous price the two employees high fived one another. I was irritated but had to go pick up my daughter so I just left. Normally this isnt how my experience is at this location but tonight was definitely an off night...all other times great experiences here tho.

They do good job and the store is always has something interesting. The most note worth thing is how careful most of the donation attendants seem to be at making sure things are done right on the receipt, one of them named Brett had plenty already ready for quite a few people in line.

It has great value use the color of the day or there dollar day tags or every other Saturday is half off. The staff for the most part is very helpful. Most of the tome the store is very well kept up.

As Goodwills go, it's not my favorite, but it has its good things going for it. The furniture selection is usually smaller but of better quality than other locations I have visited in the area, on average. There are usually more books, especially hardcovers, but the book area is often the worst mess of any of the area locations so actually finding good stuff can be a challenge. Still, when is it not fun to browse a thrift store and see what kind of treasures it has this time?

So I was only buying a few things for my son and I paid and the machine had an issue and didn't print my receipt, I told the cashier Jan I was fine without a receipt, but she was pretty adamant to make sure I got my receipt that way if anything didn't fit I could return it and I appreciate when a worker looks out for a customer like that.

Sadly it seems like thrift stores are getting more and more overpriced these days. People used to be able to go there to get good deals. Now the items are marked up so high that one might as well go shop at Walmart or Target. I consider $8 for a pair of used pants to be too expensive. Specially when I can buy a new pair for $10 at Walmart. I hate to support big box stores but thrift stores really should charge less considering the massive amount of items that they get donated for free and the fact that they are supposed to help others

Basically the same as all the rest but I did notice that they feel some items are worth twice to three times as much as similar or exact items at others of same or better quality. We frequent goodwills in mesa n gilbert twice a month.

I'm one of those "snowbirds" that bring some $$$ in your winter months... I've shopped at few Goodwill's in my day, but I'll have to rate this one poorer than I'd like...visited a week before Christmas...purchased an item..min general this store is dirty!...LS ladies shirt sizes weren't designated...I had to look at all the takes before finding my size,..
