This store has a huge collection of all sorts of things, and seems to be popular! Not crowded, but you know people are coming for shopping! The prices are good, too! Honestly, a little bit cheaper than goodwill. I know goodwill is for charity, so paying a little bit more makes sense, though. Items on the shelves are gone and refilled very often, you may see the staff pushing carts full of newly coming items around the store.

My first time coming here and I got some beautiful jackets and dinnerware! My only concern was that if the price tag falls off the cashier is not allowed to sell you the item. The Price Tag manager is the only person to check the item and they are not there all the time! I can understand the reason behind it but we were from Bayonne and couldn’t come back the next day!

First of all, I would like to thank the Red White & Blue Thrift Store team for their sincere and determined work and being very kind. I would like to raise an issue as I believe local authorities can resolve this issue. In the book and CD section, two people (a woman and a man) are constantly waiting at the door. These are vendors like most incoming customers. They immediately take the new books, cds and toys that come after. I say it because I've witnessed it many times, they don't give it to anyone else and they look ready to fight. They're not kind about it either. When the books and CDs come out, I found that they couldn't stand others to buy them. Even though they knew I had a CD set I bought today, they took it from where I put it and put it on their cards. It's so disgusting. They can't stand someone else buying books and CDs. It is as if Red White & Blue Thrift Store, books and CD donations are accepted for these two people. First of all, I believe that the Red White & Blue Thrift Store managers will solve this problem and they will establish a system where everyone who comes there can access the material they want on equal terms. Thank you.

Parking isn't easy on busy days. It's always messy even tho most of the time there are at least 5 girls organizing constantly. Some of the prices are amazing and some are just ridiculous. My biggest complaint is kids run amok as their parents shop. It could be better but overall it's a decent thrift store. Expect it to be busy!

Best thrift store ever! Prices are generally terrific and it’s a huge store with a huge selection that makes it likely you’ll find what you’re looking for. There are no changing rooms and the aisles are narrow so it’s very hard to move around since it’s always busy. Occasionally hard to find parking.

WOW. This place is not to be missed. It's huge. But aside from that... the people! OMG the people in this store are not to be missed. Just walk around quietly and listen. Try not to laugh to hard and definitely don't get caught staring, but oh man. Such amazing people watching.

Not very organized, have way to much going on. Don't take cards, only cash, and then the line was all the way down the middle of the store so you can't get by anybody. However, lots of stuff especially childrens items. And a worker told me they do deals every day depending on the ticket color.

Cool finds but too crowded. Avoid going here on the weekends. It was an absolute zoo. Narrow aisles, no room to pass with a cart. So you need to leave it unattended at the end of an aisle, only for inconsiderate people to toss their unwanted things in there. Rude and loud clientele. They seriously need better ventilation in that place. If I can smell your kid’s dirty diaper, or what you had for lunch, that’s a serious problem esp in the wake of COVID. Long checkout lines. I would return but on a less crowded day for sure.

Red, white and blue are my favorite thrift shops. I always find goodies here. Sometimes the Merchandise is a little pricey for thrift, but if you're lucky its the right color for discounts of 50 to 75% off, you made a score. I love the thrill of the hunt for great merchandise at great prices. Check them out. Berlin is good location too. Happy hunting....

I like this store and have been coming for years however in the past few years prices have changed it from a thrift to a retail store. And now during covid there is very little social distancing and people not properly wearing masks and no enforcement. New management seems to cater to certain individuals pricing for them rather than everyone. Prices were going down in some cases but going back up for others. Still not sure who the manager is because the higher ups seem to hang out here now. Prices are too high for high end brands that are not authenticated, like an Hermes handbag for $1000, or Chanel clothing fakes priced as authentic. Tiffany jewelry unauthenticated as well as gold jewelry, some marked higher than retail. But if you know what you're looking for and can spend some time to look, this is still a good store just be careful not to pay as much or more than retail.

Hidden treasure. They have every day some color lables 75, 50, or 25% off. Though better things are not on sale. Prices are "hit or miss". A lot of things that you can't find /buy in our local "regular" stores. Remember, no fitting rooms but there is a public restroom.

Not a customer just a trucker picking up a load .. not easy to get in ... Have to pretty much pull in... Back up a bit swing hard to turn around and partially in the street and then back in their lot to drop trailer .. but at least traffic wasn't bad and had one of their guys spot for me as tight as things are you almost need one but those guys were nice enough

Before the coronavirus started the store used to have reasonable prices. I don't know what happened but they are starting to be outrageous. Play more things on sale that different color tags are half price but all they have is people pulling them off I mean employees so you can buy them. I'm not happy with this place anymore and I used to love it

Too crowded. Employees are nasty when you question them about items that aren't marked. So then why put it on sales rack? Disappointed but still shop there when it isn't so crowded. No personal space boundaries either.

