I shop here a lot. It's smaller then most, but there always something you will find that you need or want. The store feels a little crowded yet well organized. Good customer service. Can find great finds on a budget. Even name brands.

I'm disappointed that it seems goodwill's are getting rid of the display cases to switch all display case items to the new website, goodwillfinds , otherwise great store not as big as a book selection/ DVDs higher end items at this location then some of the others

I live down the street and this goodwill makes my home location even better. I have found so many things for my house, clothes for myself and my son and my wife and mother have also found so many great things here…I always go here for any household items and have even come across video games for my nephews who have a Xbox 360

This place is a hit or miss, but worth the stop. The last time I went in I couldn't find anything, but this time (I was looking for sweaters) I hit the jackpot. There's a nice variety of items, styles and brands (Land's End, Ann Taylor, Old Navy, J. Crew and some higher end workout clothes like Lululemon behind the register). Definitely worth checking out if you're looking to casually browse for something "new". The clothes are in good shape and always smell freshly washed.

I’d consider this one of the better goodwills, everyone in there is nice and helpful and I usually can find pretty good stuff, especially shoes and pants, the miscellaneous section also has a wide variety of useful items. It’s also nicely organized, although it’s pretty crammed in there so sometimes shopping can be difficult if it’s busy. I also noticed the prices on every garment seems like a dollar too expensive and your total can add up really quick sometimes.. other than that this is a great store:)

This store is seriously overcrowded. Id recommend coming on week days and avoid weekends. It was really hard to shop and almost every rack was overcrowded to the point you couldn’t shop. They should consider having a discount day to get rid of half the stuff. Wouldn’t recommend unless your looking or something specific.

I don’t know what it is about this specific goodwill, but their location and clientele makes for a great combination. Their selection of media and electronics used to be phenomenal, and I’m not sure what happened to it. Perhaps it could be someone got the scoop of the continuous great selection and buys it up, or something like that. Even with all that taken in it has a great remaining selection. Their items they have in the glass case are the really big name artists they know they can fetch a good amount for, but the condition of some of the records are less than ideal. You can either get lucky and get a VG+ condition or strike out most times and get a poor condition copy. Whether that be for the sleeve or the record itself. As for the other items in there, most of them are priced higher than most would want to pay for it. We’re talking sometimes high end Ebay prices for some of the electronics and other odds and ends in there. I can’t be too mad considering literally every Goodwill pulls this same scheme. If the selection was as incredible as it was 2 years ago, I would give it a 5 star rating. But it’s declined a little so a 4 star it is. Worth the stop, but it’s going to be difficult to find a parking spot.

Not bad when it comes to finding things but it is quite small. Bathrooms are horrible, they need more attention with maintenance. Very diverse group of customers in comparison to other Goodwill locations which is cool. Parking lot can get full easily as it is also small and may end up parking in the street instead.

Average Goodwill at best. I was really looking forward to going here with all the great reviews, but was very disappointed. Especially considering what little jewelry they had, almost none in the case, which seems odd to me considering all the other Goodwill Store's that have heap's of jewels to look through. The best item they had in the case was vintage Pyrex bowl's. That's pretty sad that this store has to lock up something like that, which spoke volumes as far as selection. I won't go back.

Found nice items but the cashier was VERY rude she didn't say hello or smile she just started grabbing my items. I spoke to her but her response was short and dry! I even said have a good days and her response was still short! I left feeling unwanted! Sooo they only get 3 stars great customer service matters BIG TIME!

College students and affluent families in the surrounding neighborhoods made this Goodwill trip worthwhile! I’m a teacher and they had virtually every school supply imaginable for $0.99! The only downside would be the size of the store. They have so much good stuff crammed into such a small space relative to other Goodwills in the area. Overall, great store that’ll keep you perusing the aisles for hours!

Though I've never shopped here, I have dropped off a number of boxes and bags of things here. The staff is always helpful and grateful for donations. Really appreciate what Goodwill does for the community. Only wish is they had more parking - can be tricky on Oakland near Locust.

I lost my iPhone in there store and I literally was treating there employees with a bad attitude! Most people would minimally help me in that scenario, but they all went out of there way and found the individual who took my phone with a honest kind attitude the entire time. It is rare to find employees like this! Especially there manager! Thank you

Sometimes this place is too expensive and they sell plenty of broken stuff but the last time we were there they had a nice sale. Usually there is a high turnover of items so there is always plenty of new stuff. Toddler is always excited because she knows she's getting a toy. Overall it's a fun and relaxing 1/2 hour or so for my daughter and I and her toddler.

The parking lot is always full (the store isn't). Making donations is easy and the workers have been helpful. This store seems smaller than some of the other Goodwills I've been to. The selection isn't as good as nearby locations. This could be because it's so close to a college.

Nice store with a really good toys and games section. Parking can get a bit rough. If kids get restless, buy a new toy and head to the park across the street. Of course watch for the pedestrian crossing that says its state law for all cars to stop - no one does.

Decent selection. Items are in a disarray. Attitude from some of the workers there over what some may think of as my unorthodox shopping habits. I wish that they would all just have a conference about it after I left the store instead of the attitudinal issues that I have with the predominantly young staff at this store.

I agree with the 25 percent capacity covid rules. But there's never more then 1 checkout clerk and up to 30 people in line outside. They can't turn people over. Avoid.

Sometimes have decent men's suits, but mostly separates.. Rarely will there be average sized two/three piece suits. The real bread and butter is shirts and pants for college age, or those that want to appear college age.

Terrificly friendly staff and the merchandise is above the quality of a typical resale shop. If you can't find that nice shirt, blouse or sweater here then maybe you don't belong in a Goodwill store. No better place to find a Halloween costume for the price. Spend $100 if you want to but you won't have to here.

Living in a day of super fast technology and everything literally in the palm of your hand (cell phones) change is inevitable however, please remember to always leave some on the table. You can't stray away from your mission/s. Prices are getting really ridiculous.

Not the largest Goodwill but it is closer to the University so it usually has a nice selection of clothing. Don't come here to find electronics or furniture; they don't have the space so they don't make it a priority. Go to Capitol Dr./Richards instead.

On the higher side of prices as far as Goodwill goes. The clothing selection is very good but the rest of the store is very picked over. The service is nice and the cashiers are fast and friendly.

The employees really do try to keep the wide variety of goods organized, however placing fragile merchandise such as Christmas ornaments right next to heavy objects is an absolutely horrific idea, resulting in many shards amongst the selection.

Usually very picked over since it's in a college neighborhood, and the parking is not even close to sufficient for the traffic through this location at peak times. But the staff is very nice and helpful.
