Reviews of Goodwill Outlet Store
Great deal. Cheap stuff. But it is not organized at all. You have to dig and hunt out your sizes. Some stuff is broken because it was thrown into a big pile. But a $1.89 per pound or less depending on how many pounds you get.
If you appreciate and have a heart for second-hand clothes and stuff and don't mind digging then this is the place for you! It was my first time today and I loved it. Just wear a mask and gloves and you're ready to dig! Don't forget to bring a shopping bag or cart preferably with wheels unless it's fine for you to carry all your stuff around when it gets heavy.
I've been coming to Goodwill for over twenty years now and I think it's really shameful for a great company like itself to only be paying their people $11 an hour when you have companies like Amazon and Walmart closer to $20 an hour.
If you want good workers then you have to pay them good money.
And ever since I've started to come back I've noticed that the safety and security has definitely gotten better since they've gotten a professional gentleman to work the door . I woul I've noticed that he takes great pride in greeting everyone that comes in the store
Love it! We always find lots goodies and the price is nice and cheap !! Only thing I suggest is bring a wagon or or some type cart or big bags, they have very few carts .
Found some really cool items for not a lot of money. Wear gloves to dig in bins. There will be broken glass in some. Take a shopping cart or several bags. You'll be glad you did.
If you are looking to jump, jive, and wail your way to jaw-dropping bargains and one heck
of an interesting experience, this is the place for you.
It is, indeed, a journey—not recommended for the weak, the sensitive, or feeble— but if you’re ready to suit up and show up. You truly don’t know what you may find, from Lucchesr boots, to Prada heels, carthartt , Patagonia, and little vintage gems to boot!
This is definitely no boutique. But that’s part of the fun! If you’re hesitant, you have nothing to lose in getting out of that comfort zone and making your way to The Bins.
Spent almost a hour and a half and all my money, but had the best time finding all those treasures. Hubby had to drag me out.
What a treasure hunt! Loved the experience, very different atmosphere from the Goodwill Retail store, but if you spend some time and dig, you'll find some deals!
Extremely Wonderfully Stupendously Gloriously helpful associates. Fast friendly service clean store with well organized shelves!
Holy moly! This place was crazy! It's a whole bunch of people digging through piles and piles of everything on tables! This is like combat shopping! Everything was separated into piles, like clothes and shoes and blankets so that was nice but I couldn't find the match to the boots I wanted. there were only a few shopping carts. The people that work there were great and you pay by the pound which I thought was pretty cool. I'll probably go back the next time I'm feeling aggressive 😂😂
Girly pop I ain’t even lyin witchu I got some real nice shoes for the winter time and who wee mama were they nice. 10/10 baby, will come again, on my way!
Well it's fun if you like to get dirty and like kids screaming amd running unattended everywhere.
This place is a lot of fun because you get to go on a treasure hunt trying to find the next great deal!
I absolutely love going here but the people who make a living out of it take all the fun out of the digging. They stack their carts on the end of the isles and if you even bump into them they will yell at you. I have heard the employees tell them over and over to move their stuff but they dont. Last time i was there i watched a lady chase the now ben down and start pulling things out of it. You really get to see people for their true selfs in here from just down right ripping thing away from others to taken it from their carts. If you can stand these things then you can truly find some good bargains.
It's messy and dirty, BUT, wear gloves and a mask. You can find so many treasures. We've gone about 6 times and always come back with something. We've found from toasters to sheet metal backsplashes for the kitchen. You can also find kitchen items for less than $1!! Everything is weighed by the pound so you get a lot more for your money. If you have patience and like to look around this is the place for you!
Always fun. You never know what you will find. Fun shopping and even better people watching. I love comimg here after work.
For what it is — 5stars! Why? Because it’s the thrill of the hunt, even beyond the traditional Goodwill experience! Don’t expect racks of dresses — you gotta dig for the gold. Some diggers get excited and toss things about, breaking and damaging otherwise good items — the staff don’t put trash in the bins. It’s a little dusty and I’ll probably wear gloves next time, but it’s the nature of what the store is — semis brining bins of goodies to the dock door — all the overstock / beyond season (the retail stores keep getting donations and cycle through) and we get the even greater savings opportunity and a good hunt. Just like hunting, you may bag something, you may not. It’s an adventure, just be open to a different experience!
