Today was a quick visit due to me just passing by on the way home.The store looks 100% better from when I last visited. What needs to be corrected is the closing procedures.I don't think it is wise to turn off the lights 10 minutes before closing with a line of customers 10 deep. Please revisit your closing procedures.

I really love this place. The availability of good products ebbs and flows with donations, but overall, I’ve found so many beautiful, quality pieces and clothing and shoes for such low prices. I have multiple silk shirts and lots of fun vintage clothes from this place. Highly recommend!

Big store with a lot of great merchandise! One of the Best locations I've ever visited & I've been to many locations in several states. The customer service has been excellent every time I've visited this location. They had exactly what I needed for work and everything was a good price. Two of my five items were half off! There is a very nice furniture dept. also. I saw a few things I like so I will be back soon!

Wish they could figure out a quicker way to check out. Always a line 20 people deep and often longer. People literally sitting on your furniture like a hangout; waiting for their party to check out. If your lucky; more excitement when someone chooses to brings the brady bunch of children. Has it not dawned on you that is pathetic way to run any business. I believe that leadership can do much better than this.

My favorite thrift store. Tons of clothes, well-organized. Lots of furniture and high quality knick knacks displayed nicely. This is the place to find treasures you never knew you needed. The stock turns over regularly, so there's always fresh merchandise to browse. I can spend hours in here.

Best Thrift Store in New Orleans!! Prices can be a little high, sometimes. It happened to me... I went and showed a flaw in the vest I wanted. They changed the price on the spot. They have a "Daily Color Tag Special". So, ANYTHING you find with that tag color, is 1/2 off! Best day to go is on Wednesdays... EVERYTHING is 1/2 off!!! I go basically, at least every other week, and I've never gotten bored!! Awesome selection of just about anything you need or want... most aren't even used, and others, still have unopened boxes!! It's truly the best in NOLA!!

The staff there need sensitivity training. There was a young man with autism in the store, and all he was doing was walking up and down and saying hi, we all smiled at him, but one of the staff, an older woman told him to be calm or they would put him out. Another staff member, a man laughed loudly at the kid. Wow. Appalling.

Ok selection of stuff, lots of furniture and usually stuff like stoves and refrigerators. Fairly clean, seems to usually be understaffed. Usually super packed. Prices are typical of salvation army.

This is a pretty good thrift store. But, make sure you have plenty of time. It gets very crowded and the line is long sometimes checking out may take up to an hour.