If you want to help save the planet--at a discount!--buy used products. My family and I have saved thousands of dollars over the years. Red, White & Blue is a terrific thrift store. The staff are generally quite friendly and helpful. Only go when you are not in a rush. Two reasons: the lines can get long (for good reason) and it takes time to find treasure. Thrice have I walked out with one-of-a-kind gems.

Worth a visit if you're nearby. Good selection, mostly clothes, but many other items. Prices slightly high on some items, but overall pretty good. Cash. Busy store. Security keeps watch & circulates. Neighborhood okay. Easy, plentiful parking. May wait a few minutes to check out, but there are usually several cashiers working.

My favorite store in the world. Always an adventure, you could spend all day here and get some tremendous bargains. Best to go with a friend so as you go through the tons of merchandise sorted by color not size, you can find things for each other as well as yourself. Bustling with employees constantly putting stuff out, and the radio playing classic pop rock, I love the atmosphere. Everyone, customers, employees are nice, I have found.

I have been shopping here for years and have never had a bad experience. I don't have any interactions with the staff. I'm not there for that. I'm there to shop. I know if there is no tag on something to not even bother. The prices have went up in the past year of so, but still less than retail for my kids' clothes and shoes. I just was there Saturday and walked out with 2 garbage bags full of clothes and spent $84. At full retail, what I bought would have easily been close to $1K. update 2016: Things have really changed at this place. They change the ticket colors every day and the specials are on tickets that are not on the floor. Prices have also increased dramatically. I have shopped there since 2009. I will be finding a new spot.

There's lots of great finds here, most of the clothing items are brand new, and they have a great shoe collection. The staff is fine, they work diligently and keep to themselves, so they're not rude in any way. Prices are higher than you're typical goodwill but you're literally getting brand names with the tags on them so I don't know why people are complaining about that.

Great 2nd Hand store for nearly EVERYTHING. The selection changes hourly, as they are always putting new items out. TONS of dinnerware, glasses, mugs, flatware, CLOTHES, shoes, wooden shelves, bowls, frames, afghans, small furniture, bikes, small appliances, books, and so much for children. Prices are decent and they run daily specials on different color price tags.

I really like the items I find at this store--I frequently come across some really high-quality, valuable items that are excellent additions to my closet, or I'm able to re-sell to make a little extra $$$. The 3-star rating, though, is twofold: the store itself is nearly impossible to navigate with the way the staff stocks it. They are constantly in the aisles, stocking, which I understand is their job but it's super difficult to move around them when there is literally 2-3 employees in every aisle at any time, blocking the way in or out and moving things while you're looking at them. Additionally, they will frequently push or shove shoppers out of the way to do so. The second issue is that I'm totally convinced that on the days that they offer discounts for specific-colored tags (like, say, blue tags on Thursdays), they put away or hide the stock that is on sale. When red and blue tags are on sale, there is nothing on the floor but yellow and green tags. It's happened consistently enough and I've heard others mention it enough that it strikes me as a little shady and unfair, especially on Wednesdays when seniors shop for the seniors-only discounts that they cannot actually get, because staff is hiding the discounted stock. It's kind of a scam. Excellent items to be found here, but kind of shady way of running things and the staff is a little rude.

Red White & Blue Thrift is a real gem. As someone who lives on the West coast, one of the only reasons I make a trip to the East coast every year is for this store. The prices on nearly everything are beyond reasonable. Some items can be a bit pricier, but there is something for everyone there. The selection is wide and stylish, with rows upon rows of linens, men and women's clothing, books and picture frames, knick knacks, shoes, and even children's clothes. You can find just about anything you need there! The layout is nice and doesn't create much block - up in the aisles as well. There are different days with different discounts, so there's nearly always a sale, no matter what day you decide to visit. I come here to find an affordable stylish wardrobe that I feel good about wearing and buying. I have never had an issue with anyone in the store, the employees are friendly and efficient, and I have met so many wonderful people while shopping. I have nothing but positive feedback for this thrift shop, for sure the best one I have ever visited! As a note, there are no dressing rooms within the stoor, but there are a couple mirrors tucked in the back.

Be prepared for an exhausting, hot and crowded shopping experience. The employees should be commended for their patience and being so kind. I had no clue what I wanted yet I found awesome stuff. We were reminded every ten minutes for parents not to leave their children unattended and allowed to run around the store in both English and Spanish. This isn't Two Guys in the 70's when everyone did that😂. There's just no excuse for for that. It's not a place to bring your children especially at dinner time.

They have clothes for every age. I would say it like a "mall" meaning they have house appliances, kids toys, tables, couches, shoes for all ages and genders, etc. Like any thrift store get it when you see because you never know. A perk about this thrift store is they have discount based on the color of the tag. They have had 50% on tags! I like that the aisles are labeled. For example, women's long sleeves. The clothes are lined up by colors. I have been going here for years and have always enjoyed this thrift store. If you're lucky you may find an item that still has it's original tag. I gave this thrift store 4 stars because I think the high end name brand items are a little over priced for a thrift store..

