First off, the place has great clothing that is high quality for a fantastic price (50-90% off retail)! Then, the place is simple and laid out very well, easy to shop. When I walked in, I was greeted and when I said that I needed a rental, the clerks got Dominic to walk me through the process. He helped me pick out an amazing outfit for half of a suit rental that looks amazing and fits me great! I will shop here again!

Men, if you need business casual and formal wear, check this place out first before getting anything custom. This place is cheap and forever a first stop shop for business attire. I have gotten so many dress shirts that fit perfectly from here. Don't take my word for it, check it out for yourself

I don’t think I’ll ever go to another place for dress clothes. I am starting a new job where I need to where suits. I know nothing about what goes with what. When I walked in, I was greeted by Wyatt (I think that was his name) I told him the situation and he stuck with me during the entire shopping experience. We picked out quite a few options and he taught me what goes best with what. Besides the customer service, the pricing can’t be beat. I can’t stress that enough. Just check them out. You won’t be disappointed. I definitely wasn’t. I don’t like shopping but it was pretty enjoyable for what it was. Thanks again Wyatt.

The store is great you’ll find great stuff there. The guys who work there act like they’re above you and annoyed that you’re even there. I still continue to shop there because you can always find fashionable things that a good deal but the staff needs to realize they work at a men’s resale shop in Indiana, not Louis Vuitton in Manhattan.

I don’t know if there’s any other consignment shops for men in Indianapolis but it wouldn’t matter. Newman & Company have always been awesome in finding great values and customer service. They have been helpful and friendly since I’ve been coming here I’ve been coming here for a very long time. Today, I checked their website and found an IU shirt and a tuxedo I needed. I went in and found both. The guys there kept my other items so I could try on other suits. Wyatt helped me today and he was awesome.

I LOVE this shop :) I did a closet clean out and brought a bunch of clothes. The staff was picky but efficient and quick. I was in and out in less than an hour. Most importantly, virtually all my clothes sold and I got 85 bucks for clothes I didn’t wear anymore for virtually no effort/time! Also, the shop puts a lot of effort into advertising which helps your stuff sell quickly.

My mother had taken my 3 sons to this store in the past and kept telling me to go see for myself how nice the items were. I had read the reviews and was not in a hurry to have someone be rude to me. But boy was I WRONG! I took my 4 children there today and my kids and I had a GREAT experience. No one treated us differently because we are African Americans. The manager was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY HELPFUL to my 11 year old son. He personally assisted me in finding my son some dress slacks. He also allowed my other 3 kids to pet his dog. Sorry to those who had an unhappy experience but my family and I WILL BE RETURNING! Thank you to the entire staff that made themselves available to assist us when needed.

We were treated as if we were bothering the employees while we were shopping there. One young lady was nice to us, but the men had an attitude as if they wanted to fight us and just don't ask them questions about anything at all. We even spent money there? I won't spend money in there anymore. I will try again, to see if they have chainged, in this treating the customer as if the customer is bothering them.

Background: I went here with my father at around 5pm on a Thursday. I bought a grey suit, a purple dress shirt, and a black shirt. He bought lobster shorts. Total was about $200. Pros: fairly good prices for high quality fashion, a lot of clothes to pick from Cons: dressing room consisted of only a curtain that the breeze could part open, the guys at the counter always seemed a bit out of it

What Adam said. Owner is a genuine grinch. Shame though. Great selection and very affordable. I thought he didn't want my 'kind' in the store so it's comforting to see he's nasty to everyone. The kids are cool though. Deal with them. If he was the only one there I would never return.

Cannot even begin to describe the deals and selection in this place. Gentlemen, rejoice! We have our own consignment shop! No women's shelves! Just well-organized shelves of blazers, slacks, short sleeve button ups, dress shirts, shoes all separated by style and then color. Makes it very easy to shop here. Last time, I left DMR with 3 dress shirts (J. Crew, Jos A. Banks and Gap) for less than $30. The previous time, I made away with a Marc Ecko Cut & Sewn blazer for $12! Another important aspect worth noting is the quality of these clothes. Of all the clothing items I have flipped through here, I have really only come across one that's appearance was questionable. 99% of the clothing in here looks like they just came back from the dry cleaners. Not a bad way to pick up some used clothing. If you have motorcycle friends, tell them about this place because they have a surprising selection of leather Harley jackets and shell jackets! The reason I did not give this place 5 stars is simply because they really have not gone out of their way to create an exceptional customer experience for me. Like all of the other reviews indicate, you can spot the owner in a second. Not a happy camper. Great store, prices, quality and selection!
