I’ve been shopping there since 2009 on Craig and Allen, and I’ve always got something great out of there. This time, I could’ve gone to the dollar store for seasonal mugs, but I knew I would find some unique Christmas coffee mugs, and I did. I love um.

Great place. They train disabled to be productive employees! If a issue pops up or question ask for manager. Clean, well run and a great help to those employees needing a hand up. Be kind. It goes a long way when you understand why the place exists!

This place is amazing! Very clean & organized. The employees are incredibly kind & professional. Would absolutely recommend over Goodwill or Savers type stores. I had an item that was damaged & was discounted in price, along with another item that was missing parts- also discounted. Will shop here again!!!!

Always friendly, Always helpful. This is one of the best Thrift stores around Las Vegas, Nevada. You wont find a ton of vintage clothes. But everything will be priced well and it will be easy to shop at this location. The store is big and has a very wide collection to pick from. It is cleaner than others similar places. The apparel section is very huge and many clothes are in good or new condition. The staff is supportive. The prices of items are great, with them being less than the other thrift stores in town. On average 50% cheaper.

Clean store. Comparing to early and mid 2010's you can find all kinds of quality items at this location for a good price. Not so anymore. To be fair, it's like this now all over the country in the past year particularly. All of the chains!!! As a decades long thrifter.....RIP thrifting!

I've been coming here on and off for years. I'm not sure why I ever stop going, but this place is where you're going to get an amazing deal. Saver's is extremely expensive, but Desert Industries always has great clothes, movies, literally everything honestly and prices that you really can't beat.

First Timer to this business to check it out. Well run, neat and tidy, and clean thrift store. Prices very reasonable and shopping experience peaceful. We spend a fair amount of time shopping. The donation drive through drop-off on the side is a good idea. We were at the nearby Sam's days earlier and had to return to see this place.

I love my experience every time I visit. Staff are very friendly and helpful always checking to see if you found everything you needed. It’s clean enough for a thrift shop. I know staff do there best to keep it as clean as possible but there are those customers that will just go through a pile and leave it messy and very inconsiderate of others. But great job to such a great staff. Must visit if you ask me. They gotta big parking lot so you cant complain. I would totally recommend them to friends and families. This is one of my favorite thrift shop here in Vegas.

Excellent selection of high quality second hand items!! The furniture here is second to none in terms of condition. Great choices of mix and match ladies swimwear! The reason I give it three stars, however, is because of two employees...I spotted a handbag section and if course my inner "girly-girl" side got excited, so I figured I would have a look. The purses are thrown on top of one another in spite of the fact there were some high quality brands (coach, etc.), and one of the employees stood directly over me and tried to make small talk (albeit with a monotone voice) it was incredibly awkward. It made me feel odd, so I stood up to walk away, and when I turned around, there was another employee standing directly right behind me, watching me as well. The customer service needs to be improved in terms of being personable with patrons. Instead of just saying hello and asking how I am today, ask "are you looking for something in particular?/ can I help you find a certain brand?" Tone and respecting personal space are important in the customer service industry. I work in customer service as well, and it would do better to speak with a smile and a happy vocal connotation, and well as perhaps backing up a foot or two. Other than that, it's an absolutely lovely place to shop!

I was surprised when I first walked in because this place is not your typical thrift store. It didn't even feel like a thrift store. It was like a department store with cheap prices. Absolutely fantastic. Everything was neatly organized, the staff were all nice and courteous, and the prices were great. It was cheaper than Goodwill, with not only a much better selection (it's a HUGE store), but also better quality. I'm a book-lover, so I always browse the book section at thrift stores. This one, although not a huge selection, is actually the best I've ever seen because of the quality of the books and the prices. $1.00 for paperbacks and $1.50 for most hardbacks. Amazing! Great selection of clothes at very cheap prices, and such a nice staff. My new favorite store, and the best thrift store (including any Goodwill) I've ever been to. I'll definitely be a regular there!

This is my favorite place to shop. They have a huge selection and I sometimes find clothes that are brand new with the tags still on. I don't have to feel guilty for spending lots of money on clothes. I'm the head of a family of 9, 5 of them are children and I buy their clothes at Deseret also. The store is always clean and well organized. The staff is very nice. I recently lost 95pounds and, as I was moving down in size, I would buy the next smaller size at Deseret and donate the larger sizes back . Love this store!

I was VERY pleasantly surprised coming here. I was looking for a shirt & dress for Halloween. I had been to two Savers already & flat out refused to pay $14-$16 for a used dress. This place looks like it would be pricey because it is set up so nicely. However, on top of the store being very organized, the quality of their stuff is better than other thrifts stores and their prices are cheaper. I paid $6 for the dress and $3 for the shirt. I highly suggest any thrift store shopper to pay this store a visit. It was similar to a department store but at thrift store prices.

Incredible customer service! We walked up to the front to purchase a fan and unexpectedly an employee, Jacob asked us if everything was in there, we weren't sure and he more than willing went through the box and let us know we needed a globe for the fan and pointed us to the right area in the store where we found a vast array of globes for the fan. All of the employees were well mannered and the ones we came across were more than courteous and offered their assistance without a rude huff and puff like most people at any store would do. I was thoroughly surprised to come across such valuable employees, being nowadays no one has manners or common sense to handle customers. Best customer service at a thrift store even better than most department stores I have been to.Thank you

The best thrift store in the valley! Prices are extremely low and quality is excellent. The store is very organized and clean, so it’s enjoyable thrifting even with kids. Items are sorted very well so it is easy to find whatever you’re looking for (ie. Baby girl dresses, non fiction books, baby boy pants, women’s short sleeve shirts). They also have a large outdoor/large item room in the back.

I'm always skeptical going to thrift stores I've never heard of, but this place is absolutely AMAZING! Their prices are super low and consistent. All the pants are one price regardless of brand, quality, style and same goes for dresses, shoes, shirts, etc. Everything is nice and organized and the variety they have is HUGE!

In Las Vegas area this IS the best thrift shop in town! Prices are ALWAYS reasonable, Unlike GW who has turned corporate and prices are crazy high. The clothes here are ALWAYS clean and very organized. The people are so friendly. I just love shopping here. It is my go to thrift store that's for sure. This includes the one on Flamingo too, I have been to both and both have top quality people working for them that are great at customer service.

Deseret is one of the most organized thrift stores at which you will ever shop. I LOVE that. Also, I know from having worked there that the entire thriftstore is a giant program run by people who GENUINELY care about the employees, the donors, and the customers. We have lots of choices when it comes to donating money and time and belongings. If you want to give any of those, know that you can feel 100% safe giving here. They are doing right by you and right by the community ❤

I first encountered DIs’ in Salt Lake City, Utah. I was highly impressed with the cleanliness and organization the stores all provide. The clothing departments were all color coordinated and in their correct size areas. Most of all, the products were all priced fairly. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable when needing assistance. I AM a thrift store shopper and Desert Industries is by far my top choice and I would like to see other stores follow their excellence!

Where do I start! This is my GO TO thrift store. I've come across some of the best furniture pieces for a very affordable price. I normally DiY the pieces. The staff are quite helpful. Lastly, Although you may have to search a bit hard they have some clothing pieces I believe can't be found any where else.I purchased a dress recently that I'm in love with and I redecorated a bedroom with quite a few furniture pieces.

This place is pretty nice. I used to go all the time to get clothes for my kids but the prices have gone up a lot since I was there last. $3 for a stained Gerber onesie is pretty ridiculous.

Great place to pick up books for the entire family. The price on the books are extremely affordable. I bypass the clothing area that seems to always be stuck in the 80's or 90's. In general it's a very clean store.