It is a nice 2nd hand store at times. It's in my neighborhood so I go quite often. You can find specialty items at a fraction of the original price. More than once though I've inquired about items that won't have a price so they say that they can't sell it to you. Once I had an item I was really interested in so I returned a few hours later and suddenly it was sold, very shady.

The parking lot is pretty cramped. On a busy day it is pretty hard to manouver. The store itself is big but fairly disorganized and run down. There's no dedicated section to wait on line so the center of the store is a wall of people on line with others trying to pass through. As far as thrift stores go, its pretty expensive. The most expensive thrift store i've been to. For the cost i would expect it to be less dirty. Depending what you're looking for you can score some good deals. I wouldnt go out of my wah to stop there though. They seem to be busy and employ quite a few people. They just need to re-invest in their appearance.

I do have mixed emotions about this place but is worth 4 stars. #1 I Always find really nice stuff here seriously! The prices aren't too bad and each day there's different color ticket reduction. #2 The customers are all BEAST! BE PREPARED to get knocked down! Especially if its a saturday. I recommend going on any day but Saturday! There's kids everywhere!!!! Not sure if its a playground or store 🤔. (VERY ANNOYING) But if you can get past that than go for it . #3 staff are friendly. Most don't speak english but they are nice helpful and do a pretty good job cleaning and organizing the store. Most of the clothing is color coordinated to help find what u need. They sale everything from toys to furniture any really anything you need. Today I found these Brand New Gold Glitter Uggs for $40. These shoes where online for $215 . So thought that was a Fantastic find☺

Large collection of womens clothes . Average price 6 dollars each piece. Kids toys huge collection, baord games, guitars, keyboards and small furniture. The linens are in excellant condition. Scarves are fine, shoes are over priced but good condition, kitchenware is high quality , lot of variety and right price . Very neat store. Wednesday super crowded. Senior discount. Parking is easy. There is extra parking in front of stores on left of the store. Kids bikes are 7 dollars average, good condition. They take only CASH !!

Largest thrift store in the area. Generally busy, Wednesday is Senior Day and super busy. Plan on taking your time and pay attention, often great finds. Some new merch, mostly gently used. A bit if everything, home furnishings, clothing for the whole family, toys, electronics and jewelry. Friendly Staff, new merch daily. Don't try to change or adjust prices. They will not sell it and it willl not be available until the next day. Prices are a little high for some things in comparison to other thrift stores.

To start off. The money made here doesn't go to help anyone. Please look at updated information... For getting everything for free they sometimes have a hefty price, its almost like buying from the mall... You can often find hidden gems, priced rather well. But the lines are long and service is slow. So expect at a minimum 45 minute experience. No lunch break shopping here...

This place is okay, I go thrifting to collect old computer parts and restore them for my collection and they have a wide variety of computer parts but a majority of them are dirty and are missing parts (that should be expected) but a computer that may have a broken LCD may be priced at $35. All in all I have found some good parts to my collection from here, but they need to price electronics based on condition much differently if they want them to sell quicker.

Gigantic thrift store with an equally large staff. This place is packed all the time. Beware the staff is always busy restocking the shelves so get out of the way. Don't be surprised if they chastise you using the intercom it seems to happen regularly in multiple languages. Seriously stay out of the way of the restocking employees, they are not messing around.

I live in Souther Calif but have been to the Trenton store about three or four times a year for the last four years.. It may be my favorite thrift store in the world and I have gotten amazing deals here. However, I have noticed a dramatic difference this year. The prices are higher, there are fewer and fewer half price color tickets. It's disappointing and I've gotten less things but I do still hold dear some amazing bargains. The staff has been nice, too. I like both the RWB centrally located, but not the one that is closer to Newark airport.

I just left Red White and Blue Thrift Store is supposed to be senior day every Wednesday. I find that the prices or overly price you can go to a regular store and purchase these items and take them back if you need to these items are being donated so why are they so high it's ridiculous..

I just returned from the Waterbury, CT store. Selection is excellent but the prices are HIGH. Really, 10 bucks for used Old Navy shorts? Ten dollars for a used Hanes t-shirt? Crappy old shoes for 20.00? Frankly I am surprised that the store is as busy as it is. I can get brand new items for the same prices (if not cheaper) at a regular store.

The best thrift store ever. I never leave empty handed. It's a better than ones in much nicer neighborhoods, etc Princeton. I've purchased Tumi briefcases, Brooks Brothers suits, dozens of Charles Tyrwhit shirts, cashmere coats, Beats headphones, electronics, Bruno Magli shoes, bookcases, you name it, it's there. The folks who work at RWB are pretty rude (it may be more of a function that they can't understand you but still) but who cares, you are going to RWB to get deals, not make friends. Prices can be a tad expensive at time but where else can you find a pair of $300 Cole Haan shoes for $20 or a $700 Tumi leather brief case for $80? I just bought about 10 Brooks Brothers in perfect shape for the price of one new Brooks Brothers shirt. Run, don't walk, to RWB!
