Ernest WilsonThis is a small town, Goodwill type store with a very friendly and helpful staff.
They provide community Assistance for underprivileged or low income people.
They will provide some groceries for people who can't afford them, are on a fixed income, or are in a temporary bind.
You may also sign up for the Meals on Wheels program.
"VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED AND WELCOMED WITH OPEN ARMS." They also provide information about Community Resources in the area and where to receive them.
You may apply for "their" Community Resources on Tuesdays only. However, the Goodwill style area is open six days a week, (I believe.) You may also drop off your donations during thier regular business hours only.
Please do not drop your items off outside, after business hours. Although it's a small store, you never know what you may find. They have some clothing, along with odds and ends or bric-a-brac.
I would encourage you to drop off your unwanted items.
This is a 501 3 C nonprofit organization.
All sales and donations go back into the community support system.
