They don't have any clothes for men well they have a men's section but nothing to brag about. The other items are nice everything from electronics to some power tools available. If you want decorations for the holidays this is the place to go

Very busy! Found 2 nice work shirts, and 2 pairs of pants, one dress and one jeans. Got a 25% discount for being an essential worker. Nice!!! Staff was very friendly and sweet.

Like to shop here with my girlfriend and mother in law but the electric vehicle space is always blocked by a non electric vehicle. Please put up some signage so that this doesn't continue to happen.

A darn fine time. Stock is hit or miss for rotation. Most items are in good enough condition. My only gripe with all goodwills. When there is a huge line of people, and 6 registers, why are there 1 maybe 2 people working. And THEN ask to round up. No I will not round up to stand in line.

The Kids they have working at the checkout do not have good customer service...The Goodwill also gave away the desk we had originally purchased...The nice person(michael) I think that was his name working in the back for furniture pickup was really nice he helped us... he should probably be working in the front since he has more customer service and respect for the customers then the other 2 boys working in The front...This is a nice big store they have an upstairs.

I go there for the books mostly, which are many and arranged by genre unlike other goodwills I’ve been to. Unfortunately they do not provide masks at entrance, which they should considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. Nonetheless it is a nice place and well arranged.

No dressing rooms -- makes it hard to buy clothing here! Wide selection of almost everything and well laid out, but a shame to not be able to try things on, especially since they don't offer returns, just exchanges.

Pleasure to shop here but docking 1/2 star for lacking bed and bath stuff though some would be happy for the extra deep selection of clothing

Clean and orderly store. Wide selection of clothing especially for the ladies. The aisles were wide and not cluttered. Good values - especially with a 50% off sale that I partaked in. 2 floors of merchandise to choose from. On the whole - a very pleasant experience, as I have had most frequently in the past. Very large store with ample parking and easy access to the store. Now this place is well known for the great variety of things which are very cheap to buy and will save you a bundle of cash if you happen to find what your looking for. You won't always as there is a lot of junk here and the rummage sale nature of this place wears on you a bit. Well worth checking out though.

They have a good selection of many different items and they have a day where they discount a certain color coded items. They were friendly and I found many things there that were deep discount I could not have afforded otherwise. Several name brand items. Overall a great thrift store.

The workers here are very kind. I lost my wallet a few weeks ago and couldn’t find it while in the store, but the workers here were so kind in trying to help me with my problem that I thought I’d give them a positive review. Also thankfully my wallet was found on the metro and returned to me. Will be visiting again soon!

The cleanest Thriftstore I've ever been to. Every time I go in there the shelves are neatly organized and the floor is always scrubbed. The cleanliness and organization make it easy to browse and it's obvious a lot of pride and care goes into the store. A wonderful addition to the Midway neighborhood. Thanks Goodwill!

Great selections from time to time. Like any thrift store, you can't go in with specific needs, instead, expect to find unsuspecting pieces. I have left with great finds particularly shoes, sweaters and branded jackets from banana republic and Ann Taylor. They also get a lot of unused items from Target because of the location. Being on university, the green line also makes it easy to access. I tend to go around 4pm after work and have never had a problem with lines but I also own a car so it's not as concerning as having to get back on public transportation.

Update : went on today to get interview clothes don’t have a lot of clothes above xl . But I guess it depends on donations . When I was checking out I saw 2 employees sitting on the furniture that they didn’t want no one to sit on . But beyond that I still got a few items & spent about an hour there . Big store, huge selection of everything. It was my first time going here today and spent like 2 hours there looking at everything they have.Also purchased a few things and walked out without paying more then 20.00. Will return to again

They had very few clothing items above a women's size XL... Disappointed, but I suppose that depends upon donations. Additionally, there were a fair number of sized clothes in the wrong sections on the racks. Annoying, but not major problem. Also a beautiful glass platter just like one I donated this week! Overall, good visit, clean, efficient. Two squad cars in parking lot... Hmmm?

this goodwill is pretty good. regular customer that always comes to buy their clothes. pretty good selection and items overall are good. the only complaint i have is the calendar events where clothing are on sale based on color tags. i haven't had good experience with these events. i sometimes do come early to get the tags that are on sale and i dont see as much of the color tags that are on sale but instead i see the previous color tags from 2-3 weeks ago. so the tag today was yellow and yesterday was pink and i checked for yellow but most of them were pink tags instead. i dont know, they say they change it and they do but not as often as we all would like. if they stay consistent then i will continue to shop there. if not then goodbye

Eastbound bus route #16 will stop across the street from the store, which is located between LRT stations. The store is pretty well maintained and reasonably organized. Clothing is upstairs (elevator available). You never know what you might find that will be that perfect thing you've been looking for.

It didn't smell that much like pee to where I would say something about it, but I guess I'm saying something about it right now, so yeah it kinda smelled like pee. I mean not super old pee but it wasjust like enough Pee to where I'm they thinking about it still... and I'm driving away and still just taste, just a little, bit of my mouth just a little bit 4/5

I can’t tell you how much I love this goodwill. Having a bad day? Go to this goodwill. The selection is amazing (Levi’s, American eagle, Calvin Klein, tommy H, vans, etc) and the workers are a little ray of sunshine.

Our family frequents Goodwill, and this location is OK. Since their move from the Charles Ave location (which became an outlet), you can't browse clothing while the kids are playing in the toy area--because they're all up on the second level. That's the only downside to an otherwise excellent location. The staff are fey and affable, the shelves are tidy and well-maintained, and the incoming junk is just packed with you-won't-believe-what-I-scored-at-Goodwill gems. Parking is a little tight, but we've never had to pass for that reason. Make sure to donate something--even a single cassette tape or pair of socks--to get a 25% discount on your total. Around Halloween local community papers distribute 50% off coupons, too--for a single item. Returns are allowed within 7 days. Goodwill is a great place to save money on high quality stuff that well-to-do people donate.

This two story location has an above average clothing selection upstairs and an average "stuff" selection on the main floor. The Goodwill chain lost points from me with their elimination of the 7 day refund policy on April 2nd. It is difficult, if not impossible, to test some things in the store. The "one week exchange for equal or greater value" policy, they adopted (matching Savers, Unique & Value Thrift) forces you into buying things you may not want or need. It is unfortunate that a few people abused the old return policy. This change has eliminated a competitive advantage. I still prefer Goodwill because they are a bonefide charity vs a for profit fund raiser but the conflict between my social compass and wallet is escalating.

Place isnt nearly as big as other Goodwills I have seen but they have a good sized collection. They do have some items that are brand new but they also dont sell those items cheap which is contradictive to the point of them being a thrift store. This Goodwill in particular has two floors with clothing on the second floor and everything else on the first. The furniture they have is pretty nice and comfy, better than mine. Other than that there is not much difference between it and a regular Goodwill except perhaps that i dont remember if i saw their colored price tags for special day discounts or not but i do know that some items dont have them but have small white price tags. Overall, I found my impression of this Goodwill as unique in it's quality and items but seeming to skew off from it's intended mission as a thrift store a bit.

Open, large, tall ceilings and 2 levels. The second level is dedicated to all clothes. There are plenty of changing rooms to accommodate for the large size as well.

It is a large store with lots of great merchandise. Most the staff is friendly and helpful, there are some who can make you feel out of place but that can be improved so it doesn't take from your shopping experience.

Taking the elevator to the second floor with a shopping cart isn't the most user friendly. All the clothes are on the 2nd floor and its just too much sometimes dealing with that elevator if theres any sort of crowd in the store