"Bin" to about 50 of these bins. Passing through. Some bins were changed with more product. Ranks Probably in the lower half. Might not be a fair assessment since thrift store offerings are in deep decline EVERYWHERE. Didn't get anything, but I would try this location again.
Absolutely chaotic at first but not so bad once you figure out how it works.
Ok if this if your first time going please read this. This is not a normal goodwill its a super-sized one that gets whatever is not sold. This is why they sell name brand stuff in bulk. BRING GLOVES, A CART/BAG, AND EXPECT SOME DAMAGED CLOTHES, and be willing to spend hours. Yes they have carts but some people hog them so don't expect to have any. Yes people are a little aggressive when it comes to new bins. Yes it gets somewhat dirty and you must watch out for broken glass. But all and all it is a very good for finding amazing deals such as never worn brand name clothing. My only complaint is they do not really have any rules. I noticed they let people up front literally camp out where the baskets are suppose to be and leave there kids. Also watch your bags if you set them down because people will take your clothes from them. Other then that very good deals and not too bad.
They throw everything together in one bin so it's a little difficult but they charge by the pound or something like that so the price is a huge difference.
It's kind of dirty bring gloves and or sanitizer but the deals cannot be beat
Have shopped here more times than I can count and always left with way more than I planned on getting.. Great selections and great deals! I literally furnished 2 entire houses from this store including all the appliances for one of them. It can be a little chaotic at times though, so if your looking for a relaxing shopping experience or to be in and out quickly I would go somewhere else, however, if you’re ready to really find some great deals; this is the place!!
As hectic as always, super bargains and the girl that checked me out, was cheerful and fast.
Love this crazy place lots of hectic most times crowed
I will drive 2 hours from my town just to dig through the bins. I always find treasure among the piles of junk! You never know what you will find! I talked my husband into coming with me, now he's hooked!
I love this place it's a blast, until they allow people to race to the bins then load up tubs ,Then they leave them anywhere they want ,the dish's and glass ware gets shattered ,chipped And can cut the fire out of you .They could make it orderly or tell them to leave the store .By the time us old folks get to the shoes They aren't even paired up ,Then ya have to dig for them To hard for us old follk But it's a blast .after all the people being rude Go elsewhere
This place is absolutely a mad house it's like Black Friday. Be careful you should wear leather gloves and atleast a p95 respirator. It's a stressful experience but you can find some treasure while avoiding elbows.
It's an outlet store so it's not like a regular goodwill. Everything is in bins and you dig for treasure. This is not the greatest of outlet stores, been to better ones but it's decent.
Lots of people always shopping, and lots of the shoppers are resellers so be careful lol
It's a great place to find books. Just wish they did the good stuff in regular bins instead of their weird small bins on the turnstile thing in the back.
The staff here are really nice. The number of shoppers is currently limited due to COVID-19, which I think is good. Lack of carts is a real problem. The bathrooms are very dirty, but I think it's also because the staff are extremely busy as there is always new stuff being shuffled out to replace the stuff no one is buying. You can't beat the prices.
For the adventurous budget shopper, THIS IS THE PLACE. You have to go in with the right attitude, you're gonna be digging and if a new row of goods "goes live" during your trip, you will be elbowing folks out to get the your hands on the best-stuff first. And the workers are working hard to keep things constantly moving, so if you're there for about longer than a half hour, you'll experience this.
I personally think the best approach is to grab a buddy, bring some sort of bin of your own (shopping carts EXTREMELY LIMITED), and team up to pick through a bin at a time as a pair. If you're willing to endure the hunt, you'll come out with at least a couple treasures. I've gotten a basically-untouched Calvin Klein coat there, I've seen several pairs of good sturdy Levi's jeans, and two of my favorite sweaters came from here. You have to give it a chance, you never know what you'll find. Unlike other Goodwill Outlets, the electric goods here are still in the priced-by-the-pound bins, so you may escape with a heck of a deal on something like a vacuum cleaner, DVD player...I got a paint sprayer once for around $4.
