I decided to try and sell some items to this store. I had 2 pair of heels and 1 pair of boots, all brand new and never worn in the original box. The associated declined the heels because they were overloaded with heels, she said. She was interested in the boots but only offered me a couple dollars. Of course, I declined. She advised me that I would have better luck selling them online. I was disappointed because I would have taken the store credit option. But I did appreciate her honesty. The store was nice and organized and have unique clothes. I didn't find anything that day, but I'll try back.

This has been my favorite place to shop for a while now. There is no need to go anywhere else! They are always friendly, helpful and pay attention to what you may be looking for. Even during busy time, they make sure to help you!! It never fails me and I always find things I "need" lol. Would recommend to anyone who wants name brands without name brand cost!!

If you need to clean out your closet to make room for more clothes, this is the place to bring your items. Really nice girl upfront and they took a lot more of my clothes than plato’s closet did. If you’re looking to sell clothes, come here. edit: they have gotten a little pickier about clothes, but you can’t really get mad at the people working because it’s not really in their control. honestly if you wanna sell gently used clothes and actually get some money back, start selling on depop.

I used to go here so much in the past. I came back to my home state and had to pop in. The prices are still pretty fair, but quality is hit or miss. My 4 star reason is the store used to be solely buying and selling clothes..so you had an amazing variety of single items, no duplicates in the store. Now, they've bought in bulk some boutique items and nothing really eye catching at that...it sort of takes the allure away.

been going here since i moved here a few years back. love the store, prices, and owners. so when there's new faces i notice. one girl in particular has actually stood out to me, megan. she is the kindest gal!! she gave me an excellent offer on the clothes i brought in and her tone was nothing short of amazing customer service! even though i could not see her smile she was very adorable and i look forward to seeing her anytime i enter the store.

Absolutely LOVE shopping here! The owner is super sweet and the selection here is one of the best I’ve seen for second hand clothing and the prices are very fair. Who needs the mall,after shopping at this place!? Great cloths, well organized. 5-19-18 I know staff have off days, so I won't shopping here, however, it did cost the store a sale yesterday. I love this store, however the staff doesn't seem to have it together: yesterday I spent about an hour selecting jewelry, and a 2 dresses. The items I was most excited about was the beautiful ear rings that I found, and they were so CHEAP 😍, I asked one of the sales reps to set aside the jewelry, as I continued to shop, and try on several items. One thing that was very annoying is, when you are trying on items, the sales staff don't remember who they place in rooms, so they knock constantly- which is a bit nerve racking. They should have something to have on each door- a " Color system "or cute tag or something. It would just be better customer experience. When I was finished, I went to the register, and the staff, could not find my ear rings. 😭😭😭 I was super sad. And because I was, just did not feel like buying anything. I wasn't angry, because accidents happen, I guess. But my desire to purchase was gone. So, anyway, perhaps a better holding system needs to happen as well?

Pleasantly surprised! I'd say it's better than platos closet. Love the layout and love the selection. Pretty decent prices on most things and although there were a lot of people in the store they had enough ladies checking out so there wasn't a long wait at all. I definitely plan to go back.

Great prices! Customer service by one employee was amazing! The others not so much. Make sure you use the bathroom before you go because they apparently have no restrooms or only for employees ( no signage)??? While standing in line they didn't ask the others for ID when using card, but when we got up there they asked! Hmmmm. I'm guessing with the AMAZING prices and lack of customer service is the only reason you still have business.

I go to Daisy all the time and I love it! The clothes, shoes, and accessories I buy there are always in good shape and absolute one of a kind pieces. I could spend all day in there! More than enough options in the large/extra large size which is hard to find cute discount clothing in that size range. Prices didn't fluctuate too much between $4.50 and $8.50 for tops and dresses. Can't wait to come back from Kansas to visit again!

Pros: Great prices, decor, quality, selection, music. Always find something I like for myself or as a gift. Cons: Employees demeanour + attitudes come off snobby and rude. No interaction except at checkout/selling/fitting. It's like they never smile and a smile is the best accessory! Being a clothing store, they should wear these. I believe the owner would benefit from retraining personally and for employees on what guest services and leading by example. When a company does well it should show in the interaction with guests because it goes without saying, the guests are the reason this business has stayed open and paying it forward is whats right. It makes the whole experience better. When I see top local small businesses in magazines and the OK NEWS its easy to understand why Daisy isn't one of those BUT I'm sure that would change if a huge step back were taken and the employees and owners reevaluated this aspect. The puzzle would be more complete.

So the three star review is because I get fantastic shoes at a great price BUT the last time I was there the manager accused me of attempting to shoplift because of how much I was about to buy and made a scene in front of everyone. She was unreasonable and by the time I left I was in tears. It was the most humiliating and infuriating retail experience I have ever had. Not to mention the return they give for selling anything is offensive, but that could be because I am judged the moment I walk in since I'm not a spray tan, Abercrombie reject.

To be completely honest I googled the reviews to see if they paid good for your used clothes & the reviews were really bad about the workers being rude & snotty. So I was really scared going there today! I do admit the prices are REALLY good. I got some really cute shorts for $6.50 <3 & they workers weren't rude to me in any way. I wanted to try some things on though & had to get help myself. The girls do talk a lot behind the counter but they were glad to help me if I asked. :)

I have been sleeping on Daisy Exchange! I remember it being a bunch of preppy clothes back in the day, but I found so much stuff I wanted at this location I had to put on the brakes! The best consignment clothing store in the metro, hands down. In this day and age where the goodwills are raising their prices and the stores are dropping them to compete, Daisy Exchange still provides the best selection and best value for your money. DO NOT SHOP AT DAISY EXCHANGE IN MOORE!! I had the most absolutely humiliating experience in there tonight!! Very unprofessional and UNACCEPTABLE!!! ! The rude employee refused to sell me a pair of pants because the price tag had been tampered with (I understood after inspecting under a microscope, sorta) but then she walked over and went through my 15 "no" items...In front of the whole store, who were ALL standing there, paying because they were closing, then said it was "Her Job" to do that?? I understand she may feel Loss Prevention is part of her job description but MORALS and ETHICS should be included as well!!! I have NEVER been treated/accused like that - IT WAS HORRIBLE! I WILL MAKE SURE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANOTHER WOMAN!! Unbelievable!!!
