My daughter found some great jeans and a pair of Vans here. The staff were nice and the racks were stuffed full of clothes. Prices were very reasonable for what we were looking for.

It's a pretty good Platos Closet. Some things are full priced like some of their Jordan's. But found the wife some brand new looking Jordan Air Force 1s for $30 n a pair of Rock Revival jeans for $20. Now she's happy, so I'm happy :D

My 19 year old daughter always gets great deals here. She got 1 skirt, 2 shorts, 3 tops, and a pair of brand new boots for $50.00!!! Many clothes are new with tags still on them.

Friendly staff there and willing to take in any of my gently used clothes meant for young people, doesn’t matter if the employees or customers like the clothes or not they see on the rack after customers take in old clothes they no longer wear. The sorting clothes is really fast as I expect like they do it within 10-30 minutes, even though they claim like it’s 10-20 minutes. But not bad though. But there’s also not much a wide selection of well known brand name clothes I like and clothes type either, like jean shorts for example.

Frequent shoppers at this store. We make an hour and a half drive just to go to this particular store. Best place around to buy and sell them lightly used, name brand clothing. This store consistently has the best variety and amount of clothing to choose from, and I feel it has a better selection than any other Plato's Closets in Indiana I've visited (including Greenwood, Fort Wayne, Lafayette, and Fishers.) Every visit to this store has been a good experience with the exception of one minor event, in which the store manager, Tony, was extremely quick to make right. I highly recommend this store for your clothing wants and needs. It provides good quality, lightly used, name brand products at a good price. Additionally, this location is under exceptional management that is sure to provide a great shopping experience for you and your loved ones. The store is clean and has a good amount of changing rooms to accommodate busier hours.

Odd purchase system, multiple high priced not even worn items were turned down. Lol don't care about that. When I walked the store, they had accepted a bunch of trash, dirty and tattered items but didnt accept Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, Nautica etc type items. Was odd lol they accepted a few but there was brand new stuff that was turned down of popular stuff 🤷🏾‍♂️ donated rest to Goodwill lol thanks they were lightning fast too.

From a selling standpoint they were great. I never have any luck with Fishers location but stopped here today and was surprised at how much they took and how high my offer was just for clothing. Usually shoes end up being my big ticket item. Staff was super nice and they were very quick to go through my tote. I’ll be back!

I REALLY love this Platos Closet. I live on the Southside of the city, but this store is worth the drive. First off it's very big compared to most Platos. They are very organized and have a great variety. I'm never disappointed. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable, at least for clothes and shoes. Name brand purses are over priced and so are beauty products. But other than that, no complaints. I came here looking for vacation wear and got a dress, Nike Tank and cute sun hat for $20. Can't beat that!

Store is always clean, staff is helpful, it's very rare to find anything out of place here. Their selection very easily kicks the butt of every other thrift store for clothes, and the size selection is actually phenomenal, as I'm not a small girl. They have everything really well labeled and organized. Love this store, this is the Plato's Closet to go to in Indy.

Not a big fan of selling to this place but the clothes here are pretty great. 75% of the time i wear at least 1 piece of clothing i bought from this store. I have signature Nike basketball zip-up hoodies that i bought from here for $20 that would retail at a Nike outlet store for $99. I mean, this is as good as deals come. i would just suggest to thoroughly inspect the clothes before purchasing. after all, a lot of them ARE used clothes.

You better hope you don't need to go to the restroom while you are there, because you will be out of luck. I had to put my stuff down and drive all the way home to pee. I told them they sure don't mind taking my money though. Other than that, I do like the deals on their clothes.

Chill staff, hit or miss on the items. Shoes are pretty good deals, but overpriced basics. As far as selling goes, good luck, they will probably buy your least fav item and not take the best condition/brand item you come to sell. Super unpredictable.

Good finds, friendly staff! If you're looking for a dress for an outdoor wedding, something for a first date or even just a cute new outfit for summer, this place had it I'm sure. With a great selection, great prices and very friendly staff, this location is definitely one to go to.

They always have nice clothes, shoes, purses, etc. Brand names at good prices...Men or women's... Bought a beautiful Nine West purse for only $12 after my discount! Ask for a card to get stamps & discounts on future purchases.

Had some items we wanted to sell (like to 'recycle' good clothes, rather than throw them away). At the time I went in, they had so much merchandise that they really weren't 'buying' but very specific things. Really geared towards kids and teens, not anyone older it seemed.

Nice clothes, but a little pricy for resale. Was disappointed to see employees weren't masked and weren't enforcing social distancing. Aisles were too narrow to shop safely. I honestly regret going in.

If you are looking for affordable clothing shoes and other items of clothing this is a very good place to go i have been able to get some very high end sports jackets there for an amazing price. You can also bring in your old clothes and get money for them all the staff are very friendly and will be willing to help you with anything you need.

Sometimes their customer service is terrible. And don't take things they can sell. For instance I've taken a pair of shoes there that is 7.5 on a scale from 1 to 10. 10 being the best condition they wouldn't take them but look around the store and have seen shoes in a worse condition than mine for sale bunch of hypocrites if you ask me atleast the one on E. Washington st smdh.

Overpriced-worn shoes but you can really find some one of a kind stuff here pretty often. If you're coming to sell then it better be something name brand or with a Nike/Adidas logo or they a'int buying it.