Furniture is also available, typically priced well under $10 for even larger items like a couch. From my experience, inventory turns over on that stuff about once a week.
Ignore anyone saying this is the stuff that couldn't sell and is just narrowly avoiding the landfill. Lots of folks living downtown come to donate directly to here, and it receives items when other stores are too full of inventory to process new donations. You absolutely never know exactly what you're going to find, but I encourage you to give it a shot.
Lot's of stuff. An odd experience for me as a first timer.
1st these comments are cracking me up. Expecting 5 star service from literally an outlet of a thrift. That being said, I love the place and don't mind putting in the work to get .99 a pound for clothes. Like most places, come early and bring a bag to carry your treasures
You will have to dig in the tables for things. These are from the stores and things donation centers think won't sell. You need gloves and I would suggest cloth because you will probably break other ones. David is great as his job and knows whats going on all the time. The regulars are great for the most part if your friendly. If you give people space you'll be fine. The shoes are hard to get so you need some practice but I got a pair of great shoes after awhile. Don't bring your kids because they just get in the way. If you do keep them with you at all times and don't let them drag stuff out. This is pay by the pound so read the sign on the wall for pricing. If you have a question ask but look for a manager or a cashier because the other employees are working to get items out. If you get yelled at its either that they tried to get your attention a few times or your not paying attention to your surroundings. Stop bringing your kids!!!!!!!
I really enjoy going there but I agree with other viewers. I really hate the behavior of majority shoppers, how they don't care about the items condition so the next person can see them, unbroken, tangled up and or scattered all over the place. It should be like other stores, they brake it, they buy it, maybe then the rest of us can view items still in good shape without worrying if we r gonna get cut on something, or put our hands into a tub/table or whatever without something getting on us that isn't wanted/safe or whatever. They don't care about anyone but themselves, most shoppers, very rude, do not care about Covid Protection, or they do not understand 6' away from next person.
Pure excitement because you will never predict what you will find. Always finding something old and very new! Items get rotated often enough!
Someone wrote nice organized shelves has never been to this goodwill store no shelves at all good deals cashier very helpful just some advice don't be shy shopping here or you will never get you want. Good deals prices are very cheap if you can get everything you need .
I like this place a lot! However I hope they get more security as there are men who intimidate women from going after items by imposing themselves very close. They also will push you to get to the items they want. It’s also a place illegal immigrants go to get stuff for resale and all help eachother in holding spots and imposing themselves very close to get you to back off a whole bin. The pushing when bins open is also dangerous with kids and women around. By men running with no regard to what’s around them they’ll pick up item and slam it down breaking it I don’t know why you’d act like that. It’s a bad habit to set in motion others start acting like the few who are seriously aggressive
My mother called me very upset and told me that her and my older special needs brother were just in there, and one of the employees discriminated and treated my brother awful. All he was doing was standing at the door with the shopping cart that my mom had already paid for her items, and an employee walked up to my brother pushing him and disrespecting him. Being a store that helps people with disabilities they need to really check who they hire or do better with costumer service training.
We are so disappointed!!
I liked it found a lot of goodies only thing I didn’t like was people being greedy like it’s not that serious.
It's dirty. It's allot of work. But if you like it you like it. You can find treasures and allot of trash. Super cheap and will keep you busy for a while.
I love this type of store. You never know what you will find. It's worth the time.
Staff is nice. The goods they put out is not bad, you can sometimes find a real steal. Just don't like that people go through the boxes breaking glass, one day someone is going to get cut and sue
Good place to get blankets cheap... they rotate bins every few hours so there is something different to find that may suit what your looking for. It's a weekly visit for me and my honey
If your looking for something specific forget it. But if your looking for something general like "kid's clothes" it can be great. I like to take my son here and tell him he can get any toys or crafts he wants. He always finds something to make him happy for a cheap thrill.
First Timer! Fun place! Clothes by the pound. I read reviews before I took family. Hang on to your kids. They rotate bins and that is exciting to watch. Now I'm waiting for family eating my bologna sandwich in the truck.
