I found a nice piece of art for my kitchen from here! The staff was really nice and it was organized. I love looking around here, especially at the clothes. It was clean and not super busy. They have a good system for check out, too. It is one of the bigger good wills that I have seen around so that was nice, too!

Non-profit 501(c)(3), supported by item donations. Particularly good deals on men's pants, luggage, and smaller bags/purses, imo. But lots of other low-priced, pre-owned items for sale, too.

Mr. Bob is the best Goodwill manager I have ever seen in all my years shopping at various stores around the city. And this clearly affects his employees as every time I am in this store I am always impressed with the kindness of the employees. The store is always clean and well organized and the prices always fair. I can't say enough good things about this establishment. My wife and I are Goodwill fanatics. In fact, on the first Saturday of each month we visit 13 Goodwills and completely fill our car full of treasures. But Mr. Bob's store is always head and shoulders above the rest. Recently my wife inadvertently dropped a check in the store and the next day Mr. Bob called her and told her. He took the time to look her up in the system and see that she was a rewards customer. I'm so proud to support this amazing store. Thank you to Mr. Bob and all of his amazing employees. You guys are THE BEST!!

Decent kids clothes selection. Every few Saturdays everything is 50% off. Happened to get a nice hutch one day. Hardly anything good in the record selection. Nothing worth anything in the glass cases. Customer service is mediocre, but they did help me load the hutch.

Very good selection of men's clothes. Probably the best I've seen around. Not too crowded either at least when I went! :) i will go back again! They also had a good selection of other items besides clothes like chairs, decarations, paintings, etc. I’ll come back again if im in the area for sure.

Great service me and my partner went to this location to donate a ton of books. The staff was very friendly and made the process fast and easy. Though they get a or lot of donations so don't be surprised if you have to wait for a few minutes.

As far as Goodwills go, it's not my favorite. The staff are really nice though, easy-going and make conversation. But you have to wait for someone to come unlock dressing rooms for you, and the selection wasn't that great the last couple of times I've been there.

Goodwill deals, fair not as great as they use to be just a few years back, but everyone has gone up on prices. This one is clean, and better organized than most in Indianapolis. The bathroom, not so good, and I think the employees could be a bit more friendly, it’s just good business.

I quickly perused the books and would have purchased a few, but that was not the purpose of my trip. I went in looking for more pieces of China for our upcoming wedding and definitely hit the jackpot- the entire right side of the aisle was dishes! I found plenty of beautiful matching plate sets and even some to replace the pieces missing from my other sets. Afterwards, I looked at the other housewares which were nicely organized by color and the last aisle which was toys. On the very end, they had an Easy Bake Oven which is absolutely fantastic to stumble upon. The woman who rang me out was quite pleasant, quick, and even offered me a box to carry out my new found goodies. I am quite pleased with my visit. =]

Had a good time here. Bought a few things. Back in the appliances they had about 8 or 10 bread machines!!! Nice Goodwill. I'll go back. It's better than mine in Nora.

I like to go treasure hunting.. Sometimes you can score so pretty cool stuff at a great price here. I found a bunch of really nice glassware for my bar and an awesome vintage shirt last time. Your mileage may vary though.

I'm not thrilled that Goodwill gets items donated and still asks at checkout if you want to roundup to the next full dollar amount and donate that change to help employ people or whatever. Every item they get already does that. And there are never any more than 4 staff members on the floor it seems. OVERALL: you are still seeing some nice stuff show up here due to the surrounding neighborhoods and wealthy folks dropping of things they wore 3 times and donate. Lot of designer jeans. That's probably my favorite thing to get there. Definitely good to check here often.

This is one of my favorite Goodwill locations in Indianapolis. This Goodwill store always seems to have good stuff, and somehow always has lots of it...maybe because it is so much bigger than other stores? The store is always clean, and the staff/service is usually very good.

I've never been a huge Goodwill fan, but hey, this one is so close to me! From the moment I walked in at 8:30pm, someone started yelling over the PA System, "WE WILL BE CLOSING IN 30 MINUTES!!! PLEASE MAKE YOUR FINAL SELECTIONS AND CHECK OUT!!!!" Ummm, ok, great. I had just walked through the door. Usually, I start with the book section right by the front door. Slim pickings that night. Then, I walked through some of the clothing for women. I'm not big on the thrown together by color sorting. That drives me crazy! I know every Goodwill is set up this way. I then walked towards the back of the store. Some person was back there talking to himself, and another person dropped something huge and made of glass in the glass aisle. Then, the guy talking to himself yelled in the glass breaker's direction! By then, I had been there about 10 minutes, and they had already announced 2 more times to pick our final selections and come to the front to check out! I get it! So, about that time, I decided to leave and not purchase anything. I had one item picked out, but I put it back and left.
