This is a nice goodwill. You wouldn't expect that because the area is bad looking. Nonetheless, this place always has nice shoes in my size. I also found a Chloe perfume here. I paid $8.49 (my mom used her senior citizens discount) for the perfume. The original price is $105. They had a bunch of beautiful Fashion Nova business jackets that were exactly the same yet some were $14.99 while the exact same one was $9.99. I primarily go there looking for shoes. They always have something cute in my size. One time they had Stewart Weitzman shoes there. Too bad they weren't my size. Oh well.

I used to live in Downtown and donated items here over the last 10 years. The location has a small parking lot, never had issues parking. The drop off area is always organized and clean. The best part is Jimmy, he handles the donation drop off. Jimmy has been with the company for 15+ years, really nice guy with a kind aura. Take 5 min of your time to chat with him. It will brighten his day and yours! If Leadership or Management reads this, Jimmy needs a raise and you should start offering more benefits to your employees. DO BETTER BY THE PEOPLE.

This Goodwills location consists of items ranging from clothes such as shirts, shorts, sweaters, dresses , etc to household appliances and furniture such as kitchenware, microwaves , sofas, nightstand, etc. Books and other random items are sold here too. Very organized.

For my first venture in Los Angeles I decided to walk to the Goodwill. They're weekly colored tags are 50% off compared to New York's 40% off.they announce when they're bringing merchandise out on the floor asking the client to wait until they stop the cart before they indulge, that's funny!

I like to go just to look around but usually end up getting something I don't really need. They sell used DVDs in the back for 2.99 and since there's no longer any blockbuster locations, I grab a DVD to watch while I eat dinner when supper's on the stove.

It clean and organized plenty of employees working as a team. very nice, and they have whatever people donate they should lower there prices though, because with all the donations they need to get rid of there things and sell them as they come in its all profit, why let it sit there, the clothes is really to expensive its A Thrift store, and they will get more clothes I know I was anger and a nice Thrift store we all were a team. The Boss A was very Good business man and not trying to break the Bank he had his regular customers and the clothes was cheap so that store always had the regulars shopping there and they told there friends and so on.

Found lots of great stuff at great discount to trick out my kitchen here! But I make a point of perusing through there often. They are always getting "new" stuff. But if you see something you might like, it's a good idea to buy it! It probably won't be there later. They frequently rotate out items that have been there awhile, so stock updates with different items.

This Goodwill location is easily accessible with free parking. The selection in the store is mediocre. The prices are visible and the racks are pretty organized. Some items are even new and never used. There are dressing rooms and enough associates to help. Not the best clothing variety but decent prices for thrift shopping.

Customers and all staff so friendly, helpful, cleaning, chatting and smiling! Id' give 5 stars except for one sour faced cashier. As I told her I'm disabled, was short of breath, wanted to buy some items I couldn't carry because I'm disabled but wanted to finish looking through the other half of the store. Their small hand held baskets don't hold much. She suggested I get a basket, and put it near the registers but advised they couldn't be sure other customers wouldn't pick through, so ok, I'll just purchase, take out to my car and return back to peruse. I understand they can't hold items for customers, imagine if they did, what a mess, items piling up, people leaving, etc. She nodded, and that's when I tried, softly, to make small talk but she'd decided she disliked me already. No matter what I said or asked she made clear she didn't want to talk, she couldn't be bothered to even make eye contact. I wear a pulse oximeter, to gauge my heart rate and blood oxygenation stats. Normal is 60 to 80 bpm, my heart rate was 153 and I was short of breath. She cared less. I told her this is my first time, and everyone is so nice. Silence. Then I shared I'd found a vintage book I'd been looking for years for, in pristine condition. I was happy! Still, nothing. So I ventured, Guess you're not into books? Some books, she replied. I told her I collect too many, asked what kind she liked? That's when she "dropped" a new platter over the counter onto me, and said she just wanted to get me checked out. I told her I sincerely hoped her day get better. She said her day was fine. (So treat any customer like this, why?) I said Alrighty then, smiling. She asked "What?!" Told her we never know who we're helping at work. She agreed. It's ok, I had some great conversations with other customers and her crabby face won't deter me from shopping here again. Whatever her issue, crustiness and unfriendliness toward me, won't become mine. Everyone else was an absolute joy. Shared an Oliver Sacks book with one patron, and another, a book on Freud. And, scored a fine condition vintage 1958 cookbook I've been looking for, for years! Don't hesitate to shop here! Busy place for parking.

I love this Goodwill location. The staff are helpful and kind. The selection here is also great. You do have to search through the racks but if you are a label shopper like me, then it's worth it! I have found Prada, Free People, & Kate Spade at this location!

The selection is weak for menswear and the store is always a huge mess. Im pretty sure parents fr the area get their kids all pumped full of sugar then go there and the parents just let them run wild for a few hours. Pure chaos. Occasionally ill find some good shoes.

Well coming here with friends has always been fun fun fun .. we always have a ton of stuff when we go home and it's just amazing how this experience with them makes it unbelievable...but all in all a good spot to buy things when you're on a budget.

Huge store, and decent prices. Dresses and jeans were more expensive than other Goodwills, but the rest was pretty fairly priced. Every week there’s a different tag colour that’s half off, then on Thursdays of that week they only cost 1$, so you can find some seriously good deals if you’re willing to put in the effort. I found the nicest brands in the sweaters, but obviously there’s little need for these for the average Californian. Many other Goodwills organize their clothes by colour or at least size, but this one is quite hectic. Lots of Zara! Pretty unimpressive men’s section, but you might still get lucky. Good service.

I'll give it three stars because the neighborhood is quite scary and people seem to have staring problems haha. Just be careful when walking towards the store. Anyways, the store is pretty big itself. I found good quality, cheap $10 boxing gloves. The store inside is quite messy but that's okay.

My girlfriend was looking for skirts and dresses for summer. She found 4 great skirts and 2 pants as well. I'd call that a great bargain not only for your wallet but for your unique sensibility. There is at least one item for anyone.

Enjoy shopping here. Have for the pasts 2 months since i moved to downtown LA, found my favorite book Fallen, lots of clothing for me, and lots of books for my child and quite a pair of cute dresses and toys as well. Hope to find more Lauren Kate books in the future..

I check this Goodwill out once a month. Always find one or two things that I buy and use. Not the best GW by any means, but fairly well kept and the staff seems nice enough. Very good mens dress shirt inventory consistently.

The only reason it doesn't get a five is because of the inconsistent pricing. Some items are way too high for a thrift store. Goodwill has taken in a ton of money because of the public's charity. Give us poor people a break.

So-so. I've found one useful thing in the handful of times I've been. There's no fitting room for clothes and return policy is exchange only. Parking is a plus.