It is a good place for bargains, but some of the employees make it a not so pleasant shopping experience. Also it would be better if the other shoppers would control their children. Allowing children to climb ( and husband's to sleep ) on furniture that others have purchased is not nice.
Good selection, friendly staff.
You have to look through a whole lot of stuff to find something, but you will buy more then you thought you would
Lots of great bargains. But nothing is sorted or hung so you have to sort through all the bins to find things. I would suggest wearing gloves because the bins can be slightly dirty (imagine clearing out your Grandma's Attic). I did manage to score a really nice cherry wood queen size headboard and footboard that only needs touch up work on scratches for $20
I loved this place. Got lots of named brand clothing some with tags on em still for cheap. Buying clothes by the pound cant go wrong. Recommend!
LOVE THIS PLACE! They have the Best Price in Town On anything you could possibly want or need! They also have AWESOME EMPLOYEES that are there to help & personable. ALTHOUGH, You'll definately work for all your bargings since everything is mixed together in BIG ROWS of BINS. So plan on spending the day there! ITS WORTH IT!
Best goodwill ever. Bring your gloves and don't be timid. There are no lines, just hold your breath and jump in. No wrong roads only new adventures.
We are fortunate to have such great Good Wills around. Workers and customers alike are friendly and helpful.
This place is really good if you have a longer time to look and you don’t mind looking pretty hard. Other than than last time I went I found a Hard Rock Cafe jacket, a Nike shirt, and a Vera Bradley wallet and they price by the pound so all of that was only like 5$. It’s not very clean but has a lot of treasures!
I walked in and walked back out. Not my type of bargain shopping. Literally just an open space with bins to sort through? Felt so ghetto I walked out. I love the goodwill store in Midwest City!
I was in town from Lawton and I am a teacher that knows her way around a thrift store. It has the best prices then any thrift store I have every been too and I have been to a lot. People are just digging in those bins and everyone was respecting each other space. I don't know how it works on a weekend though lol. I got some nice stuff for me the kids, classroom and colleagues.😎
I ❤️️ (LOVE) this place! You never know what you might find. I shop here every time I visit OKC. I admit it might not be everyone's cup of tea but it's mine. I suggest for the first time shopping here to bring gloves and hand sanitizer, they usually have them readily available at the checkout counter but just in case they don't. Items are sold by the pound. Be ready to dig through bins of stuff and possibly find "Treasure"!!
It was great experience got alotta clothes for cheap!!! Everyone was wearing masks, i sprayed everything down before taking stuff in the house and washed all the clothing.
1st time there and I found some awesome clothes under armor hoodie, the nightmare before Christmas Jack Skelton sweater, gray converse shoes, jewelry, Steven King book and more!! Will definitely be going back
Buy bulk clothes by weight, and sometimes find excellent deals on used furniture. But be prepared to have to spend quite a bit of time doing so. This is the pre-order distribution center, so there are large bins of unsorted clothes you must sift through. It's also very loud in there due to the accoustics.
Be ready to dig. Wear gloves & a mask. Labor intensive treasure hunt.
We call this location "crazy Goodwill". It has an awesome amount of merchandise, in tubs or on tables. It's a treasure hunt. And the prices are great.
Where all that doesn't sell goes before it's wholesaled or trashed. Bring gloves and be ready to dig. Old washers / dryers / furniture and miscellaneous large items are usually $2.99. Everything else is $1.49 per pound of its weight.
It might be a little weird going here at first but if you can get passed that.. its totally amazing to find cheap stuff! And some expensive hidden treasures. One time I got a new sound freak bluetooth speaker for only 1.00 and its worth $100.00!
Goodwill outlet is a wonderful place to shop and save. Has Great customer service and respectful staff. You will find a lot of things as long as you're ready
Good deals on random things
Always good stuff found.
Happy shopping. Visit David Rahmanta's YouTube channel
It is about dangerous to go there some people are really rough there when they're looking. Otherwise I love the place.
I Love that place I found some good stuff for my house and very cheap save me a lots of money.
Great finds, designer brands. Very dirty. Wear your masks and gloves get ready to dig.
