Fun on my 1st visit here. Beautifully displayed items mostly very gently used. Some a bit worse for wear so be sure to fully inspect each piece. Top designers and trendy items. Some priced reasonable and other items are more expensive. It is worth the time to hunt in your area of interest. Modern, BoHo, casual, plus size, vintage as well as a few antiques and collectables. You'll be here awhile if you do but complimentary coffee back by restrooms. They contract your items to be sold. They offer a point system to earn ways to save more. One point for every $20 spent. They have clothing, jewelry, shoes, home goods, home decor, rugs, wall art and MORE! Nice dressing rooms to try on garments. Staff is wonderful and informative.

Omg. This store is both the BEST and the WORST thing that's ever happened to me. The best bc they have the most incredible name brand, designer and boutique items that I have ever seen.... and for a FRACTION of the price!! And let's be honest here. These items are not "used." This is Carmel. These are things that have been worn once or twice or not at all.. and there are always new arrivals. The staff are just the icing on the cake. So helpful and so nice. The only reason this place is the worst thing to happen to me is bc since I've discovered it.. the amount of clothing and accessories I've purchased has already consumed most of my spare bedroom! I'm addicted!!!!

Good atmosphere. Fiancée found a nice dress for a good price - only $20. We went there looking for furniture though, which was not successful. They had some, but it was all super expensive. We were trying to budget shop (like $100) and thought it would be cheap there, but everything we saw was $700+, with some at $2,000+. Maybe that fluctuates, maybe not. The store is definitely for women though - I was one of 2 guys in the store, and both of us were there with our female significant other.

I saw many wonderful things at amandas, but I gave her a 3 because when I tried on Sunglasses they were all scratched. We are talking 100 dollars a pair and they would be annoying as a rainy window to see through. I did compliment her store but told her I wouldn't buy sunglasses there after seeing this (I tried 3 pair on). She gave me quite the attitude and said it would be like buying furniture with a scratch. Sorry , no it would not be like buying furniture without the legs dear. A good sale at Macy's could do you better than that price and condition. It may be consignment but you do not have to accept every thing, keep it classy. Otherwise, nice store.

I've been a fan of this shop for years and have stayed connected to it since it changed names and location, etc. I enjoy every visit even if I don't always walk away with a find. I've purchased quality clothing from them multiple times and recently bought some counter-height barstools that I love. The staff is usually pretty helpful, too. Great store for bargain finds! Some of the prices are a bit steeper than I always like, but I think that is because the store seems to focus on name brand items, which is something I do NOT care about. If I like it, it fits and is affordable, I'll buy it. Don't care who made it!

Best consignment shop in the Indy area! I've found some very high quality items at great prices, and they have new items arriving and going on sale all the time. The staff are always very kind and professional. Buying secondhand has been a great way to for me reduce waste and build a better wardrobe for less money!

I love shopping at Amanda’s. In my experience, the staff is friendly and you can find a lot of cute stuff. However, they are very inconsistent with what they choose to consign. Some days they take 15-20 items, other days only a few. I brought a practically new Lululemon jacket in the other day and they didn’t want it. Guess I will try again some other time, that usually works.

Fun store, great clearance selection at the end of seasons! Some items are overpriced for being second hand, but that's how most higher end second hand stores are. The clothing section is beautifully organized by size and brands. They also have a decent selection of shoes and boots, but not as many as I would have liked in the smaller sizes like 5.5 and 6's. I recommend this place to women who want to upgrade their wardrobe on a budget.

We looked many places for formals for prom. This was by far the best place we found for affordable dresses. Nice, in fashion, clean and several to choose from. We looked around at some of the other items and we're very impressed. Staff was very helpful. We will go back!

Prices are a little higher than I would be inclined to pay for used goods, BUT they only sell high quality merchandise that is very gently used. Their furniture is very cool. The miscellaneous housewares (dining and accents) could be better. You can get prom dresses here and some unique pieces of clothing, or cheap designer stuff if you're into that.

I live in Denver and was in Carmel last week on business. I love consignment stores and after researching online, I decided to visit Amanda's. Wow! This is probably the nicest consignment store I've ever been in! As for the negative reviews, could it be because you brought in out of style, dirty, or wrinkled items?? I doubt that their 18 year success is contributed to pissing people off; they obviously know what will sell! Everything I saw was in-style and clean. I scored a pair of Hudson jeans for $30 and a Free People shirt for $14....along with a lot more items! They had numerous designer purses neatly displayed on the wall for easy viewing. The store is decorated so cute and there's also furniture and home decor. The store must be over 10K sq. ft; I could've spent hours inside. I will definitely go back next month when I'm there!

