Although store is clean and organized, many of used items are overpriced. GWES is a community funded business. The "goodwill" is on the behalf of the gracious person donating and the thrifty minded customer willing to pay for used items. Shout out to those who donate, shop, volunteer, and mentor. Sustainable.

I’d give your store 5 stars except for the fact that you have no dressing rooms. Other discount stores have dressing rooms, where are yours? I won’t buy clothes without trying them on.

Service is sub par, but for how cheap everything is. It makes sense. I have donated here before and personally haven’t had to deal with the lines that others are talking about, when I went service took about 10 mins including me waiting in line. The store wasn’t the cleanest, but not dirty either. Basically your normal goodwill.

St Louis Park Goodwill is highly recommended. I would avoid Hopkins as they turn away kids toys and books last time I was there because there was a light fixture in the box .. when I told them the box was filled with kid toys and books ...they said awe just keep the whole box, they didn't need it... however St Louis Park Gladly took them!

Mostly I donate at this Goodwill, and every time it has been fast and painless. I took one star because the couple times I was shopping for pants or shirts there wasn't anything quite right for me. With shorter legs it is not unusual for me to have trouble finding pants though, so hopefully if you're a man and that's what you need you'll have better luck :)

I went to drop off a donation on Sunday afternoon and the line was SO long. I was probably 8 or 10 cars back. Waited in the line for 30 minutes with little movement in the line and decided to leave. However, I will say that when I called the store to see if they took certain items, they were very friendly and helpful. I was impressed by that.

This Goodwill is probably the most expensive I've been to, but it's worth it for the amount of brand name accessories. I picked up a Kate Spade handbag for $15 today. A fair amount of the clothing is old lady stuff...but very high quality. It may or may not suit your fashion. The furniture is clean and the housewares are nice (Kitchen aid stand mixers!). The staff are great and the store is spotless.

Nice Goodwill in the Twin Cities. This is the first Goodwill that I have ever been to that the employees ask if you need help finding anything! Great prices. The only negative that it was not as well organized as the other stores- blazers in with dresses, men's shirts in with women's etc.

We bought a cabin up north and furnished it with finds from this Goodwill. We've also been frequent donors. It has a surprisingly nice collection of artwork which we used to stage our house for sale (and which we will be donating). Love the place and the people.

I started working at the St. Louis park GoodWill as of April of 2015. Now I'm of course still employed at this company and I must say that their are some very good qualitys for working here, Tho like all places their are some dishminishing factor as well. First I must say that if you are a people person then this is definitely the place for you! Most customers are layed back and chill, even more so the employees! Made a decent lot of friends working here, only butted heads with one guy (and that's saying a'lot coming from me). Very kind people working and shopping here overall. (For the most part). Now I'm not going to get too deep into the details but I must say that their is a major lack of communication when it comes to corporate and the staff/managers working here. Very understaffed, The back room is always messy and almost impossible to maneuver around all the various large item's, unreliable expectations from corporate, and sometimes low morale, just to name a few... If you like to meet new and kind people, find some good buys, and like lack of communication & sometimes low morale then this is the place for you! Seriously tho, the people here are amazing! X3

I like going to this Goodwill, but today when I was there I too noticed two men who were standing by the door that the employees come out of (inside the store), and they were on the phone talking about items that they had gotten. I was nosy and saw that they had brand new Hunter boots, Uggs, and Coach boots. Something is going on, and it seemed really shady.

One of the best Goodwills in the Twin Cities. Consistently I find good deals, clean and quality goods. I imagine that this is due to its proximity to many affluent areas like Kenwood and the Isles neighborhood... Maybe those with disposable incomes dispose of all their impulsively bought stuff here. Yay -- more for the rest of us! Thank you!

Men’s clothing didn’t have much good stuff. Women’s clothing on the other hand has loads more clothes than the men’s does. Nice staff. Really nice selection of cds and antique items.

Did you know the coupon you get for donating items doesn't work on items Goodwill had to purchase themselves? Yeah, they have a special thing going on with all of Targets out of date goods.

Please change your sunday hours. Online the store says you open at 10 am, while the actual store hours are 11am, according to your store hours on the door. Its an inconvenience. Thank you for addressing the matter!

One of the smallest Goodwill's I've been to. They have a lot of new items which I was disappointed to see, because that means higher prices and that's not what I'm looking for. It is very clean, however the selection is small.

Total junk overpriced – the problem is whatever is dropped off here in Goodwill they ship to other places and then they just have expensive items for resale from retailers not a good deal at all