Had a great time shopping for our lunch date
Crazy busy in there and a million things to look at
My favorite place ever to shop! Great prices lots of various things to pillf through to find lost treasures and great stuff for all my repurpose projects! 5 stars
Price by pounds, not organized items, most shoes, clothes etc, piled, you pick the items for scale.
As an eBay seller I am constantly finding great things to buy there. It takes a lot of time and patience and it gets hot in there so wear cool clothing.
I love this place you can get just about anything there
Great prices. Everything [mostly] is binned and sold by the pound so plan to spend awhile digging for buried treasure!!
It's 50/50 that you will find something useful. But you never know, just have an open mind and patience.
Fun goodwill. Bins full of stuff unsorted 1.49 a lb. They have security and for a reason. They roll new bins out and everyone goes crazy.
There alot of stuff. It was hot in the building.
That's my favorite place to shop for all kinds of things quality merchandise and friendly people to serve you.
It's a really fun place to find cheap stuff but I would definitely bring gloves next time.
Didn't want to rate it because I wanted to keep all the good deals to myself!
great second hand store buy by bulk spent 30 bucks and gotta many many Jean's and other clothing. will return
Great place. The store is big. And I was able to finish my resume and apply for jobs.
We enjoy this thrift store but it is very hard to find things and you must be careful there is lots of sharp objects and broken glass as you dig.
If you like to dig, then this place is for you! I didn't find anything worth having. I'm sure someone will tho.
It the best place for deals it's the only one I know of that sells by the pound
A never ending river of random stuff. Lately it's been a little too crowded.
Fun, nicer than I expected. Wear some latex gloves and you can find some deals
Be in the mood for done serious digging and pilfering and also to get lost for hours! Lots of cool stuff!!
Great place if you want to dig...only suggestion..more shopping carts
Love love love this store! You just can't be $1.59/pound on clothing and $0.49 a pound on household items!
It is what it is.
This is not your typical goodwill
This is a place to dig
I recommend gloves and allergy meds
The staff is kind
The people shopping can be aggressive when new stuff come out
It's a amazing place the price was little high
Fun but dirty found good stuff just bring gloves.
They have some really great stuff...you just have to dig for it.
Not really my cup of tea. It is what it is. Not organized... I just dont like to dig for things...
Great place to get deals
This place is a little sketchy but you can't beat the deals
Very busy
Lot's of of thing's to find
My wife's favorite place. Smh.
Amazing prices and you will never know what you will find!
Depending on the type of person you are this place is either heaven or hell on earth.
The bin store is so addictive lol
Best place to be on a budget!!! Good things!! Very cheap!!!❤️❤️
The people that work hete are so nice i love going here
Spent over 2 1/2 hours there very quickly
Where dreams come true.
Love the adventure. Never know what you will find.
Decent place. I have no complaints.
They have a lot of different items that they rotate regularly.
Love a bargain, takes a while to find it but it's there!
huh idk its alot different than other stores
Lots of stuff to look through and most stuff is by the pound so it's real cheap
This is the warehouse, but I went to the store. Its great for bargains
I routinely buy full wardrobes at this Goodwill, and today I got an antigravity chair for a steal!
All I know is I love shopping there come see us at the Goodwill see you there
Absolutely loved it!
Interesting. Stuff in bins and you pay by weight.
Always a good find to be had here.
What a place! Almost like a community "dumpster dive" haha!
Love the deals, but not the staff
Always a lot of fun
Amazing experience
Love to treasure hunt!!

Nice store
Smells bad
Its cheap..

I love Goodwill!
I like this place soon much. I recommend always.
Excellent, it's very entertaining since you never know what you might find. The problem is that people get a little aggressive in a certain way.
We always find more than we like
I come from Chihuahua to buy clothes to sell in Mexico by pallets, they will not sell namas.
At $1.59 per pound, it's a bargain if you can find something light and worth it, but poor resellers mess it up with their dirty hands, and long checkout lines waste your time.
Very good
It is a good place to find good things, having patience of course,
The best place to find clothes and accessories for anything you need
The place is fine
There are new things and at a very cheap price
very good everything
Few things
