Best thrift store in Nashville. Their prices are great. The store is always clean. Love their .99 cent colored tag deals on Sunday and Monday. .50 cent on Tuesday. All of the staff is very helpful.

Very nice store and staff. My only complaint is that for a Christian organization you make a thrift store seem like a boutique. Some of us have bills to pay and selling second hand shoes for $50 dollars is outrageous. All items are donated free of charge yet many of us can’t afford the items you sell at high prices. Sweaters and jeans are decent but some of your regular priced dresses same brand one will be marked to 20 while the same brand in another section will be 7.99. Please consider some of us come here because we cannot afford shopping in the regular stores. Thrift stores shouldn’t cost as much as department stores. This is kinda sad.

One of my favorite thrift store in the area. However when it comes to the bidding on items in the case. I don't agree with tge hours of bidding til the store close. Who wants to drive a back to the store right at closing for a bidding war? Makes no sense and it favors people that lives close to the store and workers that call their friends to bid at the last minute and I was told I cannot raise the bid by calling 5he store. They don't even answer the phone! Git outbidded t4 tines and someone just comes in at 7:59pm and bid one dollar over. Also I noticed a female worker that be observing the auction display looking at the bids on more than one occasion.

Great place to shop for books to jewelry. Senior day is each Wednesday, 30% off everything. Wonderful staff. Once per month store is 50 percent off everything. Plan to shop for formal wear/ jewelry/ purses/shoes for 2023 season!

Got this beautiful vintage genuine leather cross body bag by Nine West for just 9.00 bucks. The leather of this bag is amazingly soft and supple and just feels expensive. Thrift Smart has very reasonable prices and loads of merchandise. They also have great deals on their furniture.

A little pricey for a thrift store but they run great sales. A large assortment of clothing, shoes, and home goods. I saw some great deals on furniture and art. I spent less than $5 and came away with 2 vinyl records, 3 comic books, and a great vintage skirt. I'll definitely be back here when I am over that way. Happy thrifting!

Best place to find a deal - a true treasure hunt; you never know what you might find. They have daily discounts on everything in the store to turn over inventory. My favorite place in Nashville to buy books!

Normal but really big thrift shop. The staff is mainly young people but they are nice and helpful. They have great sales like on Tuesday a certain color tag will all be 2 for 99 cents. It's a fun place to just walk around looking at old stuff people donate.

My main problem is the dressing rooms. They keep them locked and even put barrriers in front of some of them. My teens assumed they were closed completely and stopped shopping here. Apparently if you ring the bell they will come and unlock....sometimes. One time I waited forever, was ready to give up and leave because I was cutting it close to make my next thing, then someone else using a room let me in. The employees never showed up. Just leave them open. Also hate how they put a few of the women's clothes inexplicably in the middle of the men's section. Why? Group like with like.

Thrift Smart is a huge thrift store with a good selection. When I visited, it was somewhat disorganized. There is no designated place for people to return items they don't want, so items end up in the wrong sections. The prices were a little high for the thrift store, so I recommend visiting on one of their discount days.

I love ThriftSmart!!! The clothing is basically sorted by size, but it isn't unusual to find items in the wrong size. I love the great selection of books as well. Most shirts/pants are 5.99, and dresses are 7.99. Not the cheapest thrift store, but they have a great selection, and the sales are excellent. I also like the charities they work with.

This store is almost 30 minutes from my home BUT, it is well worth the trip. They are MUCH better than Goodwill in pricing and have a wide variety of clothing, linens, books, children toys, pictures and household goods. The staff is also very pleasant and helpful everytime I go here. So, until they open one of these in Rutherford county I will continue my 30 minute outing to shop here. I always come out of here with bags and bags of bargains. My Yeti was brand new and I got it for $2.99 with an additional 30% off on senior day. What a steal! One question - when do the winter coats and sweaters start arriving? Thanks ThriftSmart!

I requested a couch be picked up for a donation. The delivery employees were very polite and helpful! The employee that helped me schedule the delivery was very polite and easy to work with as well! There were no hitches in the giddy-up during the whole process! Shoutout to ThriftSmart!

I've never shopped here but the guys who pick up donations are awesome. They said they would arrive between 10-2 and showed up at 11. They took our large cabinet down our very steep driveway in hot, humid weather. All very quickly.

I'm not sure why all the negative reviews. Yes, clothes are used, but they have tons of great clothes that are gently used and have tons of sales! My recommendation is to go on a sale day (calendar on their website) so you can save extra $$. I know they have at least 6 people check the quality of the clothes before they go out on the rack. All of their profits also go to great community building organizations. Great place to find great deals and great place for the neighborhood!

Everything I donate goes to ThriftSmart. They do a great work and they will pick up your furniture as long as you schedule it beforehand. I donated almost all of my furniture to this store when I moved out of state, and I will continue to support this store. The employees who picked up my furniture were excellent and very professional. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. If I have furniture to donate, ThriftSmart will get it.

Very nice staff, everything is color coordinated and really clean with a great selection. I'm a huge bargain Hunter and I think a few things are over priced here mainly because I have gotten some of the same things brand new for more affordable than what they ask. Overall they are very friendly, clean, and always so helpful

This is one of my stops if I'm in the area...nice well organized thrift store that is on par with other well managed thrift stores of the area.. book section is bigger than any I know..the only drawback is media...they overprice there CDs compared to other thrift stores I frequent but other than that it's a enjoyable store.

A true honest to Celestia Pooh fan/collector and Brony/My Little Pony Collector. I have been to this store twice within the past year (last visit was Black Friday 2019) and every time I have come out more than satisfied both times. The first time I went in August 2018, I had just started to collect Care Bears, and I had found a Play a Song Book called Songs from Care A Lot that was $60 on Amazon. I got it for 99 cents there and none of the pages were missing!!! Second time was this year on Black Friday and everything in the store was 50% off. I got a load of Pooh and MLP stuff that would have cost me $30 all together for not even $10. I will definitely be visiting again once I get another chance to come to Nashville!!!! Very clean store and security for the DVDs and CDs is perfect, unlike Goodwill where some of the discs get stolen because the people who work there are lazy and can't keep them behind the counter or even use strong tape.

We donate several times a year to ThriftSmart--and we also shop! I have collected mis-matched china and stemware for years. Last week, I bought two ivory glass lamps for the bedroom, $6.95 each. To those who wonder about the clothes: Come when you have time to look through them all. My pre-teen grandson always finds something he wants. His family can afford high-end clothing, so he is familiar enough to make really good choices. Last week, it was a "compression" shirt (whatever that is) for $3.99. Last summer, I bought brand name denim shorts for 4.99 a pair for myself. I look pretty good out in the garden in my stylish clothes!

I love this store but can’t you do the largest part of remodeling at times store is closed? I had to leave because of the loud hammering as they demolished the dressing rooms with a sledge hammer and it was unsafe.