Wonderful store. Some people may think the prices are a little high, and I get that, but this isn't Goodwill. I just walked out with 2 brand new looking shirts, one from Torrid and one from Worthington JCPenney. I know the Worthington one was at least 20$ new, I got it for 7$. The Torrid one is 30$ because I've bought at least 20 of them from Torrid itself and got it at Amanda's for 10$. Personally, those are both steals in my opinion. The prices on their art and furniture seemed plenty reasonable to me and their rewards program is awesome. First trip there today and will definitely be back.

I love this store. There's a little bit of everything for everyone. Their prices are very reasonable, the store is very clean, and the staff is super lovely. This is definitely one of the best consignment storesin the Indianapolis area. If you haven't checked them out you should do so. You won't be disappointed

This consignment shop has prices that are much higher than a used store should have. I was disappointed at the sale on Black Friday, which was something like 5 or 10 dollars off of $75. They reject taking many items that are not name brand items even if they are in good condition. The store is arranged by brand more than by type of clothing. There is not a men's section either. I found it hard to look through the store when I could find many of the same or similar styles at target for the same or much lower price. It is a nice store for a wealthier crowd who want to jump on the used clothing bandwagon or find a name brand handbag that is no longer in stores. The home section is lacking, and many of the items are expensive but look like they come from the dollar store. The staff frequently check in to make sure you are doing alright. They do accept credit cards as well.

The inventory is very good quality and reasonable prices. Sometimes the staff ignores my presence when I have an armful of things to try on. Other than that, all is good. Parking is easy, sizes and prices are clear. Good shoes and purses. Still not very good customer service, sorry.

HUGE STORE! They combined teen & women’s apparel + home items to their CARMEL location, with men’s consignment located near 65th & College, broadripple-area. Prices and selection were great, yet didn’t plan for enough time to peruse home section (make sure you have 40min to an hour in order to see everything)! :) An added bonus is their staff! I was surprised to see so many employed and so many ready to help and/or advise of sales and to start fitting room... Good help us hard to find, so nice work on your hiring and keeping employees happy! Definitely will go back soon!

Great place to shop for new finds for clothing, decor, and accessories. They also give you good prices on the pieces you consign. I love that I can track my sales with their consignment app, so it takes out all of the guesswork.

The staff was very nice and helpful! I have bought some very high quality items for a very good price there, and the inventory is really quite large. They may not take everything that consigners bring to them. If they did, the story wouldn't be as nice as it is. Over all I have been very impressed by the staff and store and have had a very good experience there.

Tried to sell quite a few high end name brand pieces of clothing and some art and they didn't take any of it, stating my things were out of style. Ok, well a LBD by Dolce & Gabbana is never out of style and the Michael Kors pieces were just bought in the last 6 months. Some of the things I saw hanging for sale were completely hideous, but I guess it depends on what you are looking for at the time.

BEWARE: DOUBLE CHECK ON CREDIT CARD RECIEPT (not store RECIEPT) THAT YOU WERE GIVEN $25 IF YOU HAVE MET THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT ON THE STORE PUNCH CARD BECAUSE ITS NOT ALWAYS CREDITED AS THEY VERBALLY CLAIM IN THE TOTAL OWED. My loyal customer card was completely filled. So that earns me $25 on purchase. I owed $3 at checkout and they swiped my credit card. Being in a hurry I didn't ensure the credit card RECIEPT matched the stapled store reciept. Got home and saw discrepancy. Grrr. So I called and the clerk stated she remembered me because it just happened moments ago and she didn't realize until I left the store, further claiming she was intending on crediting me when I came back down the road. BUT she got it wrong. I had shopped the day before so she was referring to the wrong customer. So that seemingly implies to me this happens more often than it should and they are aware of the discrepancy yet doing nothing to correct and letting customers walk out being none the wiser? A up and up company would refund immediately especially since this store keeps a log of all cards and purchases(admitted to me for my refund) So beware and keep an eye out to ensure u receive due credit for being a loyal customer!! On different note: The items sold are extremely nice. I love this store. Desk clerk hospitality varies day to day. Some days behind nice and others it's questionable but I don't care. I love the selection and prices--however, I never leave without checking the Receipt though!
